in the health industry due to our respect and admiraon for life.
Tiens major health is based on the Chinese holisc approach from the Chinese health culture of ve
thousand years ago. It is one of the inheritance by the ancestor that was being carry forward with the
essence of tradional theory of health in promong healthy lifestyle quality, eliminate subhealth and to
achieve physical and mental healthin an harmonious development between man and nature. Throughout
the 19 years of dedicaon, Tiens had served more than 30 million households in more than 190 countries
and territories worldwide consumers, so that they will have good health, and happy life. It also helps
millions of ordinary people success in their career as well as achieved their dreams and realizes the value of
life.
It is the greatest joy and happiness to make people's live beer and happy. Tiens people hold on to the

DURING THE RACE
AT THE START
Be at the stadium at least 30mins before the start time
Please wear your bib on your chest. Your bib must be
visible at all times.
ALONG THE ROUTE
Drink Stations are placed about 3KM & 7KM along the route.
Race officials and volunteers will be stationed along the race route. They are
friendly people and will give you waves as you go past.
There will be checkpoints along the routes. Runners must pass these
checkpoints or your results will be disqualified
Make sure you are well hydrated throughout the race and take care of
yourself
There will be route markers, distance markers & water stations markers as
shown below
AT THE FINISH
Finishers medal and certificate will be handed out to you as soon as you cross
the finishing line
Free beverage sponsored by 100PLUS will be given to each finisher.
SAFETY
Ambulances will be on standby at the stadium and along the route in case of
emergency.
Please call the volunteers at the drink stations and race officials along the route
if you need help or see a runner who needs help. There will also be marshalls
on bikes in high visibility jackets.

Flag off inside Likas Sports Complex Head south
towards city centre via Jalan Tun Fuad Stephen (Tanjung
Lipat Coastal Highway) to Jalan KK Bypass (KK City).
Proceed along Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman, then turn left to
Karamusing Complex via Jalan Bukit Nenas into a slight
gradient uphill until the Bukit Nenas roundabout. Proceed
down to Tuaran Road, then turn left into Lorong Burung
Nasar & then to Jalan Kompleks Sukan to nish inside
Likas Stadium
RULES & REGULATIONS
10KM
Open Category: All participants must be of age 39 and below to participate as
of 1st January 2014
Veteran Category: All participants must be of age 40 and above as of 1st
January 2014
A waiver form will be distributed during race pack collection. All participants must sign this
form before starting the race.
Participants below 18 years of age MUST have parents/guardian consent where the
they must sign the waiver and release form
REFUNDS
No refunds will be entertained once full payment is received.
Confirmed registrations are not transferable to other persons.
Registered runners are not allowed to change their categories.
OTHERS
Bib numbers are not transferable.
Participants must retire from the race immediately if asked to do so by any of the officials,
medical staff, marshals or Race Director.
Strictly no pets or any form of wheel-run objects of transport are allowed on the course
unless approved by the organiser.
The organiser reserves the right to disqualify or exclude any person from the race who
gives incorrect personal data. No refund on entry fee will be made.
Potential winners must report to the prize-giving zone and await further instructions or
verification. If a winner fails to report themselves, the Organisers have the rights to push
the prize to the next winner.
All prize winners must present their identification document (Malaysian IC or Passport)
for verification in order to collect the prize money.
Any disputes or appeals must be made with 15 minutes of the published results. Failing
which the Organiser have the right not to entertain any disputes or appeals after.
Top 3 winner from all catagories MUST have a valid bank account in which the organiser
may bank in the prize money directly to their respective bank account.
