Subhanallahe Wal Hamdo Lillahe Wal Lailaha Illallaho Wallaho-Akbar Wala Haula Wala Quwwata Illa Billahill-Il-Aliyyil Azeem Meaning: Allah is cleanest and all praise are for Allah and there is no god but Allah and Allah greatest and we have no power to avoid sins and we have no power to do good but with the help of Allah who is mightiest and greatest.
Fourth Kalima Tawheed (Oneness)
Lailaha Illallaho Wahdahu La Sharika Lahu Lahul Mulko Walahul Hamdo Yohyi Wayomeeto Wa Howa Hayyul La Yamuto Abadan Abada; Zul Jalale Wal Ikram BeyadehilKhair Wa Howa Ala Kuile Shain Quadir Meaning : There is no god but Allah he is alone has no partner, he is only the one controls and manage the universe all praise end glorification are for Allah, only Allah (gives life to all his creatures and only he put them to death), Allah is everliving and will never die. Allah possesses greatness (awe and reverence) all good is in his hands he can easily do whatever he likes.

Astaghfirullah Ha Rabbi Min Kulle Zanbin Aznabtohu Amadan Ou Khata Ann Sirran, Au Alaniyatan, Wa Atubo Illihe Minazzam-Billazi Alamo, Wa Minazzam-Billazi La Alamo; Innaka Anta Alla-Mul Ghoyube Wa Sattaruloyube Wa Ghaffaruzzinube Wala Haula Wala Quwwata Illa Billailiyyil Azeem Meaning : I humbly ask for forgiveness from Allah who, is my greater and cherisher for all the sins which I have committed consciously (knowing) or unconsciously (unknown) hiddenly or openly I ask for his forgiveness for all the sins which I know or do not know Ya Allah only you thoroughly know all things which are still unknown. We cannot be saved from sin or adopt righteous (be good) but with help of Allah who is mightiest and greatest.
Sixth Kalima Radde Kuffer (Denial of Infidelity)
Allahumma Inni Aauzo Beka Min Ann Ushrika Beka Shianwa Ana Aalamo Behi Wa Astaghferoka Lima La Aalamo Behi Tubto Anho Watabarra, Toh Minal Kufre Wash-Shirke, Wal-Kisbe, Wal-Gheebate, Walbid, Aate, Wanna-Mimate, Wal-Fawahishe, Wal-Buhtane,WalMaasi, Kulliha Wa Aslamto Wa Aqulo Lailaha Illallaho Muhammadur Rasoolullah. Meaning: Ya Allah I ask the refuge wherein to be saved from all kinds of polytheism that I know, Ya Allah also forgive me for all the sins which I do not know. I solemnly repent (& from now on) from all my previous sins and hence-forward I shall always abstain myself from infidelity, polytheism, lies, backbiting, hearsay, tale-bearing, false accusation, all shameful deeds and every kind of disobedience of Allah. I sincerely embrace Islam with all its principles and teachings. I say from the bottom of my heart that there is no god but Allah and Hazrat Muhammad (P.B.H) is his messenger.
