I am an analytical and creative team player; versatile and fast learning professional, passionate about cultures and

Horse Riding School Manager

I was invited by the Board of this prestigious sports club to lead the project of reorganisation and institutionalisation of
the horse riding school for beginners of all ages. I supervised of the school’s herd, I taught riding lessons, and
managed a small team of grooms and instructors on daily basis. I developed and managed a booking and payment
system in collaboration with finances and IT departments. The main results were the development of management
tools, excellent standard of lessons, and adequate infrastructure financed by the club’s Board as consequence of the
fast-growing number of customers.

Consultant - Project Evaluator


Ministry of Justice
April 2004 – July 2004. Cobija, Bolivia.
This consultancy for the Civil Society and Access to Justice Programme involved a middle-term evaluation on
identity, affiliation, violence and family protection projects for Amazonian indigenous groups, developed by local
NGOs. I collected, systematised, analysed information, and reported to the Bolivian Ministry of Justice. In order to
obtain a wider perspective, I readjusted forms matrixes and carried out qualitative methodologies conducting
interviews and focus groups with indigenous leaders and indigenous women representatives.

Programmes Coordinator and Advocacy Officer


First Lady Office
October 2002 – December 2003. La Paz, Bolivia
I fulfilled a number of roles in this position: strategic planning, project management, fundraising, policy coordination,
advocacy, and event organising. The main achievements were establishing national and international partnerships
with private companies, non-profit organisations and other governmental institutions to support our charitable
programmes. In terms of public policies and advocacy, I coordinated and monitored Inter-institutional Forums related
to Safe Maternity, Disabled Population, and Food and Nutrition. I also was part of the technical team that designed
and produced Bolivia's institutional pack for the 13th Continental Conference of First Ladies, 2003.
