Rengar J. Droog rodio se u Riftenu 1611. godine. Njegov djed i otac bili su pladeni ubojice i radili su za
Dark Brotherhood. Bili su poznati i svi su ih potovali, ali ne zato sto su bili dobri nego zato sto su ih
se bojali. Kada se Rengar rodio nitko nije pomislio da ce i on postati pladeni ubojica kao i njegovi preci
zato sto je bio miran i povucen. Kada je navrsio 5 godina on i njegova majka morali su se maknuti iz
Riftena zato sto su i otac i djed umrli misterioznom smrdu. Obitelj Droog ljudi iz Riftena nisu bas
prihvacali zato sto su znali sto su bili. I kad su otac i djed umrli bili su protjerani iz Riftena. Rengar je
tako sa majkom zivio u Whiterun Stablesu kod njegovog vlasnika koji ih je primio. ivjeli su tamo 15
godina, 3 mjeseca i 2 dana kada su jednog jutra u kudu upali Imperiali i uzeli Rengara, svezali mu ruke
i odveli.
