Visceral Fats
These are fats that surrounds the vital
organs in the body. High visceral fats level
increase the risk of high blood pressure,
heart disease and type 2 diabetes.
Lowering your visceral fats level can
stabilize insulin action substantially,
reducing your risk of diabetes and other
related illnesses.
Body Weight
Your weight is the least important of the 9 numbers as it
doesnt determine your shape or your health! Body builders
are heavy, but most of their weight comes from muscle, not
fat! Someone who is light may be full of body fat with little
muscles.

Body Fat %
Your body fat percentage is the percentage of your
weight that is just fat. Excess body fat causes poor
circulation which puts more strain on your heart and
body. This is why people with high body fat percentages
usually get tired easily, are prone to body aches and
pains, and have hypertension and cholesterol problems.

Body Water %
Water is essential if you want to shape up, reduce
your body fat and improve your health. Do you know
how much water you SHOULD be drinking on a daily
basis? Did you know that 1 cup of coffee dehydrates 2
cups of water from your body?

Body Muscle Mass & Physical Rating
Every 1 KG of lean muscle you gain helps your body to burn an EXTRA 100
calories a day! Remember that calories that are not used, or burned, by the
body get stored as body fat. The more muscle you have, the faster your body
burns calories, shapes up, and the easier it is to maintain your healthy weight.
Body Metabolic Rate & Body Metabolic Age
This is the number of calories your body burns per day. If you eat 500+ extra
calories above this number each day and do not exercise, you will store these
extra calories as fat. The average person eats 2000-3000 calories per day! The
MINIMUM BMR for a woman should be 1200+ and for a man, 1500+.
When people cut calories to lose weight, they also cut their nutrition and
protein intake. As a result, the weight they lose is often muscle, NOT fat! This
causes their metabolism to decrease, which in why many lose weight but gain
EVEN MORE back when they return to their normal eating habits.

Bone Mass
This is the actual weight of your bone in KGs. The heavier your bone weight the
more dense and stronger your bones are. A low bone mass is an indication that
vital nutrients are missing from your diet such as calcium and other minerals
along with protein. It may also mean that your digestion of these nutrients is
poor. Bone mass is important for all people regardless of age or gender.
