RM-T Frame 0.7mm, blade 0.5mm SPGC galvanized steel.

RM-S Frame 0.7mm, blade 0.5mm stainless steel SUS. 304.
RM-A Extruded aluminium A6063.
Surface Finish
RM-T Baked white powder coat as standard.

RM-S Stainless steel original colour.
RM-A Baked white powder coat or natural anodized.
Features
RM-A weather louver type return air grille is an architectural exterior decoration
louver with is aero-dynamics blade design.
Used commonly in outdoor air application, i.e. fresh air & exhaust air where
rain-proof is a concern. It is also used in door as return air application both
mounted on ceiling and wall.
Blade spacing ranges from 33mm to 42mm.
The grille will come in more sections for blade length that is more than 600mm.
Approximately 50% free area.

Widely used in doors and partitions to allow air flow into or out of space.
They are also used in theatres or dark room where light is not permitted to

CR Vent Louver
Materials
CR-A 1.0mm Aluminium sheet roll formed.
Features
Natural anodized.
CR vent louvers incorporated with louver blade and stainless steel insect netting.
ASLI vent louvers are designed for ease of installation on any exhaust duct.
There are four pieces of inverted spring hooks attached at the colar. Spring
hook will secure the vent louver onto the duct or wall.
Common application for fresh air intake, exhaust outlets and ventilation for
interior and exterior locations. Widely used in homes, condominiums,
apartments, warehouses, gymnasiums, etc.

standard finish.

A layer of filter of thickness 6mm is on the perforated face of the diffuser.

To clean the air filter, pull the perforated face downward & remove the air filter.

Features

They are constructed of extruded aluminium and intended to be used as
removable frame for the mounting of various types of diffusers.
They are normally used in non T-bar ceiling suspension systems.
Not applicable for wall mounted grilles.
When mount at ceiling, the grille or diffuser will rest on the

Return Air Grille + G1 Opposed Blade Damper
The G1 OBD damper is designed for even distribution of air over the entire face
of diffuser. It is gear operated & can be adjusted from below by means of key or
screw driver. The damper can be set at fully open, half open & fully close.
G1 damper are constructed of galvanized steel with baked black as standard finish.
Height for G1-T: 60mm.
Height for G1-A: 45mm.
Return Air Grille + D2 Square to Round Adapter

With D2 square to round adapter fitted to the return air grilles it will enable easy
installation of flexible duct.
The D2 adapter are constructed of 0.6mm galvanized steel with baked black as
standard finish.
Return Air Grille + R6 Insect Netting

The insect netting is constructed of wire mesh of gauge 12 installed at the grille.
R6 insect netting prevent scraps, debris and small animals from being sucked
into the air duct.
Three types of nettings: 1/4", 3/8", 1/2".

G1 Opposed Blade Damper
