Meeting Date: Thursday, November 6, 2014


Meeting Location: The Trestle, Cornwall On Hudson, NY

Members: Dave Corey, Rich Gaillard, Cathy Korycki, Danielle Korycki,
Rebecca Cassidy, Virginia Fayo, Claire and Tim Krumm, and Michael
Shanley.
I. CALL TO ORDER
The Vice President called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.
II. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES
The Vice President presented the minutes to the board and they were
approved.
III. OFFICERS REPORT
A. Presidents Report
Absent.
B. Vice Presidents Report
Welcomed everyone to the meeting and thanked everyone for coming.
C. Treasurers Report
The treasurer went over the income and expense report. The beginning
balance for October was 6074.41 with expenses of 45.50 (Trestle) and
income of 1302.00 (yard sale) for an ending balance of 7330.91. A
payment of $20,000 is due in January 2015.
D. Secretarys Report
Nothing to report.
IV. COMMITTEE REPORTS:
A. Village Wide Yard Sale (Colleen Dunning) - Nothing to report.
B. Fall Tournament (Dave Corey) Nov 8 - 9 at NYMA. The Cornwall

Central School district denied the request to use the middle school parking
lot because they are hosting a Social Studies Conference. Fourteen
teams have committed to the event so far and the tournament has been
moved to Saturday only. The tournament will run from 8:30 - 3:30. Set up
will start at 7:00 a.m. Rich Gaillard will get the insurance for the event.
C. Rudolf Rumble Tournament (Colleen Dunning) A meeting will be
scheduled for the Rumble in the next week or two.
D. Car Show (Matthew Korycki) It was mentioned that we should pick a
date as soon as possible because other car shows are already being
advertised in the local area.
E. July Fourth Nothing at this time.
F. TV Raffle (Colleen Dunning) - None reported.
G. Apparel Committee (Cathy Korycki): Cathy is working on the design for
the Rudolph Rumble and will be ordering shirts in the next couple of weeks
after she has a meeting with members of her committee.
H. School Board Meeting Committee (Jackie Gaillard) - The school board
recommended that we start attending again in January. This is when the
board begins to work on the budget for the 2015-2016 school year.
V. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
None reported.
VI. NEW BUSINESS:
A. Matt and Jackie brought up the idea of offering a discount to families
who have multiple children in the program. The idea was tabled until we
know how much money we have in the bank after we make the payment in
January 2015.
