The story of Miracle in Cell no. 7 portrayed a mentally challenged father with an unconditional love for
his daughter, but was falsely accused of murder that resulted to a heart-wrenching and tear-jerking parting with
her daughter.
This story is nearly not fiction, because it really happens in the real life. At the first part of the movie, I
was totally confused to the way the police officers treated Lee Yong-Gu(the mentally challenged father), to
think that Yong Gu, at first, is obviously, an intellectually challenged person. Ive seen it quite distasteful while
arresting him; the police officers took advantage of the chaos-like situation to make Yong Gu be the murderer
of the elementary school kid. It already displayed inequality and discrimination. The scene had me in thought
Do they examine their suspects on every crime? It was maddening that after they took in Yong Gu in the
precinct, they did physical harassments to him, it showed a dark side of the police which is not meant to offend
but to show truth to whats hardly happening. As the story progresses, Yong Gu displayed heroic and kind acts
while in prison. Many have noticed the doings of Yong Gu that brought them to a big confusion. Why was he in
prison?
It is rather disappointing that the ending went on just like that, its so sad. I felt sympathy towards
Yesung who would have to put up with her fathers case until she become lawyer and clear his fathers name,
but also impressed on how she have accepted the fate of her father. It is also disappointing towards how the
police treated a mentally impaired person in this movie, its discrimination, using the fault of others on them
and taking advantage on those fellows who cant fight back.

People might be think that it is impossible to make their dream comes true. They are wrong. It is
because they have not great effort in reach their dream. They have not pushed their willingness yet to make it
materialized.
Chris Gardner, play role as a father and the dreamer, work like hard-fought. He goes to work; no food
and no drink only make a phone call to his client. After work he has to take his son in a daycare and then go to
homeless shelter in line. He has to make it, because it will get them stay homeless and no place to go, no place
to get a rest. It is his daily life in a few days (or may be for months).
Every person has their own dream. The matter is only how they still keep their dream comes true and how long
they can hold out the pressure and the way how to make it. There is one wise word that I still rely on. If you
have a dream, keep it in your heart, dont let the people break your dream, then reach it until you can smiling
cry how you reach it.
All of the scenes are told about struggling. How we have to achieve our dream through many processes
and we cannot cut it easily. We cannot beef and must to rush. Go for it. It makes us feel that we have to be
patient, no matter what the life brings to us, whether challenges or blessings, we must have an open heart and
mind and accept it. It may be hard for some, but whatever happens to our life we must be dependent to God,
even though this world is full of cruelty and misery, God will never give up on us.
