Accounting Assistant

Summary
We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to report and record ticket sales, prepare deposits and reconcile bank
accounts. Dealing with any ticketing accounting situations is a major function of this position.
Responsibilities
Prepare and verify daily reports
Prepare daily income/sales and prepare daily journal entry
Prepare daily deposits of ticket sales receipts
Reconcile bank account for ticketing office
Communicate with ticketing managers and others working on the ticketing systems problems
Prepare authorized refund vouchers
Compile monthly reports
Investigate and collect returned items
Maintain returned check account
Maintain chargeback account
Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules

Tax Assistant Job Description


Tax assistant positions are considered entry level positions and their main responsibility is to
assist and support senior tax consultants and make sure all employees respect the fiscal code and
regulations when performing their activities. Tax assistants usually work within their offices but
several visits to fiscal institutions might often be required. The working schedule is normally
form 8 a.m to 5 p.m.
Main Responsibilities:

Assist and support tax consultants and professionals in handling taxation matters
Answer to customer questions about tax issues
Respond to customer inquires about their tax problems
Provide tax saving recommendation to management
Organize tax works for tax professionals
Prepare, organize and handle all tax documents, reports and statements
Collaborate with all tax department staff
Establish and maintain good relationships with customers
Ensure compliance with company rules, policies and regulations
Ensure compliance with tax professional standards and ethics in tax assistant functions
Manage and update the tax database
Perform several clerical and secretarial duties such as type, print or copy documents and
reports, answer telephone, make appointments and receive and send e-mails

Perform other required tasks
