I am 50 years, an electronics engineer,married, wife house wife, elder son is engineer and
just emplyed in UK, yonger son appearing class-12, parents living in native place, orissa.
Presently I head of a small electronics manufacturing company in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
This company is promoted by Salora International of Delhi. Promoters of the company, in
delhi are not taking interest in this company as it is small, they are more busy on bigger
problem and trust on my competancy, sincerity,past record.
This company has been doing good till last December.
Now it is facing two problems 1) Harrasment from govt Sales tax dept although there is descripancy in notification- may
lead to legal complecasy, heavy penalty.
2) Customer who has been trusting this company , have started harassisng from January
2010.
Both if continues may affect closure as it is small and just 3 year old and no support of
management as it is running on my risk.
Now I am feeling helpless, sleeplessness, norvious wants to run away in fear of company
closure causing joblessness, faceless after march.
Query ; What is there for me in this year and remady if any.
