Collected data is classified, tabulated and analyzed to arrive at conclusions regarding the effect of various parameters on employee engagement. Data analysis is done through rating scales. Rating has been given to the responses of the parameters and then mean score is calculated for each question and different parameters.
10.1 Response regarding the availability of tools and resources
OBSERVATION: Nearly 72% of the respondents agree with the availability of tools and resources to meet their job requirement, 20% of the respondents strongly agree and remaining 8% have no opinion.
INTERPRETATION: The mean rating 4.12 shows that, overall employee agrees with the availability of tools and resources to meet their requirement.
10.2 Response regarding availability of skills and training facilities
OBSERVATION: It is clear that 24% strongly agree and 60% agree with the availability of training and skills need to do an excellent job, 12% are neutral and remaining 4% disagree respectively.
INTERPRETATION: The rating 4.04 shows that overall, employees agree that they have the training and skills needed to do an excellent job.
