Release 1.1.2.40 International Release with Storage Manager

Release 1.1.2.40 International Release
Changes:
DevTrack Issue 108996 is fixed. User can input 64 char hex string. String is validated.
Separate releases are created from a single executable. A script assembles the release,
selecting the correct html files to provide the appropriate functionality for each release.
