(A) ELIGIBILITY
FOR MELAKA CAMPUS
- The hostel application is only opened to new students undertaking ALPHA AND DIPLOMA PROGRAMS.
- Students will be selected based on their school co-curricular and SPM result due to limited number of hostel room.
- Residential Unit shall inform successful applicants in writing one week before the Registration Day.
FOR CYBERJAYA CAMPUS
- The hostel application is opened to ALL NEW STUDENTS UNDERGRADUATE.
- Priority to stay on-campus will be given to all new UNDERGRADUATE students.

Make sure you tick the correct campus branch in the application form.
All particulars should be written in black ink and CAPITAL LETTERS.
It is COMPULSARY for applicant to attach a photo on the form.
Attach together all relevant certificates (fully verified) e.g. SPM result, sport achievement record etc
Student with medical problem need to attach medical certificate
Sign the declaration part.

Electrical appliances that are allowed to be used in the hostel are computer & computer accessories, table lamp, mobile
phone , charger and radio (less than 150watts) AND power speaker (less than 25 watts).

Electrical appliances that are not allowed to be used in the hostel such as iron, hair dryer, rice cooker, water heater, electric
kettle, refrigerator, television, radio (above 150 watts), high power speaker (above 25 watts), electric guitar etc

(D) INFORMATION ON CYBERJAYA ON-CAMPUS ACCOMMODATION

1.

Each block is a 5-storey walk-up block (dormitory style).

2.

Each block contains 250 rooms and divides into 3 wings namely Wing A, Wing B and Wing C.

3.

Room policy is a maximum of 3 students in a room.

Facilities in each room are:- One single bed and one double-decker bed with mattress
- Three wardrobes
- Three study tables and chairs
- One ceiling fan or two stand fans
- One network point (Free Internet connection)

There are four hostel blocks which can accommodate up to 500 students.

Room sharing is based on a twin-sharing basis.
