Setting the stage -

At the time of February of 2004 I was finally able to return to the VA Hospital

setting where I had been off or out of the system since February of 2002. I didn’t

really want to work at San Antonio but at the time the deep south was the choice

I had to make for an effort to finish school and move out of the so called “man

mold”.

This scheme is what one is placed in while those that regulate the monies for

the crazy mode or employ the funds in a manor that sets in motion an excuse to

have your God given dreams taken all the while implementing racial schemes of

the equivalent of the transcontinental slave trade.

However one soon realizes that it is simply about race and the power to

control ones life through power and the implementation of what ever type of fear

that fits the bill.

I found that Texas was different now and with the tone of anti war due to

troops abroad, the tension among the different cultures, many jobs going over

seas and the cheap labor from across the border, Texas was in a mess.

Thus being a person of color and at least seeking to better myself and not

realizing the extent those that have a little power would really go to, so my head

would stay down until a pre determined time, the right excuse could be used to

“deliver the special orders that in the future would lead to a premeditated hate

crime.

I soon began to realize that out of the entire population at San Antonio, Texas

I had not one friend and that every one without exception wanted me to stay on

the ground. It was as it is now, unreal as to the measures people will take to set a

person of color up to fail.

The entire time thus fair spent in San Antonio has been nothing less than a

disgrace. It was the very first time in my life that I felt the hatred and true

divisions of the Deep South.

In real world communication, it was the first time I saw and felt for myself the

realization of the breaking apart, and the breaking down of a civilization. There

was nothing I could say or do, everything that was said and done was apart of a

normal process and the entire city was plugged into the horrifying treatment.

I was at the orientation stage, which was needed for the hospital is was huge.

After about two months the crazy scheme was eased in by asking had any one

worked in or had experience working with psych patients.

I volunteered for I knew that some one had stated before that I had worked at

the Austin State Hospital to aid in creating the crazy profile while existing without,

money, love or any of the basic needs to sustain life, it was, as now apart of the

set up which is why now I am telling the true story.

for if there have been others before me ,and I am sure there has been that have

been marked and treated as I have I am sure that there are people of color just

looking for a sign that suggests they are not crazy, after folk have pooled their

resources together to set them up .

This set up is to achieve nothing; it’s just the money at work. It is indeed a

disgrace, but it is also what the folk of this society have come to not only accept

but to beg for the chance to join in on the down fall.

At best the conditions for some of us that are trying to chase the higher

education train are those equal to a concentration camp.

The difference now is that the target is we the people of color and the methods

are executed through high technology uses, and the perfected art of non

detection by use of chemicals you can’t see or smell.

As I see and feel how I am being treated, how I am suffering, and how the so

called “special orders are implemented when you are dark in complexion and

have the training and knowledge to the point that now you know too much, and

worst of all you are crawling on your knees so that when the right time comes

some one can execute the pre set plan.

I decided to tell the truth, if you have nothing any way, and you have been set

up and lied upon, why not tell the truth and ask God Almighty to have mercy, why

not. Those that are pouring the money out on you and rubbing your name in the

mud will still look at you as a person of color that has been set up and high

-powered resources pooled together to hold you down. So what do you have to

lose by telling the truth, perhaps a friend – I don’t think so.

I had been injured on the job which is referred to later in this project and it

appeared that race, politics, money, power and influence was all at work. At one

time backed by those that had experience in the total destruction of a human

simply because of the color of skin and the potential to better ones self, SPECIAL

ORDERS ARE IMPLEMENTED.

At the time I had not a clue as to the pain, sleepless nights and the hatred

displayed while even employed at a federal facility. In simple terms a crime

against the spirit of God almighty with no bounds and or limits as to how dirty one

would be treated to rob one of their God given rights.

I had finally reached the point that something had to be done so I decided to

seek legal council.

After several weeks of internet research, searching through the yellow pages I

finally found what I thought to be an honest and sincere spirit of the system.

Moreover the price was right with the opportunity to make payments.

I had figured out that being in the Deep South and not being a native of the

place, one did not have much of a chance. I should have guessed from the signs

on the bumpers “born here, work here, live here “. Unfortunately I did not fit any

of the pre – conditions.

So where did that leave me? At the mercy of the most inhuman group of

creatures on the planet that could not wait for the chance to hope on the band

wagon to bring down the person of color with the potential to write a book,

produce his own music and by chance get what he has earned as per the life

long goal of graduating to the tone of a PHD.

In America, in the Deep South and in the darker race one has all the

preconditions for the classical person’s of color set up. I had contacted Mrs.

Freeman on several accounts however I never met her face to face.

She had agreed to take my case and mailed me the information needed for

legal representation.

I mailed the information back along with the fee that was charged for the

initialization of service. I felt for the first time since I had returned from active

service that the system was actually working as advertised and that I had really

preserved a way of life that actually included my own.

However this was soon to be proven to be just another ploy that had been

executed generation after generation to the point of routine perfection and all but

a complete buy –in from the public.

I just had no idea as to the plot that unfolded, I had no choice but to accept

the cruel facts that the society I was existing in had not really changed from the

time of the slave trade or life of the surfs.

It was just that the conditioning process had progressed to the point that most

had given up and accepted the holding down of a race, or that the lies along with

the dirty money and long time experience was just too much.

We now know for most that have been set up to feel this is just God at work,

which aids in the pressing down of a race of people while exploiting their talent,

skills lessons learned and gifts that their God has given them.

Indeed this is not only a crime against a member of a race of people but also

a crime against God almighty while indeed using the name of God to commit the

inhuman crime.

So there I was ready to have my views presented by a lawyer and perhaps

some of my health issues addressed, all the while the technology was erasing

the evidence or the injuries done or executed in a fashion that would do damage

to the body but not leave traces of the damage .

As I was going through all of this I could not help but wonder how many had

been sacrificed before me and not even a trace was left behind as to indicate the

activities that had been implemented in their loss of existence. (Shirley NedleCliff

as an example)

My soul was very much sad but at the time I was in the mist of a scheme to

not only rob me of my God given talents and gifts but the end result was to

cripple, mame or even take my life.

But this was not bad enough, I was to remain quiet while my health was being

diminished to the point of death under the so called cloke of a false God, a God

created for personal gain and the use of the religion to out skirt the law and

provide cover for others without regards to race, color, gender or other religion

while robbing them of their God given gifts.

After sending the response back with the fee I was awaiting for a face to face

meeting or something of that nature and perhaps a written response to the facility

at which much of these activities were taking place, I was excited.

However, it never happened. Some time had past and I thought I had better

make contact to check on the progress of the case. I spoke on several more

occasions to Mrs. Freeman but after awhile I started getting more and more of

the answer machine.

I soon began leaving several messages a week for Mrs. Freeman to contact

me and let me know what her plans were. I wasn’t really sure as to what was

happening for until this point our communication was good, and she appeared to

be honest.

I was confused at the sudden change and more over I could not think of

anything that I had said or done to bring about the change.

Several weeks had past and then one day I phoned and instead of the usual

answering machine, a live secretary answered the line and took my information

and explained to me that she would deliver my message.

Also she had expressed that Mrs. Freeman’s office had received my return

package. However that was the first and last time I had herd from her .The phone

number was changed and it was some time before I could track to where or what

the new number was.

I did not have a true address as to where the lawyer actually resided but I did

have a post office box address, so I drove to the city to where the P.O box led

me. However the address did not lead me to the mail box.

I remembered that Mrs. Freeman had stated during one of our conversations

that she lived in the Austin Texas area but I still had no address. So now my

hopes and dreams had been destroyed once again but this was only the tip of

the ice burg.

Knowing that the lawyer practiced in Austin I was alarmed when I heard that

one of the politicians was to visit the Austin area and that while this politician was

visiting the area a lawyer was some how injured during his visit. Now at the time I

was still trying to work out in my own mind as to what had happened to the

communication between me and the lawyer.

There was an accident that happened and there was a lawyer involved and

the lawyer was from Austin, the same place of practice where Mrs. Freeman was

to be located.

As noted Mrs. Freeman had not returned my paper work or my fee, she no

longer contacted me, and had employed a secretary to take her messages, then

changed her number; a lawyer was injured during the same time-line.

Prior to this time-line I had taken some classes at an army post in Austin and

had met a member of a circle of people that may have been in the same circle as

at least one of the individuals at the Austin location of the accident.

Also I had been to a hospital facility at Austin that may or may not have

caused some undue pain or injury to my circulatory system.

But , back to the law issue, when one takes a critical look at the events and

how the time line interacts one must question ones self in a some what caution

fashion.

Somewhat before the miscommunication, Mrs. Freeman suggested that I

contact Senator Hutchison to aid in my case so I did. As memory serves me at

present I believe I sent an e- mail to the senator’s office and perhaps some

documents through the mail. So now my case has been introduced to Mrs.

Freeman and Senator Hutchison and I was waiting a response that would

indicate help was on the way, Again the response was either limited or the help

did not come.

I was at awe at the impact and or influence of those that had set in place and I

continued to face stiff resistance and each move I would attempt to make was as

a road block.

At that point I was made aware of power and influence, which is simply a

scheme for those that had been set up to stay down.

I was suppose to remain quiet while all of the years I had spent setting in the

class room ,not able to finish a degree program because of who I was and all that

I had acquired was to be stolen or at the time of a death passed on to someone

else.

The pieces of the puzzle were becoming clear now and I was beginning to

feel the true affects of those that had the money and even as I write this page to

this project (August 25,2007 ) I have been off work due to an electrical shock or

jolt that had left a mark on my back that appeared as a clot in more than one

area of my back and the smell of my urine so strong that I would get sick to my

stomach each time I would relieve myself at the bathroom.

On the evening of the electrical shock that I received I ask to speak with the

chief of the section and explained to him what had happened. On the next

morning I went to employee health and explained what had happened and the

examining health care provider dismissed my injury and wrote on the official

document I was paranoid.

Keeping in mind that I had already had an injured hip and the doctor had

written orders for me to be off work for therapy but the hospital facility dis

regarded the orders for the purpose of the electrical shock that appeared to have

been aiming at my kidneys.

It appeared as a set up with enough money to over- ride doctor’s orders at a

federal facility.

After being turned away from the Veterans affairs medical center at which I

was working I decided to visit my private doctor. I did .She asked to look at the

location of the area that I was shocked, so I pointed the area out to her.

She then stated that she did not specialize in that area and did not accept

workers comp which is at the time what I was trying to use to cover the injury.

However the Dr. Toni White then explained that she would take a urine

sample for I had explained that my urine was lot suds.

The Dr took the sample and she returned with the lab results. She explained

that the lab results stated that there was a moderate level of blood in the urine

and that I should follow through with perhaps a specialist.

I visited several doctors offices and at the same time I was to be off for

therapy had requested to my workers comp doctor that he remove my restrictions

as I was on light duty and by being the “middle”, the excuse given as to why I

was being treated the way I was I should get off of light duty for the hospital

facility could not promote me to another job while on this status. So it was a catch

22, with me in the middle.

It all appeared to be planned out to the point that for a person of color with

God given gifts and talents, the color of ones skin would hinder all efforts. I was

already on the bus line and this added for the search for a Dr. that would not only

take a patient seeking federal workers comp experience and acceptance ,but

also a specialist that could treat a possible electrical shock with a visible marking

at the are of a kidney.

I had run out of options, so I returned to the Dr. that had treated prior injuries

that were covered by workers comp.

I made the appointment and he too examined the area and at the time

declined to treat the injury .His staff stated that I may need a specialist. Now at

this point the lab results documented moderate blood in urine. I was a little

concerned.

After about a week and a half or perhaps two weeks I became more

concerned, I could now smell the blood in my own urine to the degree that I

would get sick from the smell.

More over, I was losing fluid to the degree that my system was weakening, I

was feeling dizzy and in the Texas, losing fluids I had do make a decision if I

were to continue existing.

I thought I would check once more to see if workers comp would show some

signs of at least examining me, but no such luck, again I was placed in the catch

22 scheme, workers comp would not accept my case without a Drs. Report and

of course I could not get a Drs report for no one would take my case for fear of

an injured kidney and the hassle of federal workers comp.

A few notes:

On April 5th 2007 Dr. Kinzy changed my work status at the Veterans Affairs Medical

Center, San Antonio, Texas to working only four hours per shift. A copy of the duty

status report was given to the supervisor at the house keeping department. The supervisor

asked for more documentation.

I asked the Dr’s office to fax additional documentation.

The office faxed the material. The supervisor explained to me that he did not feel that

the form CA-17 would suffice and that he could not use the information the Dr. placed on

the form.

I explained that the Dr. felt my work injury needed additional time for observation and

that the Dr. requested that I attend therapy. There was no attempt to accommodate the

Dr’s request.

I thought it strange that the supervisor could not or would not follow the Dr’s orders.

However on April 12, 2007 while folding linen at the basement area of the hospital

facility I felt a jolt of high power.

I am not certain of the source however I had already presented Dr’s orders to be off

for a half shift. So I should have been off work that afternoon but the supervisor refused

to follow the Dr’s request.

I really did feel as if my civil rights were in question after being denied time off as the

Dr. had requested and then another injury was inflicted upon me as the supervisor

harassed me as per my requesting time off to take weight off my hip and arrange for

therapy sessions.

I am at this time requesting an investigation as to why I was being harassed for the

time off I took as I did contact the facility, and also as to the reasons the Dr’s request was

not honored.

Moreover I felt it a threat and an intrusion of my rights as per the report of contact

documents given as punishment for reporting the injury and requesting the need time off.

(Back to the story)

The crime would be executed after deferring doctor’s orders, and having a

crane positioned over the deck at the same spot I was working to deliver a shock

through a special order.

This order was delivered while working at the San Antonio Texas Veterans

Affairs Medical and was executed under the ruthless premeditated plot one could

ever imagine while employed at the medical.

At the time I had been forced to work while being on a medical treatment plan

to aid in rest and the healing of my body as after being denied a plea for a

transfer to another section and to at least have every other Sunday off for church,

the special orders and hatred over rode any civil rights or human rights.

The section chief was given the doctors request for my time off to attend a

treatment plan. Also the standard forms were taken to the doctor’s office, filled

out by the doctor and returned to the section chief.

At that point I was harassed to have additional faxes sent to the chief’s office

and then harassed further with several reports of contacts.

Each effort was promptly dismissed and another report of contact was given

and threats as per not to ask for the time off again.

On the day before the special orders were delivered and executed I once

again asked for the approved time off for my doctor along with the federal

workers compensation form that had been completed. This too was promptly

refused.

On the following day as I was in pain for I was not able to follow the doctors

orders and my foot had been twisted in an elevator as well as my hip ,however

as I had received several reports of contacts and threats I suffered the pain I

returned to work.

On that day as I took my after noon break around 2 pm that afternoon I

walked outside past the dock area to get some fresh air was a part of my normal

routine.

This was needed as I was forced to work in the basement just as sister Shirley

Nedle Cliff at the prior veterans AFFAIRS MEDICAL.

As I walked pass the dock I noticed a crane positioned over the dock and

positioned directly the area where I was working only outside.

At that time there were no floors above the site where I was working for the

crane was there to add a new section and thus it was positioned for direct

contact.

As I walked back into the work site I noticed several coats and jackets lying in

the chairs at the work area so I decided to set across the table next to the

computer.

Although this chair was positioned directly where the crane was positioned

and the crane did not move, I did not give it a second thought for after all this was

a federal government work facility.

However shortly after taking the seat I was shocked in the area of my left

kidney. This is the same area that a gentleman that had tears in his eyes had

explained that would happen to me while working at the facility.

The chiefs office was positioned directly in back of the area where I was

working thus as soon as I felt the shock I walked through his door and explained

what had happened and what I had felt.

At that point he stated that I did not feel anything, however I insisted I did. I

asked could I see the doctor and he did at least agree. However as it was now

nearing the end of the shift for after the two o’clock break , the premeditated

execution of the shock and the time wasted making an effort to explain what had

happen ,we agreed I could visit the employee health the next work shift on the

next day.

Keeping in mind that I had doctor’s orders to have a treatment session half

day and the injury was approved by federal workers compensation, yet I was

forced to return to work through threats, and repeatedly given reports of contacts.

This even as I had explained that I was in constant pain.

After an hour or so on duty on the following day the employee heath office

opened. Thus it was now time for the next phase of the special orders.

As an employee of the federal medical center and as a veteran as it was a

federal veterans affairs medical center I simply had a right to not only be seen

but also a right to healthcare.

However, again the special orders were at play.

I arrived a few minutes early so that I might be seen before the medical staff

got busy. After a short wait I was invited to see the medical staff. I explained what

had happened and that I felt strongly that I needed to be examined.

As I had already been placed in a medical program and had been exposed to

higher learning in the medical educational process I knew what the area was that

was targeted and also knew what the consequences would be should I not

secure medical advice or treatment.

However carefully explaining my circumstances and stating that the injury

occurred at the facility the medical staff simply looked at me as the chief did and

promptly filled out a formal document stating I was deferred medical treatment.

He then signed the document and indicated that there would not even be an

examination.

I did not realize at the time I actually had a blood clot at the area of the shock

and that with out treatment the clot would not only cause pain and suffering but

actually at a later date cause the dehydrating my body to the point of my actually

passing out while walking in the city of Charleston WV.

Thus it became a cruel reminder each waking moment that I was indeed

black, living in the Deep South, set up to fail and there was no one around that

would stand for me or with me.

During the month of May 2007 I had made an effort to remarry and put

together some type of support system for my self while dealing with the school,

work and health issues that had been for the most part been set up to keep me

from attaining my true goals.

I had collected a little over two thousand dollars due to an auto accident I had

just gotten over with during the month of October of 2006.I rented an auto and

drove to West Virginia to attempt to find and remarry my ex-wife.

It so happened that we were married and I took her back to San Antonio with

me and we stayed together until the 28th of May for at that time I decided to seek

medical attention that I could not receive at the Texas area.

I also decided to move my furniture even though I had not officially moved I

had made-up my mind that in order to maintain my health and perhaps have a

better chance at graduating, if there is such a thing for those of us that have been

set-up.

I knew at the time that it is still the same set of issues and that as I were to get

closer to finding the truth about the education process and the reality of the real-

world treatment of black folk in this country that I would indeed experience the

worst of people and the influence of power and money. So much for the life of

Black folk in America.

At this point I had already been cheated out of much of the education that I

had sought after and I felt that health, race and other issues were pressing to the

point that the evil ones around me would use any excuse to make an effort to set

me up.

The current plot was to rob me of my health and perhaps create an excuse for

the same old crazy scheme or “he thinks somebody’s out to get him scheme.

While dealing with this mess I am off work trying to salvage some of my health

and still have bills and must pay for an education that is also set-up. More-over

one still has the race issues and the so-called in two schemes with the music that

I have copy-right for. During life.

All of this after being food poisoned and set-up in a fashion to place your

existence in the biggest mess possible and at the same time setting you up to get

nothing while you are being crippled and your health taken all because of the

gifts and talents God has given you.

So it this time I feel, why not make it three instead of two. At this time –line it

is now a PHD,MUSIC COPT-RIGHT,AND A BOOK OF WHAT I HAVE GONE

THROUGH AND THE WAY I HAVE BEEN TREATED.

May 6, 2007.I had been out in San Antonio Texas while making an earnest

effort to complete a Doctoral level program in business using healthcare as the

subject matter. As I thought I was progressing I found that for the most part I was

being robbed of my time, health, wealth, and dreams that a free citizen has a

right too. The problem it appeared was that of one’s own race, the potential to

move forward when one was not born with a silver spoon and very much hate

and the use of power, money and influence.

It is in all reality breaking through the ice when the scheme is set for winners

and losers. Moreover there is the appearance of a steady decline on faith and

confidence within one’s given society as per one’s own race being the number

one factor of oppressing and robbing one of their Gods given rights.

As a Blackman that has several gifts and talents and being set up in a fashion

that most of the society in which he resides has a role in oppressing the growth

process to the point of infringing upon one’s human rights.

This crime in its self is a shame and a disgrace, however what is truly sad is

that the majority of the society has been conditioned to join in this ploy to the

point as one can view the exercise as a crime against humanity.

As this is May of 2007 and at least since 2000 I have been making an effort to

reach a level of higher education, how ever the results to this point has been

fruitless with many excuses and even more hate crimes delivered first by ones

own race of people and followed by outsiders.

Since without a sound base for funding is apart of the setup for me with no

peace at a government work site and if the educational program is true one still

has no funding for such program .So instead of continuing the insane merry-go-

round I have decided to indeed write a book of the true set of circumstances that

at least for me was set as a lose-lose plot while being robbed of your thoughts,

time, monies, health and in all reality your life.

One is more than pressed to grasp the reality of the hatred and crimes that

are set in play when trying to advance in a society that is conditioned to pre-

select winners and loses given factors of race, age, color and so on .Should one

implement some form of common sense, it is not overly completed to figure out

why there are surface laws that make an effort to protect one from discrimination,

hate crimes and the like.

The real question at this point is do these mechanisms actually help and

protect one’s human rights and if so to what extent. Moreover what are the

factors that influence or impact that gets what type of protection and to what

degree does race and money apply.

At the present set up one can state at least to some degree the divisions of a

given society as per the treatment of selected individuals for favor and others set

to be a pawn in a never ending scheme of colors, of being set up for the crazy or

insane ward, or just struggling during a life time with no real fruits for their labor.

Moreover as the gap widens as per the rich and the poor it becomes clear that

the confidence of many individuals that have been set up or placed in a set of

circumstances that has no positive gain or no real-world meaning for life, is a

best a feeling of separation with in the society that has the schemes in place to

maintain the balance of winners and losers. Of course at this point, as with my

self one can see for themselves the types of schemes ployed to implement the

power and influence schemes.

Today is June 21, 2007 and at present I am in the state of West Virginia.

During the month of May I had decided to remove myself from the lonely hearts

club and the set-up that I had allowed the others to build a set of circumstances.

To this point I had been blaming every-one else for my problems and I had

become a very negative and angry human.

Although I had been giving as much time as I could to the house of the Lord,

there was still something missing or that was not right. For one thing I was still

very bitter at the way I had been set- up ,the time out of my life that I felt was

stolen from me and for the reason that I was in West Virginia; (my health was

decreasing ,and not because but because of people, power ,money and

influence).

I figured out that the apartment I was paying $535 dollars a month for ,where I

had no piece of mind at all ( The drinking water was at the point that one could

not drink it, I could not take a bath or a shower for some-one had paid or given

word to mix chemicals into the water line flowing into the apartment, the air

conditioning and vents of the apartment was full of the type of chemicals that

effected one’s breathing ,while working some-one with a key would enter the

apartment unit and place chemicals on the rug ,on your clothing and the biggest

crime of all would be to poison your food and drinking water).

So think for a minute, after being food poisoned and taken for a psych

evaluation and now living alone as apart of the set-up (of course as a black-man

with an education and gifted by God Almighty ,it is now time to set in motion the

he’s crazy scheme to make sure he doesn’t by some miracle finish his classes,

besides we have injected chemicals into his shoulder so that as chemicals and

technology inter-act with the environment and his food and water intake he is set

up closer to an exit all the while since he has been set up to live alone and has

been placed in the so called talk-talk set-up while limited in movement ,money

and life in general ,the odds are now that the others can condition the set of

circumstances to accept the set-up the crazy scheme or to steal health.

Keeping in mind all of this while working as a house-keeping aid while folk

are pouring money into your life to harm your health to the point of breaking the

law of the land even while working at a federal facility.

The bottom line is that your color over-rides all other element in the country

and lots of people place lots of money in the pot to make sure that the color

scheme stays in place.

It had taken the better part of three years for me to even be able to attend

worship service on Sundays for the plot was so evil that even at the government

In all honesty the focus was is still is stopping or blocking the progress of a

one has no choice if one not only to improve ones quality but in all reality if one is

himself implement or ploy a scheme to acquire wealth, status, some form of

but the mechanisms and ploys are such that the confidence of the entire scheme

has been shifted to an all time low.

This is not only reflected in the process of the un just and un equal education

process, but the lack of interest and or confidence in the over all “old system of

things “ reflect a negative state of much of the society as per lack of voting, very

little support for the armed forces and the attitude of those around the globe

existing in other lands are such that there appears to be not only a will but some

are also seeking a way or a means to destroy the society as we know it.

Though as I write this true story of events I am very much sadden as to the

fact all of the faith, resources and hope projected was but an empty exercise pre-

set for winners and losers. It appears at this point that there are really no winners

for the Kingdom of God will indeed have the first and final word and rightly so.

One must not only ask the price as per being of the darker color but one must

know the price .This is important as it has a life long impact on how well one

exists and in many cases how long one exists.

A price could be the concept of being black means being last because of

color, some would state that freedom or lack of freedom is a price and there may

be others that feel there is no price for being black ,life is what you make it. In

America and others countries, perhaps being black is the way and means a

society treats you after being conditioned that the black race was actually the

black slave race.

This could mean that the price for being black is indeed our history.

The actually price was paid in full by Christ for those of us that believe,

however not all are believer and moreover some profess to be believers but

instead use the name and the word of God to carry out evil deeds and self gain.

One of the bigger elements of the price of being black is that others can very

easily identify or mark skin color thus it can be used as an excuse that the others

can employ to promote evil works.

Moreover since there are different shades of color (very light to very dark) the

evil scheme adds a twist as it divides among the different shades of darkness in

so doing it aids the race and color that much more .

However, the very sad fact is that we still don’t get it, we are all Gods people,

it is just that people are cruel, and for the most part the evil ones would be very

happy to see the children destroyed or servants of the devil.

For the black race it is not even close to rocket science, it is simply the

conditioning process from the plantation to the present and the use of all the

If indeed the exercise of education, working and participating in society is

ponder the concept as to how much longer will the larger portion of society buy

even in this sad state of affairs, knowledge is indeed still power.

As most of the globe has now been convinced that even those in this country

are set in a fashion to divide the society, there appears to be very little hope for

attracting others for the cause that this great society once stood for.

At best the color line can and will at some point set down an old system of

things not by force or even resistance but it would appear to be lack of

confidence of those that once believed and expended time and other resources

to continue the process from one generation to the next building on faith ,hope,

and charity.

God the foundation must be first and foremost, thus those that believe and are

deceived will at some point reap the fruits of their labors.

The plot it appears has been implemented for generations and has been

perfected to the point that those that are set-up to be the loser have been

conditioned to accept the losing set-up with-out question while also aiding in the

plot to maintain the color coded scheme of the haves and the have nots

of people would rather aid in killing its own race of people off that to observe ant

of its members progress forward.

The race of people at this point is divided at this point to the degree that the

black communities can now operate a business in its own community because of

A different culture or shade of people usually must enter the black community

to operate a business and thus add to the crazy scheme of the black wealth

leaving its own community and thus diminishing the quality of life of not only the

One can very easily discern that even on the dark continent of Africa the set-

Truly this is indeed the most inhumane crime that has been accepted by a

society that can be realized in the modern world. However what is really un

forgiven is that in many cases the name of God is used to gain or benefit those

that would actually place the set-up scheme upon an entire race of people to the

point that their God given rights have been placed on the back burner so that all

the fruits of their can be legally taken or stolen with the consent or buy-in from

said race due to the hatred the said race has for its own cell line.

It is indeed no secret that the person of color is by many standards treated

below the standards, it is sad but true that the pets of some of the middle class

citizens are indeed treated very much better than the treatment of the Blackman.

As I am now the age of 54 and been without a paycheck for nearly a year,

been homeless and helpless and now after years of seeking education (money,

time, and health) the prize for me in a housing project where I can’t even pay the

most minimum of rent, a food stamp card, no transportation, while the

department of veterans affairs claim they can’t tie together or link the conditions

of my feet even though they were flat when I joined.

Moreover after standing on flat feet four and five hours per day and wearing

combat boots , the color of skin and the basic Blackman setup overrides the

health of the Blackman while the setup continues to waste the God given time.

In America , most blacks are labeled and held down to nothing and should

one stand on the word of the true and living God , the evil force of dirty money

and lies come into play until there is no peace and the lie and trickery over rides

the divine rule for indeed man and his evil has destroyed even the air we breathe

and used the sweat of the Blackman to the point of creating a civilization in which

after building through the inhumane slave trade is even treated lower than third

world poverty.

Yet it is a society that decides the level of inhuman treatment it will tolerate

and indeed the human worth of the Blackman while set upon his knees, even

after dividing the dark race among his own people , he still has not even basis

happiness for indeed the color of skin and the hatred still projects the evil of a

nation not as united but that of color and the hated that it must uphold to maintain

the separate and unequal status.

Moreover, due to the lack of unity and the status of the veteran (as the low

class) the person of color is then placed on the come and go list, simply because

of the exercise of his God given rights.

However, for the black man this is not enough he must also be subjected to

inhuman conditions constantly while others that use the dirty money and power

Thus at some point not only the person of color has loss of confidence of the

process but as now, the entire globe is witness to the inhuman treatment and the

hatred.

For any given society to stoop to the level of poisoning a human for a

conditioned response to send communication through the mail and even burn a

building down after the conditioning process for an excuse to set a Blackman up

in a fashion to inhibit education indeed such society is based on racial division

and the implementation of hate crimes.

The public is conditioned to go along with a hate crime to the degree of using

One might ponder , what is the worth of the slave of 2008 and onward,

moreover does anyone really care , after all the US now thrives on power money,

December 21, 2009, the next phase of the special orders.

As of December 21 I have received an $ 800 per month check for a pension after

being off work since May of 2007. The pension was started in 2009 and thus from the

May of 2007 to the early part of 2009 I had received nothing.

I had made an effort to at least gain access to un-employment benefits however the

special orders over-road this human effort. Thus with no health care insurance, very little

funds ,black balled from the job market through the special, monies being paid to delay

my security case, special orders and crazy money paid to use the same types of

technology as that that was placed in my eye.

Moreover the satanic cult gains access to what monies I do have at the bank and tacks

added interests and contracts in order to

Place my in a position to write checks that damage my credit and take monies out of

my account. However as the special orders are now implemented as a since of urgency

and the need to place the technology and chemicals into God temple it appears that an

increase of cash is now being expended.

As in GEM warfare I have already been infused with the Parkinson Germ when

infused with the chemical at the prior veteran’s affairs medical. That special order was

given at the prior facility.

and implementations of the advanced technologies to once again provide the example of

the example of the on going slave order and to maintain targeted race control in America.

Thus Race, education, opportunity ,racial profiling , religion and the pride of those

executing the horrific special orders targeting blacks that seek higher education runs

amuck and un checked except by those that are observing and thus give warnings as those

The hatred and racial bigotry is indeed a disgrace however once the special orders are

implement ,the dirty money has been paid , it is of course simply business as usual for the

rest of the country until the next targeted black for the population control scheme is

As of December 22nd I hold a BS in management human resources, A PHD in

business which the educating facility was closed while I was in the process of graduating,

20 years of government service that at present I have yet to receive an un –employment

check .

I current reside in a basement at 101 Noble Street in Oak Hill West Virginia, with a

pension of $ 800 per month which this pension was just started this year which after

paying rent, the last two weeks of the month the special orders are simply starve the

slave.

After 20 years of government service I have no healthcare, no insurance except the

veterans affairs medical centers which are the very facilities the pre meditated hate

crimes have been executed.

This is the extent of the dirty politics and racial profiling and dirty money as per being

special orders the excuse for these hate crimes are “ talk to” and that you wrote a book

explaining these special orders that have been executed on you .

The sad part is that the story of Sister Shirley NedleCliif Did not gets her story told and

at the request of the hatred and racial profiling of blacks tied to education, Sister Shirley
