10.

ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION OF DATA





Collected data is classified, tabulated and analyzed to arrive at conclusions regarding
the effect of various parameters on employee engagement.
Data analysis is done through rating scales. Rating has been given to the responses of
the parameters and then mean score is calculated for each question and different
parameters.

OBSERVATION: Nearly 72% of the respondents agree with the availability of tools and

OBSERVATION: It is clear that 24% strongly agree and 60% agree with the availability
of training and skills need to do an excellent job, 12% are neutral and remaining 4%
disagree respectively.

OBSERVATION: From the above reveals the fact that 20% strongly agree and 68%
agree with the work expected from the employees are reasonable, 8% have no idea,
and remaining 4% disagree.

of pay they receive. It is clear 28% of the respondents strongly agree, 60% agree, 8%
