Integrated solutions for Next-Generation Sequencing data analysis
Building custom data analysis pipelines for researchers, consulting the development team on
problems related to NGS data management, user experience and algorithm optimisation according to the mapreduce programming paradigm. I lead the technical presentations of the
BioDT platform during the partnership negotiation web meetings. I currently have three interns
under my supervision and will be leading the development team during the project maintenance
phase.

Regulatory gene networks
Gathered data and performed testing of methods for gene network inference. This result was
later used for inferring the gene regulatory network of the Buchnera aphidicola bacterium based
on dierential gene expression data analysis.

Quality control in industrial assembly lines
Responsible of performing quality control checks on several production pipelines, my job was to
take precise measurements and assess whether the samples in the recently produced batches
corresponded to the quality specifications. I was also responsible of taking measurements and
making a quality report on which the decision to import a three-month supply of elements for
circuit breakers was based.
