Philosophy
ACC Believes that man is a bio pssycho social and spiritual being created by GOD with
individual aspiraitons with the ability to relate with individuals, and families, groups and
communities. He continously adapts to changing environment as integral whole and is
influenced by the stages of development, life experiences, society, culture and
technology
ACC Believes that health is a dynamic state of biological, psychological, behavioral and
social well being and reflects each client's systems ability to alter his environments or to
adjust to, or evolve with environmental changes.
Nursing is an art and science of caring that encompasses autonomous and
collaborative care of individuals of all ages, groups and communities, sick or well and in
all settings. It inlcudes promotion of health, prevention of illness and the care of the

disabled and dying people. Advocacy, promotion of a safe environment and researches,
initialize the nursing process guided by ethical, legal and moral principles.
