In order that we witness this transaction as your attorney, it is necessary for you to transfer to us the right/privilege to do same.
Please sign and return the herewith attached legal consultation (Power of Attorney). The release document of your Winning
must be signed and permission obtained to transfer your funds to your designated bank account in your country.

CONDITION OF SERVICE
Our condition of service is hereby outlined below for your reference and consideration.
1. We consent to act as your representative in the claim of your Lottery entitlement. Our service shall include performing all
legal rights as required under United Kingdom and International Law.
2. To receive all documents relating to your prize on your behalf and to mail same to you.
3. To give assistance if necessary to the Bank Trusted with the responsibility of paying out your prize money.
4. To protect your special interest in matters relating to your prize.
Not within the scope of representation are other issues not related to your Lottery prize payment.

CONDUCT TO BE UNDERTAKING
To validate your winning, it would be necessary to legalize and notarize your winning in the public court here in United
Kingdom so as to accord your winning full legitimacy.

SERVICE FEE
Our service fee for representation will cost you 5,500 Pounds (Five Thousand Five Hundred Pounds Only) and this should
be paid upon acknowledgment of your winning sum in your nominated bank account.
Howerver, you are expected to make a deposit payment of Eight Hundred and Seventy Pounds ( 870) for the Legalization
and Notarization of your documents. Be also aware that we do not have access to your winning sum and as such the
Legalization / Notarization fee cannot therefore be deducted from your winnings. To enjoy the service of our firm, our
Legalization and notarization fee must be paid promptly to allow us serve and represent you fully in the claiming of your
Lottery-winning sum. Note also that evidence have to been shown in the court that the Legalization fee is from the
beneficiary of the lottery funds.

REQUISITE FOR NOTARIZATION

For the notarization of your wining, please see the below listed items for immediate
action: 1.Your full legal name / address (including your telephone number)
2. Identification copy.
3. For legalization: Note that you are required to pay the legalization fee of Eight Hundred and Seventy Pounds ( 870.00).

The above mentioned governmental fee of a total of 870.00 which must be paid now to enable us realize the
legalization at the court as well as at the Notary office.
4. The herewith attached Legal consultation form must be duly signed and sent back.

We are informed that the paying bank expects all legalized details to be submitted to the Bank as soon as possible to allow
the bank proceed with the transfer your prize as scheduled. Note that the transfer of your prize into your account would take
between 24 to 72 hours. You will receive instructions from the paying bank officials to that effect after the legalization of your
winning is realized.
In view of the limited time we have to submit all documents to the bank, we hereby advise that your payment for the
above listed governmental charges of a total of Eight Hundred and Seventy Pounds ( 870.00) be remitted to us using
Western Union Money Transfer.
