For family members of patients it is possible to stay in the Radbout hotel. This
unpretentious hotel has 49 small rooms, nine double-bedded and forty single
rooms. Showers and toilets can be found in every corridor.

Costs

As from 1 January 2013 the costs amount to/are 35,00 per night for one person
in a single room and 48.00 for two persons in a double-bedded room. This includes breakfast and the use of linen, towels and wash cloths. Some health insurers
reimburse these costs. Check with your own health insurer whether this is the
case. You can only pay with a debit or credit card and, in some exceptional cases,
you can pay the exact cash.

Booking

It is possible to book a room in the hotel until two days beforehand. You yourself
can do this at the booking agency (see the back side for the address and telephone number) or through the nurse or secretary of the nursing ward. On your day
of arrival you can pick up the keys at the booking agency, main entrance hospital.
We will then ask you for your identity papers. We ask you to pick the key between
8.00 hours and 17.00 hours, and if possible return of 12.00 hours.

Facilities

In the guest rooms on the first floor you have a radio, television, literature, games
and an ironing device at your disposal. In the kitchen bordering on the guest
rooms we provide free coffee and tea for you all day long. It is not possible to cook
in the kitchen, however, there is a combimagnetron on hand.
The breakfast buffet will be served in the guest rooms from Monday until Friday
between 07.30 and 9.30 hours. In the weekend and on public holidays this will be
between 08.00 and 10.00 hours. If necessary, you can use the remaining cold and
hot meals in the hospitals restaurant on the first floor, near the main entrance of
the hospital (route 535). The restaurant is opened from Monday through Friday
from 9.00 - 19.30 hours. A hot meal is only to be obtained between 11.45 - 13.45
hours and 16.30 - 18.30 hours. During the weekends the restaurant is closed. You
will find a washing machine on the second floor. Coins at the rate of 4,00 are
obtainable from the hostesses/hosts and the janitor.

Unfortunately, the rooms are not fit for wheelchair users. You can be reached by
telephone number 024 - 361 71 93 during the hours that your hostess/host is present. The hostess/host is present in the hotel from 7.00 - 10.00 hours. During the
afternoon hours you will find the janitor on the first floor, next to the guest rooms,
in room 1.18.
Smoking is not allowed in the Radboud hotel, not even on the hotel balconies.
You can smoke in the interior garden near the hotel.

Radboudhotel accessibility

Parking between 08.00 and 17.00 is limited. From the UMC St Radboud you
follow route 983. It is approximately a ten-minute walk from the main entrance of
the hospital. You may also make use of a golf cart free of charge from monday fridag from 8.00 - 17.00 hours, which you can reserve through the hostess. Room
numbers starting with the number 2 are on the second floor, room numbers starting with the number 3 are on the third floor, and so on.
