Field Service Engineer -Nov 2013-present
Had designed GalaxoSmithKline (GSK) Conveyor for the counting and packaging of blisters
with rejection system.
Had commissioned PTC-Akora Khatak Conveyor in RG-1 Shipping Godown for the purpose
of sorting of different CBCs with rejection system.
Had been a part of in installation of Pfizer Conveyor for the counting and packaging of
blisters with rejection system.
Has taken part in Installation of Blister Inspection System in NOVARTIS-Jamshoro.
Had made the Panels for the installation of new Electronics Verification Systems of Barcode
inspection, Batch Code and Level inspection in Novartis Factory at Jamshoro. Which
comprises of AC Filters, Koyo Click PLC, Banner iVu Plus Vision Sensor, National
Instrument Vision Sensor etc.




Is now in contract with GalaxoSmithKline as online Field Service Engineer to provide
services regarding:
o Electronics Verification system based on Vision based sensors of Banner, Laetus
Argus and Data-Logic and their control panels on MARCHESINI, ULHMANN,
Honga, ZANASI, NOACK, Cam Cartoner and Heath Craft.
o Had Installed GSK Logo Inspection system on ZANASI in Liquid Block.
o Is now an acting Automation Engineer at Liquid Block to provide services regarding
Automation, Electrical, Electronics fields on MARCHESINI, ULHMANN,
HONGA, ZANASI, NOACK, Cam Cartoner and Heath Craft Machines.

HANDS ON EXPERIENCES
Electrical Pannel Designing and Installation.
Visual inspection System Controlling which includes Banner iVu Vision sensor, Laetus
Argus, Data logic Barcode and visual inspection.
Electrical panel Troubleshooting.
PLC Coding on Ladder Logic which includes PLCs of Mitsubishi, LS, Siemens, Fatek, Click,
DL06, Delta.
Integration and establishing communication between the different vendors PLCs (ABB,
DELTA and FATEK) through MODBUS communication protocol in master-slave order.
The project was to design prototype of 4 story elevator controlled though AT89C51.
Functions such as floor number, floor alarm, and call priority management were part of the
project design. Coding was done on assembly language.
Designed electronic calculator using discrete components. Calculator was able to ADD,
Subtract, Multiply, and Divide two numbers. The project was based on binary addresses,
BCD encoders and seven segment displays.
Had done a lots of reporting work on these projects.

Islamabad.
Had participated in e-Indus competition in Project Exhibition which was held at Institute of
