As of 2010 the common Indian faces an uncertain future. The common Indians who comprise of
over 95% of the population, do not at the present moment see any light at the end of the long and
dark tunnel of corruption, graft and looting. What we are witnessing at the present moment is a
system in a state of decay and collapse. We are coming to the end of a cycle and a system in it
last days, which will be replaced by another one.
Many of my readers have writing to me, as to why these articles are being written from a site
focusing on religion and spirituality. I have to tell them that it is also spiritual to create awareness
about events happening and about to happen. We are at the cross roads of history as one cycle is
doomed and is rapidly heading towards it natural death, this cycle is going to be replaced by
another one.
I am focusing on some of the current events and happenings in India.Will be writing more so
watch this space.

CORRUPTION IN INDIA
India which is home to a third of the worlds poor population is now facing a major crisis, if the real causes are not attempted to be
rectified, India is due for a crises of a massive magnitude. Please note I am using the words attempted a least an attempt should be
made, for the writing is on the wall for India, the side effects of poverty will most certainly lead to chaos and the government will be
reduced to being a helpless bystander, with the role of just watching the deteriorating situation deteriorate further and further.
The former Prime Minister of India the late Rajiv Gandhi had stated more than 20 years back that out of the funds allotted for the poor
only about 14%,finally reach the poor, The rest is siphoned off. That he became the first Prime Minister to be directly involved in a
corruption scandal is another matter. The Garibi Hatao "Abolish Poverty"programmes of his mother Indira Gandhi, which he later on
adopted, achieved unprecedented success in removing the poverty of the Politicians, and not the poor.
The root cause of poverty in India is nothing but corruption.Corruption has grown such deep roots in India that to eliminate corruption,is
like trying to break a mountain with your head.
It was said of Indira Gandhi that she had secret files of all her colleagues,opponents as well as her potential opponents,industrial and the
media.She was said to hold the nadis of everyone,and those who dared to oppose had to bear the consequences.These secret files were
passed on as legacy to her son Rajiv Gandhi,and were then multiplied and grew as corruption witnessed an unprecedented growth.
These secret files are now in the hands of the alien Gandhi's who now are the owners of the Congress Party. INDIAN BUDGET 2010-THE
REAL TRUTH, is an eye-opener to the real intentions of these aliens.
As the ECONOMIC CONDITION OF INDIA, fluctuates on the one hand it is shinning brightly for less than 5% of the population, on the
other hand dark clouds are hovering over more than 95% of the population. The confused masses are being lied to every day and night
by the media, which has been totally enslaved and castrated, their orders are to present a set of guys to the public as economists and
intellectuals. The attempts at brain washing the public have recorded an unprecedented growth over the past couple of years. It is really
pathetic and painful to watch the castrated media and these so called intellectuals and economists, sound and appear like Higras
[eunuchs], lifting their saris, clapping their hands and shouting Sonia Sonia, Rahul Rahul.
Now from here what, as poverty and corruption in India grow and grow, how do we eliminate corruption to eliminate poverty?
Who is going to eliminate corruption?
Who is not corrupt?
Very difficult questions, which appear to have no answers. What must be watched out for is that with the growth of poverty, the side
effects of poverty will also be felt. It has been seen in history that when people lack the basic amenities required for existence like food,
clothing and shelter, large scale looting and lawlessness sets in. An eye-opener is the condition of Bihar; it appears to be only a matter
of time when the Biharisation of the entire country will take place.
We are also witnessing large scale migrations from the states of Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Bengal, Assam and Orissa to other parts of the
country. When these migrations reach a critical state there will be an inevitable clash of these migrants with the local population, as
there is bound to be competition for the limited resources available. Such clashes are now being witnessed in Maharashtra, the root
cause is being ignored by everyone.
Dark clouds hovering everywhere, I only hope to see a silver lining somewhere.

This is a continuation of my post corruption in India, which I wrote some eight months back. Since then we have witnessed scam after scam. On the heals of
the Commonwealth Games 2010 scam involving some Rs.1, 07000 crores, came the Adarsh society scam and now we are in the midst of the 2 G spectrum scam involving
reportedly a sum of Rs.1, 76,000 crores.One still does not know the exact magnitude of these scams, and neither are we going to know the real facts. Ramu Kaka is not
going to come clean.
I have witnessed a marked change in the attitude of a certain section of the media. These guys are showing real courage, and the credit for exposing the scams and bringing
the facts to the public eye goes to them, and not to the opposition parties. The news channel Times Now is worth mentioning as it appears sincere and relentless in its efforts
to combat corruption.
Coming back to the root problem of combating corruption, the solution is not that simple. It is a complex problem; it not as if changing a few political bosses or bureaucrats
is going to remove corruption once and for ever as everyone thinks. Some basic points easily come to my mind, when I look at the larger picture of corruption in India.
We hear a lot of talk of bureaucrats and civil servants of integrity and honesty. Then how is that just a handful examples of honest bureaucrats come to the public eye. I have
heard of only a few examples. One is that of a police officer Y.P.Singh and the other of a civil servant Arun Bhatia. They have one thing is common both were transferred
numerous times, superseded and denied promotion, harassed and finally they put in their resignation papers.
In a country ruled by an army of bureaucrats, where are the rest of the so called honest bureaucrats. Why havent the deeds of these men of honesty and integrity come to the
public eye? Makes one think if the honest bureaucrats or police officer exists at all. I dont know how an honest bureaucrat or police survive can in the present Indian set up,
he will end up like Singh or Bhatia.
That all politicians are corrupt is a fore gone conclusion. What the politicians have succeeded in doing is creating power and caste lobbies around themselves. This is a more
serious problem than a corrupt bureaucracy. They have succeeded in creating barriers in the Indian society; this is true especially in the rural areas, where life is different
from that of the cities.
What the media has to do is create public awareness which reaches the rural areas. This is where a bulk of the votes comes from. We hear a lot of these misguided people
talking of their leaders in terms of Tamil pride, Yadav pride, Maratha pride and lot of other prides, when they themselves are desperately trying to make two ends meet.
Religion and caste is the last resort of scoundrels and politicians. The main pawn in the recent 2G scam A. Raja was given a heroes welcome when he finally resigned and
arrived in Chennai. His shameless political bosses said that he was victimized because he belonged to a backward caste.
The larger picture of corruption in India is far more complex and larger than one imagines. To expect a paper tiger authority like the Chief Vigilance Commissioner of India
to root out corruption is like asking him to break a mountain with his head.

The Indian Government for the past few years, and more so after the post liberalization period after 1991 has been living inside the stomach of the tiger of corruption. Like
the lady of Niger, the looters smiled when they rode the tiger. Now they are returning from the ride with the looters inside and a smile on the face of the tiger. The looters
aided and abetted the tiger of corruption and shared some of the looted blood and flesh, now there is nothing they can do other than feast on what ever comes their way
inside the stomach of the tiger.
The ECONOMIC CONDITION OF INDIA has multiplied by leaps and bounds and is
shinning brightly, but only for the handful of big time industrialists, politicians and the
parasites who feed on them. The condition of the rest of the population varies between
leading a comfortable life to death by starvation and malnutrition.
The most discussed issue in the Indian media is the trillions of dollars of blood money
stashed away in Swiss Banks and other tax havens and what should be done to bring the loot
back. This issue is being debated almost everyday, this is a welcome sign. But amongst all
this noise, what is the glaring omission is trying to find and punish those who were the end
beneficiaries, those who abetted the scams.
Take for example the latest 1.76 cores 2G Spectrum scam. In this particular scam the
corporates who benefited are not hiding in Switzerland, they are every where for one and all
to see. The telecom industrialist and Member of Parliament from Karnataka, Rajeev
Chandrasekhar had written an open letter to the Chairman of Tatas Ratan Tata, accusing the
Tatas of being the single largest beneficiaries of the scam. The loss caused to the exchequer
by the Tatas is said to be Rs 19074.8 crores.
On 27th November 2010 Ratan Tata said that if the government did not step in and uphold
the rule of law, there was every possibility that India could slide down the path of becoming a
banana republic. I whole heartedly agree with him, it is only in a potential banana republic
that scamsters get away scott free with not even a single question being asked. It is only in a
potential banana republic that scamsters can take a high moral ground, again not a single
question being raised.
Now mums the word as far as the Tatas are concerned in the media.Ratan Tata who also
figures in the Nira Radia tapes scandal has not denied that he caused a loss to the exchequer,
but he says that this loss is hypothetical. I would like to ask him a hypothetical question about
how many hypothetical starvation and malnutrition deaths could have been avoided had this
loss not been caused by him.
In the Hassan Ali case going back to January 2008, Ali is said to have laundered money to
the tune of 32 Billion dollars, and documents seized from his residence showed that he held
8.04 Billion in his UBS account. The money disappeared overnight. The Swiss Government
spokesman said yesterday that they are unable to help India as the proper procedure has not
been followed, and they were awaiting a complete request from India. Now it is clear that
Hassan Ali was only a front man, a parking space. But what is mystifying is why the Indian
Government is protecting him by hiding behind international treaties and laws, now even the
Swiss criminals have exposed them. Will we ever get to know which looter was he a front
man for?
Even if Wikileaks exposes Indian accounts in Swiss Banks and other tax havens, we will still
have this Government hiding behind something or the other, finding one excuse after the
other.

Root of corruption in India

Dynastic politics and corruption go hand in hand in India. The menace of dynastic politics is the root factor in the present condition India finds itself in. There seems no light
at the end of the tunnel, as corruption in India, has now taken gigantic proportions, of a magnitude not fully known to the Indian public. Corruption has now engulfed the
entire nation, and is the major threat to the survival of India as a nation.
Ever since Nehru defended and took no cognizance of the Jeep scandal which was democratic India first corruption scam, which broke out when V.K. Krishna Menon was
Indias High Commissioner to England, corruption has grown from strength to strength
The root cause of corruption in India is it political dynasties. It not only suits the ruling dynasties to have a corrupt structure of governance, they in fact thrive on it. They
have since the days of Nehru, actively encouraged and abetted corruption, to safe guard their own selfish interests and agendas, and safe guard their dynasties.
What dynastic politics does is create a circle of parasites around itself. This circle gives strength to the owners and vice versa, they thrive on each other. There are numerous
parasites and hence it is child play for the owners to pit one parasite against the other if the need arises.
By dynastic polities I do not mean just the family of the Indian National Congress Goddess Sonia Gandhi. Dynasties are present everywhere right from the Cabinet Ministers
level to the Chief Minister level, right down to the state legislator and the corporater and Gram Panchayat President level. These dynasties have been built over a period of
time beginning from the days when Jawaharlal Nehru founded democratic Indias first ruling dynasty. No doubt Nehrus example has inspired almost all the dynasties which
thrive like parasites in India today.
Mass media is used to create an image and magic about the scions of the ruling dynasties. All major successes are then attributed to the rulers, and failures thrust on the
shoulders of some of the parasites. This is the modus operandi of most of the dynasties. Money and a position of power is the only attraction for the parasites.
The recent resounding defeat of Sonia Gandhis and Lalu Prasad Yadav's dynasties in the Bihar Assembly Elections exposes the so called magic of their dynasties. The
voters of one of India poorest and underdeveloped states have rejected outright these royal families of democratic India. This exposes their so called charm and magic, no
matter what reasons their servants might put forth.
The honest media in India should create a public awareness campaign, especially concentrating on the rural population, not to vote for the political dynasties and their
candidates. This seems the best way to bring corruption under control in a democratic set up. This is not the dream solution, but a major step forward in combating the
menace of corruption.
India is a great country with a glorious heritage and culture, it is a country of 120 crore people, it does not need the Ramu Kakas of the ruling dynasties to govern it.

Founder of corruption in India

When the first Indian National Congress Ministries were formed all over India after Independence, MAHATMA GANDHI had issued instructions that all Ministers should
accept a monthly pay of Rs. 500.At that time a fund was started to help the riot affected and displaced persons to settle down, as they had lost everything in the aftermath of
the violence which followed immediately after the partition of India.
Shri.Govind Vallabh Pant was the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh at that time. One of the ministers in his Cabinet came to him and donated his entire monthly salary of Rs.
500 in great style.Shri.Govind Vallabh Pant returned the salary back and told him here take back your salary, I only want your monthly allowances. The monthly
allowances amounted to Rs.2600.The Minister had no option but to mutely comply with the request.
That was a long time back; Ministers have progressed by leaps and bound since then. Mahatma Gandhi was shortly assassinated and was not there to witness the humble
beginnings of the commencement of CORRUPTION IN INDIA.This corruption does not exist now it has mutated into looting.
The assassination of Gandhi paved the smooth transition from British rule to dynastic rule in India as Jawaharlal Nehru formed Indias first ruling dynasty. The mutation of
this dynasty now rules India. Nehru must be shivering in his grave just thinking about the chain reaction which his ambition triggered off.
Maybe the founders of most other smaller political dynasties in India were inspired by Nehru to start their own dynasties, he was the founder. Herein lies the real Root of
corruption in India .The foundation stone of Indias democratic setup was not laid properly, this is where it all begins. The massive task for anyone who now wishes to
restrict and control corruption in India is to undo everything and lay the foundation stone once again.

Sharad Pawar slap insult of all Politicians

In olden times in India, the law gave the right to a person to slap on the face, his debtor for declaring insolvency and inability to pay his dues. The slap would be in court and
in full public view.
A slap on the face was then and is still in most parts of the world considered to be an ultimate insult.
The talking point of the moment is the stinging slap, the sound heard on TV, given by a youth Harvinder Singh to the Indian Agriculture minister Sharad Pawar. Harvinder
Singh was protesting against the unprecedentedCorruption in India ,as well as the continuous price hikes.
The slap can be viewed as a symbolic insult of the highest order by the desperate and frustrated citizens of India on the ruling looters. That Pawar was at the receiving end
does not matter; this is to be taken as a warning by the entire tribe of looters.
With the desperation of the common man to survive, the sight of the Politician and his dynasty in all their glory has become unbearable. With a spate of attacks on
Politicians in the near past, I have feeling that the intensity is only going to increase.
One look at the face and utterances of Harvinder Singh, tells you about his determination and intent. This was not a publicity stunt as most of the media made it out to be,
they of course have their limitations.
The writing of the wall appears obvious, the felons [Politicians] wont reform and the slap will be replaced by a gun.

Why Indian Government is delaying releasing HSBC names

The entire attitude of the Indian Government, in the case involving the Indian citizens holding bank accounts in HSBC, Geneva, is
mystifying and suspicious to say the least. The list given by France some time back is said to consist of 700 Indians, including 3 MPs.
The answer might not be as complicated as one might imagine it to be. The two main points for consideration for the Government or more specifically those who control it
are definitely.
1] Do any of the names mentioned in the French list lead back to them[their controllers].
2] If yes then there should be a cover up.All traces must be wiped out, all evidence destroyed.
Now the delay in releasing the names, in spite of all round criticism and condemnation ,definitely leads one to believe that there is a connection.
If so the cover up operation is going to take some time, it might be underway in full swing.
The reasons for the delay are the same as were highlighted by me of what happens if Wikileaks discloses the names of Indian accounts in Swiss Banks..The crap about
secrecy Laws is doing the rounds for some time now.
The government knows that ECONOMIC CONDITION for most Indians is rapidly deteriorating ;subject to one price rise after the other. It knows that it has to disclose the
names one of these days. Now it might also be preparing an alibi if thing turn wrong. The disclosure of scam after scam has made its skin thicker than that of a Rhino.
There are also said to be other lists handed over by other countries, the likely hood of a cover-up operation regarding those lists being under way is also very high. Another
point which the Government of India must be contemplating on is if the French list is released then it sets a precedent regarding the fate of all other lists.

At the time of writing this article New Delhi is facing a critical flood like situation. There is water
logging everywhere, traffic jams, and the Jama Masjid firing incident, not to speak of the Dengue and
Swine Flue epidemic. It looks like nature is making the Commonwealth Games looters pay for their
misdeeds. Is this bad Karma? Has the Commonwealth Games 2010 attracted Bad Karma ? It
certainly seems like that everything is coming in a hurry.
The Commonwealth Games 2010 scheduled to commence on 3rd October 2010, has been in the headlines for the past few months completely for the wrong reasons. The
corruption scandal broke out, and there was egg on the faces of all concerned. Corruption is a very mild term, anyone having even a casual glance at the alleged charges, will
know that this is not corruption but looting.
The men in the spotlight are the Commonwealth games 2010 Organizing Committee Chairman Suresh
Kalmadi and his subordinates. I must point out that to allege that Kalmadi and his subordinates
masterminded the looting, is like living in fools paradise.Kalmadi is just another minor clog in the
Indian Political system. I will leave it at that.Everyone knows where the buck stops.
Some sections of the Indian Media showed some spine in exposing the Looting scandal, others
jumped on the band wagon, and some because they had to carry the news, not doing so would have
made the public look at them with suspicion.But those who have been allegedly exposed like Kalmadi
are the minor clogs. Coming to the guys who hold the strings, these guys will never be exposed or
even a minor charge of alleged looting be voiced against them. This is simply because the Indian
Media and the so called intellectuals have adopted the policy of Mahatma Gandhis three monkeys
speak no evil see no evil hear no evil
Now what ultimately happens to the Commonwealth Games, I do not know. I only hope for the sake
of the country it is at least completed. I pity the looters they have their hand full even at this eleventh
hour. On the one hand they are short of time trying to desperately complete the infrastructure. On the
other hand they stand helpless, with folded hands against nature. However I dont think that New
Delhi will be drowned.
What one has to look out for is who the scape goats in the looting scandal are going to be. After the
Games there has to some sort of exercise, like a Commission, where the verdict will most likely come
out after 10 years. By then this incident will be out of the public memory. It always works like that.

Who got the commonwealth loot ?

Just hours after I wrote the post- commonwealth-games-2010-looters, we have still more bad news the foot over bridge collapsing near the Games main venue The
Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium and injuring 27 workers. Again yesterday we have news about a false ceiling collapse at the same venue.
Its seems the looters are in a bind, nothing seems to be going right for them. I can imagine them now gathering in groups and praying to KUBER [ The God of Wealth],to
save their skins, after all they are his greatest devotees. They were doing this only for their unflinching love and devotion towards Kuber [rivals Mirabais love for Krishna].
The commonwealth games looting has come into the limelight for the simple reason that it is an International event. A lot of other nations will be participating and
watching, hence this loot cannot be brushed away under the carpet. This is unlike the fate of Billions of Rupees, allocated towards what is called infrastructure and public
amenities. What finally reaches the Indian public are the scraps.
To boost spending on infrastructure and public works and fill the government coffers, recently subsidies have been removed, thus paving the way for all round price rise.
The money thus collected from the public, already desperate to make two ends meet, is ultimately looted in the name of public works,Games, infrastructure and so on. Direct
looting of the public is now gathering momentum.
Now the Indian Prime Minister has taken over and made the Cabinet Secretary KM Chandrasekhar, the person in charge of all ongoing works, which are still going on at this
11th hour. As I have said earlier to blame the organizing committee chairman Suresh Kalmadi, is being short sighted, Suresh is a minor politician, the buck does not stop at
him. Does the buck stop at the Indian Prime Minister Dr.Manmohan Singh?
I have nothing against the Indian Prime Minister Dr.Manmohan Singh. I think that he is basically a nice person. I am not one of those who snigger at him and call him names
like Shikandi, enslaved economist, family retainer, slave and so on. I wish from the bottom of my heart that he cleans up the commonwealth hole which the looters have dug
for the country.
I am also hopeful that he tells the country who the names of the final beneficiaries of the commonwealth and all the other loot which is happening in the country, who the
real masterminds are. We do not want to be told that Kalmadi and other minor henchmen are masterminding everything.
The Indian media has also its share to responsibility. These are some of the answers which the Media needs to tell the India public.
Where does the lion share of the loot finally go?
Who gets the lions share of the loot?
Where is the loot stashed away?
If in Swiss Banks and other tax havens, how does it reach there?
And finally what must be done to get the loot back.

Commonwealth loot cover up ?
The last couple of days one sees a massive cover up operation by the Commonwealth Games
2010 looters. Suresh Kalmadi the pawn of the looters has finally owned up to full
responsibility for the Commonwealth hole which the looters have dug up for the nation. With
black soot being rubbed on the face of the country on a daily basis by all and sundry, the
looters are left with no other option.
This was the same Kalmadi who has repeatedly hinted on news channels that he had no
authority to sanction even a single paisa.One thinks that Kalmadi has been given some sort of
deal to volunteer as the scape goat by the looters.One needs only to rewind those tapes to
know what was said by whom and when.
A large section of the media is concentrating entirely on Kalmadi, so as to convince the
public that the Commonwealth looters were only Kalmadi and his cronies. Certain senior
members of the Congress Party are seen appearing on News channels criticising Kalmadi and
the so called organizers. The entire thing appears to be an well orchestrated campaign by this

Commonwealth Games 2010 Loot Cover Up Begins
The token drama of inquiring into the Commonwealth Games 2010 loot has commenced a
couple of days back. The Income Tax authorities on Tuesday raided a total of 23 premises.

scam broke out was only according to him approximately rupees 1600 crores.This figure is I
think probably correct as most commentators and experts agree on this. Now what about the
rest of the 70,000 or 101700 crores.
Another mysterious thing is what was the actual estimate for the Games, when India first got
the go head; some say it was 1899 crores, others 8000 crores.After the initial estimate the rest
of the amount supposedly spent was cost escalation due to inflation and other factors. Do they
expect any one to believe this? This probably is the reason why they are not divulging what
the actual cost for hosting the Games really was.
The masterminds know that no one is going to believe that Kalmadi was the top guy, so one
more name is making the rounds and is currently upstaging Kalmadi, that of the Chief
Minister of Delhi Sheela Dikshit.The looters are preparing to sacrifice Dikshit.Their agents in
the Indian Media have now launched an exercise at elevating Dikshit as the main looter.
I would like to ask these agents of the looters does Sheela Dikshit or for that matter the Sad
Sack Kalmadi have the authority to sanction and spend thousands of crores of the nations
resources. Such sanctions can only be made by the Prime Ministers office and the Union
Group of Ministers. I am not implying that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh is involved; he
appears to be nice senior citizen. If he is not involved then who are the people who are
stripping the nation of its wealth. If Manmohan Singh is not involved, what and whom is he
afraid of?
Again the nation needs to know who the real masterminds of the Commonwealth loot and all
the other loot happening in this country really are. The investigations and probes are not
going to arrive at the real looters; the simple reason is because the looters control them the

Switzerland known better for it Swiss Banks is a nation which has accumulated ton and tons
of bad Karma. This bad Karma falls in the Dhruda Karma category which means that one has

politicians, industrialists and corrupt government employees in Swiss Banks stands at $1456
billion, an amount which is more than 13 times the Indian foreign debt. This figure is more
than the total amount of illegal funds of the rest of the world in Swiss Banks.
A major chunk of the funds looted from countries like India find their way into the Swiss
Banks. This looted money is the main cause of hunger deaths, suicides and a vast multitude
of people desperately trying to make two ends meet. Thus the main allies and partners in
crime of the looters are the Swiss, who are directly responsible for countless murders.
This accumulated bad Dhruda Karma of the Swiss,in the coming days is going to be balanced
by a strong counter reaction. The laws of Karma state that every action will have an equal and

The Niira Radia tape scandal, probably Indias biggest tape scandal has nailed the role of a section of the Media, in what normally happens under the guise of the respectable
name of lobbying. This could just be a tip of the iceberg. The C.B.I.has claimed that they have as many as 5, 851, tapes recorded conversations of Radia.
India leading industrialist and Chairman of the Tata Group Ratan Tata, whose conversations with Radia also figure amongst the leaked transcripts, has moved the Supreme
Court of India, for protection of his privacy. The tapes hint at Tatas involvement in the 2G spectrum scam, though not conclusively. The tapes never the less portray him in
bad light as just another run of the mill high society gossip monger, manipulator and news planter.This is not good publicity for a man of his positon.
The most disgusting thing about this scandal is that barring a few exceptions, there has been a total black out of this scandal by both the Print and Electronic Media. The
Media normally hungry for even minor scoops, termed as Breaking News, has shown its true colors. This is understandable as some famous media persons, always
hogging the limelight are at the receiving end.
What becomes clear is that the leakage of the tapes has been done in a selective manner. The C.B.I probably has a lot of dope on a whole lot of others. When I said that this
could be the tip of an iceberg, I meant that the government might have in it procession a huge amount of such transcripts of other power brokers like Radia as well.
The media which of late had taken the high moral ground in exposing the corruption scams of the commonwealth games, the 2G spectrum scam as well as other smaller
scams like the Adarsh society and Yeddyurappa scams, has been stunned into silence.
Is this just a warning to the media to lay off? A warning to fall in line or face the consequences. Have just a selected few including Tata have been made an example of? Will
the almost daily dose of scams being exposed come to a standstill? One does not know, one has to only wait and watch.

The Nira Radia tapes scandal has shown what the main stream media, as they take pride in calling themselves really are. I dont mean just those media persons who figure in
the transcripts, but all those others who have remained silent and still refuse to air the tapes, for reasons best known to themselves.
These guys are rubbing more black soot on their faces by justifying their cowardly action of not airing the tapes. Some of the most common reasons given are1. The tapes have not been authenticated. This in spite of the fact that those featuring in the tapes have not denied it. What about the tapes involving others, you feature in
your so called sting operations, are theses tapes authenticated.
2. This is an invasion of someones privacy. What about the mass invasions on privacy, which one sees daily on their shows. I think most of them are waiting with baited
breath for the verdict of Ratan Tatas application pending before the Supreme Court, so as to take a high moral ground and justify their actions.
4.Had the tapes involved some celebrity like a movies star, they would have been aired over and over again till the viewers would have got tired, and said enough, give us
something else.
3. Cant sit on judgment; have to look at the whole picture. What about the daily soap of media trails?
Over the years, the India media has become a part of the establishment. They have nicely fitted into the roles of cronies of the powerful lobbies of politicians and big time

not been for the net the tapes would have been buried somewhere in the record rooms of the courts.
Probably the main reason for their silence may be that the exposed tapes are just a tip of the iceberg, those exposed so far are just a select few who have been made an
example of. The others have certainly got the hint, fall in line or else.
I hope someone without any skeletons to hide, finally airs the tapes. There are bound to be a few honest media persons, who are not any of what I have said above. I had
begun to like this guy Arnab Goswami of Times Now, this guy appears sincere, I had started to see his channel, but he too has not aired the tapes, I hope he does it now.

The biggest,most popular and widely celebrated festival in India Diwali is back. Diwali is the festival of Lights; it is also the festival to illuminate your mind. During Diwali
time most homes are decorated with lights, diyas and lamps. Its also time for crackers, new clothes and sweets. The deeper significance of Diwali is the celebration of the
victory of light over darkness, the victory of good over evil.
Diwali is also a time for Aartis, Stotras, Chalisas and Mantras.Devote Hindus pray to make their life better, some do Sadhana to acquire Siddhi as Diwali is considered to be
a very auspicious period for acquiring Siddhi.
Diwali is time for sweets, even the poorest of Indias poor make or purchase sweets. Little do these people realize that the sweets or the products they purchase to make
sweets might be adulterated and poisonous. The past few days preceding Diwali one has witnessed raids by the Prevention of Food Adulteration Department to seize and
destroy adulterated sweets. Tons and tons of adulterated Khoya and Paneer,the main ingredients in making sweets have been seized and destroyed.
This is just a tip of the iceberg, the actual magnitude of the food adulteration racket in India is not known. True enough there are efforts by some government official with
limited resources to stop food adulteration. What should have been an all out effort by the Government of India on an war footing to stop its citizens from being poisoned,
has been left to a few.
There have been no statements to this effect from the Prime Minister or any of his senior colleagues to this effect. It appears that food adulteration is not on their agenda,
they have perhaps other important things on their mind. It appears that an Indian citizen getting poisoned has zero priority.
Some countries have enforced Capital punishment for food adulteration.One does not know what ultimately happens to those who are unlucky enough to be caught in India.
Under The Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, 1954 there is a punishment of six months and fine of Rs.1,000 for adulteration cases which do not result in death or
grievous disability. The act simply does not take into consideration the long lasting effects of food poisoning, what happens if someone is infected with Cancer, and it is
detected after say six months, and the cause is not known.
Anyway back to Diwali,it up to you to look after yourself in these present times.It is up to you and not the Government of India to defeat the Narakasur of food adulteration.

How to detect adulterated tea, coffee and sugar

Most Indians trapped in the quicksand of corruption and mis- governance to do not give a second thought to the unprecedented adulteration of food taking place. There are
no reliable estimates of the number of deaths caused directly due to food adulteration in India.; this is simply because most of these cases go undetected. The number of such
deaths is bound to be mind boggling and shocking if known.
I have tried to give some simple tests to detect adulterated tea, coffee and sugar.
Tea
Tea is normally adulterated using re-colored used tea. There is a simple test to detect if the tea has been adulterated. Take a blotting paper, wet it by sprinkling some water
over it and then sprinkle the tea powder over it.
If you come across yellow, orange or red spots on the blotting paper, then the tea has been adulterated by using artificial color. Pure tea leaves release color only when they
are put into boiling water.
Coffee
The most common form of Coffee adulteration is through the use of powdered tamarind seeds. Pure coffee will always float on the water, if there are powdered tamarind
seeds, they will sink to the bottom.
Powdered Sugar
Powdered sugar is normally adulterated through the use of washing soda. To test powdered sugar, add a few drops of Hydrochloric acid to it; if it foams then it has been
adulterated.

What the Babri Masjid verdict means

The Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High, comprising of Justice S.U. Khan, Justice Sudhir Agarwal and Justice D.V. Sharma, have delivered the long awaited verdict in
the 60-year old Ramjanmbhoomi-Babri Masjid dispute, today at around 4.30 PM.
The judgment is said to be running into 8,000 pages, and it will take a lot of time for the Lawyers to digest everything, and what it means. There will be a lot of factors
which will have to be taken into consideration, before taking a final point of view.
Prima facie from reports coming in, the most important factors, which will be turning point in the political history of India according to me,are the court rulings that -The disputed structure is indeed the birthplace of Shri.Ram; this is according to the Lawyers involved based on reports and evidence taken from the Archaeological Survey
of India.The court has also described Shri Ram as an Deity.
The judgment also states that the Masjid was constructed on what was a massive Hindu structure. This verdict is also based on evidence given by the Archaeological Survey
of India;
The judgment is also said to have stated that a Mosque cannot be constructed on a demolished structure, hence it is illegal.
The other factors, including the title suits and other technical matters including dividing the land into three parts are according to me not as important as the above three
points. Even if the aggrieved parties appeal to the Supreme Court of India, it will not have much of a bearing.
What it really means is that the occupation of the Masjid and the placing of the idols of Shri Ram in 1949 and the Demolition of the Mosque on Dec.6 1992 were valid
incidents. It could be argued that these incidents arose mainly as a result of the emotions of the people. This is a major victory for the BJP and the Sangh Parivar.The secular
forces who were opposing these incidents are likely to be an embarrassed lot.
The Government can now fully concentrate on the Commonwealth Games of loot feeling a lot secure and comfortable.

As everyone digests the long drawn out Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid verdict, and what it means for all concerned caution has to be maintained by everyone, so as to
arrive at a negotiated settlement. It is crystal clear that the BJP and the Sangh Parivar have come out shining. It might be argued that the demolition of the Babri Masjid was
nothing but an outburst of the public emotions.
It must be noted that the final goal of the BJP and the Sangh Parivar has been achieved, and they will be eager to arrive at some sort of
settlement. The Muslims will naturally feel that they have been let down. But this is not a time for egos to come to the fore as to who got
the better deal. There is talk of an appeal to the Supreme Court; I dont know what this will achieve, if anything it will keep the matter
boiling.
The Muslims in particular have to watch out for the pseudo secularists, as these are the people who are likely to do the most damage.
The Hindu religion is full of such scum; the scum is present in large quantities in the Media. These misguided and egoistic elements are
giving those elements wanting to create damage, at lot of ideas and moral support in the name of secularism.
Within just moments of the verdict coming out, these idiots were campaigning for a grand mosque coming next to the proposed Ram Mandir.These guys were inflaming
tensions, and giving ammunition to the trouble makers, and creating a new controversy. Building a mosque next door to the proposed Ram Mandir is like putting kerosene
near fire, you dont know when it will explode.
Ram is worshipped in India as the manifestation of the Supreme; his position is just like that
of the Prophet Mohammad in Islam.Canvasing for a temple next to the proposed Ram
Mandir,as the pseudo secularists are actively engaged in is like asking for a temple being
built next to the birthplace of the Prophet Mohammad. I suggest the pseudo secularists go to
Saudi Arabia and ask the Saudi Government, for a small Hindu temple to built somewhere in
the vicinity, and see what happens.
There are such elements present more in the English Media as I have said before, more
particularly the bigger news channels. These guys think they have become superstars, and are
beyond the Law. These are the guys who think that they can get away with anything. I dont
know if these guys are following the orders of someone or if they are just plain morons.
These are the handful of guys who one has to watch out for in the coming days as they are

The much awaited Indian Budget 2010,the first for the Congress led United Progressive Alliance,owned by Sonia/Rahul and Priyanka is
nothing but a step further for the enemies of Hinduism in their organized and meticulously planned campaign to eradicate the Hindu
Religion. A simple glance at the union budget 2010 will be sufficient to answer the question-IS HINDUISM BEING DESTROYED?
This budget ensures that the poorer you are the harder you are hit. In a country where 50% of the population are fighting a loosing
battle to make two ends meet, and the next 45% seeing their earning dwindle and not knowing what tomorrow has in store for them,
this budget is a sick joke being played upon them.
A simple glance at the budget will tell that it caters to less than 5% of the population. Again if you have a look at this upper crust
population of less than 5%, you will see that over 95% of this upper crust of 5% are Hindus. These Hindus are mostly western oriented
ladies and gentlemen, the new breed of SECULAR HINDUS most of whom these aliens have succeeded in mutating into believing that the
true meaning of secularism is for non Hindu rule in India.
What has been done so openly and without any fear is that 95% of the population has been looted to keep this 5% happy and
preoccupied. These powers are aware that 95%of the population is so preoccupied with making two ends meet that they have no time
for politics, thus they know that it is this upper crust which counts.
If one takes the trouble to take a survey one will know that most of this upper crust do not even know the prices of vegetables and food
grains,a two or three Rupees increase in petroleum prices will not even be felt by them. This extra windfall for them has a purpose,
which is to create a class of secular Hindus, much like the brown sahibs which the British created. The extra money is intended for
purchase of luxuries and throw money around in multiplexes. As I have said before much success has already been achieved in mutating
their minds to the extent that these guys believe that the Khans of Bollywood are their Gods and ideals. The fact that their biggest Khan/
God Sharukh Khan has a preference for Pakistani Cricketers and Singers does not count.
This ground work is being created for direct rule by the foreigners, the proxies and Shikandis will be told to retire. The captive and
castrated media which was the first target to be enslaved will play its part, and if it is left to them the word Hindu will soon become a
four letter word.It was really amusing to watch how the anchors on some TV channels along with captive economists were trying to
deflect the price rise by focusing on the opposition walkout instead. There is one well known anchor who does not even make an attempt
at fairness, his mind has been mutated to such an extent that any criticism of his masters makes him emotional and you feel he might
burst into tears anytime.
The very fact that they so blatantly looted the poor in this budget makes you think that they have become arrogant and drunk with the
power and the feeling that a country of 125 crores has been offered to them on a platter. The obvious thinking is to keep the poor
completely in the grip of poverty so that they remain oblivious to the changes happening on the political front.
The next step could be some sort emergency to gain complete control and eradicate all opposition. The two recent incidents involving
Rahul Gandhi and his tool Sharukh Khan in Mumbai are an eye-opener. These events in quick succession make one think IS INDIA
HEADING TOWARDS ANOTHER EMERGENCY.

What the Budget means for most Indians

The Indian Budget 2011 was tabled in the Parliament on the 28 Th Feb .The question which comes to mind most naturally is
What does the annual Budget mean to most Indians?
The obvious answer nothing.
When I say most Indians, I really mean most Indians. And certainly not the same bunch you see day in and out on Television, debating issues who assume that they are the
we. The Budget does have a huge impact, but only for the handful and the we. This we is the section of the population who are the table polishers, those who feed
on the scraps thrown at them by the handful.
In a country home to the worlds largest poor population, where 60% of the total population lives below the poverty line. This 60% lives on an average daily income of 100
Rupees, the daily routine of this section of the population range between meeting the daily basic needs to death by starvation ,malnutrition and lack of health care. I dont
know of any such surveys being conducted, but I am sure that over 80% of this section of the population either doesnt know what a Budget is or havent heard of it.
Of the next 35% of the population, they most probably know what a Budget is. For those eligible to pay taxes, they know where they stand. But again I am sure an
overwhelming majority does not know or havent heard about the technical jargon like G.D.P., fiscal deficit or any of the terms one associates with the Budget.
Then there is the next 4% which includes the upper middle class and what is known as the white collared class, they know most of it and what it means for them. These are
the people who contribute most of the taxes. This is the section of the population which leads a comfortable existence.
That leaves the last 1%.This is the wealthy class, most of who try to minimize their tax liabilities by using the loop holes left so kindly for them to exploit. At the very upper
end of this class are the handful , for whose benefit the annual Budget exercise really takes place. Next in hierarchy are the we, the table polishers, about whom I have
already spoken about. Last are those who have no option but to flow with the tide, even if they dot wish to.
Now coming back to the Budget 2011, there is really nothing in it for the common man, whos Budget it has been dubbed as. The funds allocated for the common man are as
always, the funds which are left for looting. From a Government facing international ridicule over the series of corruption scams, one could at least have expected some
token bold steps to stop the looting. Some initiatives could have been taken to find and recover the looted 1.5 trillion dollars stashed away in Swiss Banks and other tax
havens. What we get is nothing; they have become brazen, digesting scam after scam.
Where the Government has taken care is the allocation of more funds to those states where they will be facing elections in the near future. This has nothing to do with the
poor in those states, but an opportunity to loot for those power brokers who can ensure votes.

ECONOMIC CONDITION OF INDIA

India to a wafer thin minority of less than 5% of the total Indian population of over 125 crores appears to be shinning. These persons
who are living in fools paradise are quick to point out that India is ranked as the 4th largest economy in terms of purchasing power
parity (PPP) calculations by The International Monetary Fund and World Bank.
The 2009 Forbes Rich list mentions 52 Indian billionaires,a figure which has almost doubled over the past year.Forbes also indicates that
unlike the global ranking, the Indian list includes some family fortunes, and the combined net wealth of the top 100 Indians stands at
$276 billion, which is equal to 25% of the GDP.
According to global estimates the illegal accounts of top Indian politicians, industrialists and corrupt government employees in Swiss
Banks stands at $1456 billion, an amount which is more than 13 times the Indian foreign debt.This figure is more than the total amount
of illegal funds of the rest of the world in Swiss Banks.
You can again add a few thousand persons here and there holding huge amounts of wealth domestically,and it does not take a genius to
calculate how disproportionately the wealth is distributed. The final figure will comprise of a few thousand politicians industrialists and
government officials holding a lion share of the nations wealth.
What we have here is in a country of 125 crores; the entire wealth is in the hands of a few thousand persons. These controllers of Indias
wealth have addressed the needs of the next slab of less than 5% of the population in the Indian Budget 2010.The entire budget
exercise is part of a larger conspiracy to create a class of Brown Sahibs/Shikandis, out of this 5% population of the country. INDIAN
BUDGET 2010-THE REAL TRUTH.
Which again leaves us with over 95% of the population struggling to make ends meet. The Budget 2010 has totally and purposely
ignored the needs of this 95% of the population. The real purpose is to keep them so pre occupied with poverty that they have no time
for politics or any kind of introspection on the reasons for their poverty.
The castrated and enslaved media and the captive economists are not going to tell you the truth. But the truth is everywhere it is
impossible to hide, how are they going to hide the fact that 1/3 of the worlds poor population lives in India. This leaves us with the
obvious questionsWith massive price rise, intended to help the elite, how are you going to feed the poor?
What about housing for the poor?
What about health care and education?
With labour laws totally biased towards the employers, how are you going to ensure reasonable employment?
With layers upon layers of government departments spending billions on themselves how do you divert money for the poor?
These are just a sample of questions which have no answers. It has always suited the Nehru/Gandhi family to have a corrupt structure;
this helped them consolidate their grip over the country. The Italian Gandhis have gone a step further, the direct loot of the nations
reserves have touched new heights.
These are questions which appear to have no answers; the owners of the Congress party will try to divide the Hindus further on basis of
caste/creed and regionalism, to keep the people preoccupied. The Shikandis/Brown Sahibs and Uncle Toms will play their part to the hilt.
But again what about food/clothing and housing.
Like the Ostrich one cannot bury ones head in the sand and pretend not to notice what is going on around us. The basic human needs
like food/clothing and shelter if not met will most certainly lead towards chaos. There will be mass looting and rioting, when one is
deprived of the basic necessities of existence there in nothing else one can do, it is a natural reaction.
For India the writing on the wall appears to be crystal clear,thinking and self respecting Hindus should introspect on these points as India
is heading rapidly towards a climax.

If Wikileaks exposes Indian accounts in Swiss Banks

Rudolf Elmer a former Swiss Banker has handed over two Compact; Disks reportedly containing names of about 2,000 tax evaders worldwide, having illegal accounts in
Swiss banks to Wikileaks founder Julian Assange.The very fact that they held a joint press conference and showed those Compact Disks indicates that Wikileaks is going to
publish that list very soon.
This has confused the famed Indian Looters who reportedly have approximately $1456 billion, of loot stashed away in the Swiss Blood Money Treasury .This amount is
more that the illegal funds of the next five countries put together. If this amount is brought back to India, and distributed, every Indian Household will get about 2.5 lakh
rupees each as stated by Ram Jethmalani. I had written about the true ECONOMIC CONDITION OF INDIA in March last year. Now most probably some of the prominent
looters are likely to be unmasked.
Yet I am skeptical about what might happen in India once some prominent Indian names are published. There is bound to be a lot of hue and cry, which might go on and on
till the shouters themselves get tired. This is how such exposures are ultimately killed in India. The main pawns in the recent commonwealth loot and the Nira Radia
tapes scandal have yet to be arrested.
What might probably happen if Wikileaks or for that matter someone else exposes the looters is another cover up. After all the Ramu Kakas who govern India only follow
their owners orders. We might witness the same modus operandifollowed in each and every scam. Some of the arguments the same bunch of enslaved spokespersons
economists and legal luminaries might put forward might be
The Government is well apprised of the matter and is taking all possible measures.
We have yet to receive the full details.
We have asked the Swiss Government to provide us with the necessary documents.
A team of law officers is going to visit Switzerland.
We will be holding discussions with the Swiss Government.
Any allegation must be backed by substantial evidence.
We have asked the investigating agencies to act swiftly and promptly.
We will be appointing an Inquiry Commission.
We will be submitting all evidence received to the Supreme Court of India, let the honorable Court decide.
The matter is Sub-Judice it will be improper to comment on it.
These delaying tactics will give the Indian looters and the Swiss criminals sufficient time to cover their tracks and destroy the evidence. One is sure to witness the usual
Orchestrated scenes in Parliament. And at the end of the day nothing will come out just as it happens every time.

Wikileaks Indian Swiss Funds - Investigation ?
On the heels of the Wikileaks time bomb already ticking for the Indian looters having Swiss
Bank accounts, the cover-up attempt by the Indian looters has came across an unexpected
road block.
The Supreme Court of India in the P.I.L.filed by Ram Jethmalani and others heaped scorn on the Indian Government. This was in response to the reluctance of the
Government to publish the names of the Liechtenstein Bank account holders and also disclose other names in their possession. The Supreme Court slammed the
Government for hiding behind mere technical details, this when the national wealth was being plundered.
It has become clear to the Supreme Court that the looters are preparing the grounds for the cover-up If Wikileaks exposes Indian accounts in Swiss Bank.The looters over a
period of time digesting, scam after scam have become immune to public opinion. They have developed a skin so thick, that it would make a Rhino blush.
Even if Wikileaks and Rudolf Elmer publish all the names of the illegal Indian account
holders in Julius Baer, and the other Swiss Banks follow suit, nailing the looters is a far cry.
These accounts will have been masked by layer upon layer of bogus legal entities. The looters
are sure to have taken all these precautions to ensure that the trail does not lead to them. This
is more than sufficient excuse for the Indian investigating agencies, controlled and directed
by the looters themselves. The Bofors Loot scam investigation is an eye-opener.
The only silver lining for the Indian citizen struggling for survival after price hike after hike
is the Supreme Court of India. There would be light at the end of the tunnel if the Supreme
Court directs and take charge of the investigations like it did in the 2G Scam following
the Nira Radia tapes scandal. I would be happy if the Supreme Court takes the following
measures
It can broad base the Public Interest Litigation filed by Ram Jethmalani and others to include
all cases relating to Blood Money stashed in safe havens.
Appoint an independent authority to control and supervise the investigations and report
directly to the Court.
Take charge of all documents directly from the Governments where these safe havens are
located, that is if these countries cooperate. So that the looters dont get access to these
documents before the Court.
Directly appoint law officers to conduct negotiations and liaison with the foreign countries
and banks, this is to ensure that these law officers do not act as lawyers for the looters
themselves like in the Bofors Loot scandal.
Order the interrogation of anyone strongly suspected to be involved in the loot. If possible
such persons can be taken into custody.
If these measures are not undertaken then there is no hope of getting the money back. The
looters will get bolder and start stripping the economy. As of today even the minor clogs in
the commonwealth loot have been released and are free men. This after heaps of
documentary evidence was available in the media for everyone to see. The cover-up is
complete.If reports are to be believed the looters are already in touch with Wikileaks.

Wikileaks affecting Indian Stock Markets

The recent speculation if Wikileaks exposes Indian accounts in Swiss Banks has led to intense activity amongst the black money launderers and the Indian looters. There
have been reports that the loot stashed away in the safe havens like the Swiss Banks is being rapidly withdrawn and diverted to undisclosed destinations. The Swiss Banks
on their part are desperate to retain these free funds at their disposal.
Such intense financial activity is sure not to go unnoticed, especially amongst the Global intelligence community. This is a golden opportunity to nail the looters. I wonder
amidst all this activity what the Indian Government is doing. Looking at their track record almost certainly nothing, but probably planning some sort of cover-up if the shit

What most Indians and not just the poor ones have to remember that this looting has severely affected their lives. This is true of the upper middle classes and the upwardly
mobile. Their looted money was taken out of the country through Hawala and then some of it was rerouted back to India through Derivative Instruments like
Participatory notes. The post liberalization period after 1992 saw the entry of FIIs [foreign institutional investors] who were permitted by the Indian capital market
regulator to register and trade in Indian securities. These FIIs are just another channel for reinvesting looted funds through Participatory Notes where the end investor
remains anonymous.
The influx of these FIIs has over the past few years pushed the Indian stock market to new highs. A lot of money is being generated through the stock market, as the FIIs
invest heavily in selective stocks. The smart trader has made a fortune just by following the trends; the guys who suffer are the small investors, who see their investments
shrinking day by day. It is the upwardly mobile Indian who is the end looser.
The rise in stock prices always witness a corresponding rise in the Realty Market as this is where a part of the profits flows. This has again given rise to unjustifiable prices
of homes. The end effect , the dream of every Indian of owning a house is going further and further away as the money makers have and are still investing in property.
Again a rise in stock prices witnesses a rise in the prices of gold and silver. India is the largest consumer of gold in the world. Almost every Indian needs to purchase gold as
it is an integral part and parcel of the Indian tradition, and is given to the daughter at the time of her marriage. Thus the high price of gold has affected almost every middle
and upper middle class household in the country.
Over the past couple of months and more particularly this year we are witnessing a fall in the stock prices as the FIIs funds are drying up. The looters have sensed that
disclosures might come any day and are in the process of finding new regions and areas to invest the looted funds. Again I must add that such large scale realignment cannot
go unnoticed, but what can one expect of the Indian Government.
There is a lot of poison in the Indian stock market and it appears to be a contaminated place to be in.Apart from the looters it is only the smart guys who are making money.
The least the Government of Indian can do is let the stock markets come back to their natural and justifiable level, and not force the public sector undertakings to invest the
public funds to stop the fall as it always does. At least this will remove some of the poison from the system. The smart guys have made enough money, they should be

Wikileaks Editor in Chief Julian Assange had stated what everyone knew, that the Indian illegal funds stashed away in Swiss Banks are much more than those of any other
nation. Assange had further slammed the Indian Government for their half hearted response in recovering this money.
The Wikileaks editor had further said that technical problems like double taxation and other legal roadblocks had nothing to do with recovering this money. The whistle

Wikileaks won't disclose illegal Indian Swiss accounts.
This is I think the only Wikileaks disclosure which is being sought to be killed by a lot of vested interest; Indian as well as the Swiss criminals. They have succeeded till
now in blocking the disclosures. Let alone recovering the 1.5 trillion dollars loot; they dont want even the names of the alleged looters to be made public.
This lends credibility to the rumors circulation all around that a large percentage of the funds belong to the New World Order controlling India. It is these Illuminati which
dictate the policies of the Indian Government. This is the one and only logical conclusion.
The real magnitude of the looted funds in yet to be ascertained. The 1.5 trillion dollars which are being protected by the Swiss criminals dont account for the entire loot.
One doesnt know about the funds in other tax havens, and what about the funds hidden in India itself. And what about the investments in corporate and real estate assets.

Why did the Indian Government come down so brutally on the Baba Ramdev agitation; after all they were only asking for a tough law to bring back the loot. All this sound

2G Spectrum Scam Cover - Up

A Raja the former the former Telecom Minister I am sure might have been influenced by his astrologer to enter politics. The learned astrologer might have forecast that Raja
had a powefulRajyogin his horoscope, that he would gain national and international fame, his name would be on the lips of everyone. The forecast has come true for A.
Raja, the Pawn who everyone loves to call the King.
Raja alleged to have masterminded the Rs. 1.76 crores 2G Spectrum scam was finally
arrested on 2/2/2011 by the C.B.I. along with two other government officials. The arrest
ceremony comes just a couple of days after all the rituals like the Congress Party and
D.M.K poll alliance was firmly sealed, after the meetings between Rajas Owner
M.Karunanidhi and the owner of the Congress Party Sonia Gandhi. There was also a meeting
between Karunanidhi and Manmohan Singh, this probably to take the heat away from Sonia
if some tough questions are raised.
This scam is also headed for a cover-up like its predecessor the Commonwealth loot cover
up.This scam now appears to be on the back burner with the bigger Swiss Funds
investigations now looming large around the corner. Raja the Pawn is being made to look like a King by one and sundry, so as to take the heat from the real
beneficiaries, just like Suresh Kalmadi the other alleged Kingpin in the Commonwealth Games Scam.
The most mystifying thing about the investigation is total concentration on Raja and ignoring
the beneficiaries,the corporates and policy makers who bent the rules and indulged in a
criminal conspiracy to defraud the exchequer the end result of which was a scam of a
magnitude never before witnessed in India. The main focus is on procedural lapses by Raja
and not on how to recover the looted money and punish the guilty.
The modus operandi of the Congress Party is that now that the Supreme Court of India is
monitoring the investigation, let the law take its own course. Now the Supreme Court cannot
go and conduct raids and interrogate those who appear to be prima facie guilty. The court has
to depend upon whatever evidence given to it by the investigating agencies, yes it raps these
agencies from time to time, but cant do the field work which the agencies have to do.
Volumes of documents relating to the scam are in the public domain. Yet no has even
questioned the beneficiaries,who are equal partners in this scam along with the persons who

Nostradamus - Wikileaks and Indian Funds

In December of 2009 I had interpreted a few Quatrains from the Prophecies of Nostradamus as referring to the illegal INDIAN FUNDS IN SWISS BANKS. As things have
started spanning out, I think I have probably interpreted the key Quatrain correctly. Here is that Quatrain. This probably speaks about the unimaginable amount of Indian
funds stashed in Swiss Banks.

The wretched, unfortunate republic will again be ruined by a new authority. The great amount of ill will accumulated in exile will make the Swiss break their important
agreement
As of the moment the Swiss Banks which symbolize the nation of Switzerland best, have and are generating massive amount of ill will worldwide and more so in a poor
country like Indian where people are struggling desperately to make two ends meet. One thing about which I am now certain is that the Swiss Government is sure to break
all agreements with the holders of what can be correctly be referred to as Blood Money .
It has to be noted here that this particular Quatrain does not contain the usual geographical landmarks, normally present in most Quatrains. The country described here did
not exist in the times of Nostradamus.The wretched unfortunate republic referred to by Nostradamus is India, which is a republic. The new authority are the same set of
politicians who replaced the Maharajas and the British rulers of the past.
This is another Quatrain which I had interpreted as referring to the Aftermath of the coming Crash. The Gold referred to here is the huge amount of illegal funds stashed
away in Swiss Banks. Such rampant and unabated looting is certain to lead to an economic crises; in this case it will be of unimaginable proportions.

stored in Swiss Banks is going to go waste, Saturn will be converted from gold to iron is exactly what this means. This is probably the next Global Flash Point about

Real condition of Indian Education

The Indian Education system has over the past few years collapsed totally, and has now mutated into a 2+2=4 and 2-2 = 4 kind of
system where the focus now seems to completely on the commercialization of Education. Education has turned into just another
lucrative business. Educationists are a dying breed which has been replaced by entrepreneurs and businessmen trying to diversify into
new areas.And of course the guys truing to make a fast buck are not far behind.
A child gets his first bitter experience of new forced responsibilities at the age of less than two years when he gets admitted into what is
known as Playgroup.Thereafter its nursery, then lower kindergarten,then upper kindergarten, all of this before the age of five. He
becomes a veteran of 4 years of schooling when he finally reaches the pinnacle which is the first standard.
Why I am calling this a bitter experience is because the child is just learning to speak clearly by the time he reaches the first standard,
which is when he is around five years old.One has only to be in the shoes of the child to know what is going on in his mind, what he is
thinking and experiencing in his formative years,which is when the brain starts expanding.Are the profiteering morons who control
Education not responsible for turning him into an automation?
In a country which has become slave to rules and regulations, are we not sinking deeper and deeper into the loop? The time will come
sooner than later when we might find it impossible to get out of this loop.This suits the politicians and civil servants who control the
Indian state perfectly.Rules and regulations are bread and butter for these guys thats how they manage to survive,hiding behind these
rules and regulations.
Coming back to the child,his parents are willing accomplices to his mental and physical harassment and mutation.The parents of today
have nicely blended into the loop of rules and regulation, and its their deepest desire to turn their child into a superior automation than
his peers. In a world of this is = that and this is that, this for them is the most natural thing in the world.
The most disgusting thing to watch is how the parents try to fulfill their unfulfilled deepest desires through their child. The child already
burdened with forced schooling, is further burdened with all sorts of coaching classes like dance, music, sports, amongst others the final
aim of which is to turn him into a celebrity, a television star. In indulging in this madness what they dont realize is that the natural
strengths of the child are lost. What they dont understand is that each and every person has his own natural strengths which have to be
understood and exploited.
There are of course those who fully understand the madness which is going on, these people have started schools aimed at increasing
the Child's natural mental growth. How ever these schools are for those who have money to spare, the fees in such schools are very
high. This is again commercialization coming into play, they impart relevant Education, but for a hefty amount. The Gurukul existed only
in ancient times and one can only read ans marvel about it.
As of today there seem to be no light at the end of the tunnel, as the Education system is growing and growing like a Dinosaur, which
will ultimately collapse under its own weight. The madness in the Indian Education system has to be stopped or the consequences will be
severe, as an entire generation will mutate into automation's.

IS INDIA HEADING TOWARDS ANOTHER EMERGENCY

There is a lot of talk about the magic of the Nehru/Gandhi family which rules India. Their mass appeal, charm, how they were the past,
the present and are the future of India. The so called intellectuals and the new self styled flag bearers of Indian democracy the media,
are seen day in and day out falling over each other to be in their good books by licking their boots and running down mercilessly anyone
who says something against them. The castration of the media appears to be total.
This is an organized campaign to brain wash the Indian public, especially the younger generation into believing that India is lost without
these benevolent Gods. These campaigns has accelerated tremendously over the past few months and are gaining in momentum, and
now even the slightest hint of criticism it not tolerated, one sees an army of these intellectuals and media persons ambushing those who
dare to differ. It appears that we are approaching what appears to be period much more severe than the emergency of 1975.
After Jawaharlal Nehru grabbed power in 1947, then through the India Gandhi rule, Rajiv Gandhi rule and now the Sonia Gandhi/Rahul
Gandhi/Priyanka Vadra regime, a vast circle has formed around these power centers. It is often said that the circle gets its strength from
the centre; this is not true it is the other way round it is THE CIRCLE WHICH GIVES STRENGHT TO THE CENTRE.
The fourth generations of the Nehru/Gandhi dynasty are only Gandhi in name, Sonia is an Italian and the two children connected to India
and Indian culture probably by satellite. None of them have ever done anything for India, except enjoying all the perks of royal life at
the cost of the country, on a scale whih the emperors of the past only dreamt of. The way these persons are being presented as saviors
of the nation by media and the intellectuals is a bad and sick joke being played on a country where the per capita income is $1032,
ranked 139Th in the world, in spite of being the 12Th largest economy in the world and the fourth largest by purchasing power parity,
where 22% of the citizens live below the poverty line.
Now coming back to the circle around the centre, this circle has been formed over a long period of time beginning with the Jawaharlal
Nehru regime,a large percentage of the members of this circle are second, third and fourth generation retainers like the courtiers of the
past, these associations go long. It was the present President of India who managed Indira Gandhis kitchen when Sanjay Gandhi was
killed in a plane crash in 1980.
What is really disturbing is the influx of new courtiers, dressed in designers suits, drunk with the arrogance of power going all out to
project Rahul Gandhi as some sort of messiah, saviour, or Gods gift to the nation. The way these people are going about it by putting
fear and dread in the minds of the already castrated media is indeed alarming. To be fair to Sonia/Rahul and Priyanka they have done
nothing either good or harmful for the nation. It is absolutely zero so why is this crescendo building up.
Without going into to the merits of the case recently workers of the Shiv Sena a recognized political party, were arrested en mass and
prevented from exercising their democratic rights of waving black flags at Rahul Gandhi the entire state machinery was blatantly
misused for the benefit of Rahul Gandhi who has no constitutional post. After that again the entire state machinery was misused to
release a film My name is Khan starring Sharukh Khan a member of the circle, again the protesters were arrested and thrashed. While all
this was going on the media was acting as cheer leaders for Rahul Gandhi.
All this points toward a disturbing state of affairs, the new generation of courtiers are far more aggressive than those of the past, we are
most probably in the midst of an undeclared emergency.

Kanimozhi arrest meaningless

DMK MP Kanimozhi the daughter of DMK Supremo was finally arrested today as her bail application was rejected by the Special CBI Judge O P Saini. Kanimozhi has
been chargesheeted in the 2G Spectrum Scam involving Rupees 176,000 crores, India'sbiggest scam uncovered so far.
The arrest comes after she was chargesheeted on 25th April as a co-conspirator. A long time indeed for the arrest ceremony to take place. Another glaring fact which I feel
is mystifying is why she was arrested after the chargesheet had been filed. Why did the CBI not arrest her while the investigations were in process? Why was she not

Another mystifying thing is everyone talks about the entire matter being sub-judice and avoids commenting about it. Dr.Subramanian Swamy has moved an application in
the Special Court seeking home minister P Chidambaram inclusion in the chargesheet as an additional accused. Now Chidambaram is the person who controls the CBI.
All of this is getting murkier day by day, the pawns being arrested after the chargesheets being filed. The kingpins at large, no one talking about them. Probably the New

A great change has taken place in the evolution of the Hindu population of India, numbering over 90 cores and more than 80% of the population of India. The young Hindu
of 2010 is undoubtedly the only real secular animal on the planet earth. This change has rapidly accelerated over the past decade and the momentum is such that it is near
impossible to stop this flow.HINDUS ARE SHINNING.
One talks about secularism in U.S.A. or Europe but it is the young and educated Hindu the opinion maker of today, whether as an entrepreneur, company executive, a media
person or government official who is the real secularist. This is just not idle back slapping, the change is so drastic that all one has to do is just look around, it is everywhere
and for the whole world to see.
The old timers say that they experienced that sinking feeling when they saw Indira Gandhi, married to a Muslim/Parsi and Rajiv Gandhi half Hindu and married to an Italian
Christian rule India. India thereafter has so rapidly changed and gone ahead that one does not give a second thought to Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Vadra
ruling India. Their bloodline,ancestry and religion is irrelevant what matters are that they are citizens of India. The old timers would be shivering in their graves, but what is
real is these people are our democratically elected leaders of today and the future of tomorrow.
Then there is Manmohan Singh, a Sikh as the Prime Minister of India, lovingly called by young Hindus as Singh is King. We also have as our Vice President Hamid Ansari,
a Muslim by faith. Then there are numerous other examples of non Hindus in positions of power, as Governors, Ministers and so on that it is just not possible to name them,
I would be writing a book if I were to do so. This speaks volumes about the secular credentials of young Hindus who elect non Hindus to govern them.
This is not all, not so long ago Yusuf Khan had to change his name to Dilip Kumar to be accepted as an actor, there were also numerous others who also had to do so. The
change has been so drastic that today the name Khan is a passport to success. The young Hindus of today have as their ideals and Gods Sharukh Khan, Salman Khan, Amir
Khan and numerous other Khans.The unthinkable happened in Mumbai recently, for the first time a call and threat from the Shiv Sena Supremo Bal Thakeray was ignored
and everyone flocked to see the film My Name is Khan.
The young Hindus ignored the Sena arguments that Sharukh Khan had a soft corner for Pakistani Cricketers and Singers. This proves that the young Hindus of today are not
only Secular but also forgiving, another glowing example of this is the election of Mohammad Azaruddin as Member of Parliament, accused not so long ago of match fixing
and betraying his country.
The entire world should applaud the young Hindus, the secular events happening in India are unthinkable even in those western countries which are known as the flag
bearers of democracy, their egos or what they call self respect would come in the way. I expect the young Hindus led by the Media going from strength to strength; they
should ignore the taunts of the hardliner like impotent, Hijras [eunuchs] and go from strength to strength. HINDUS ARE SHINNING.

IS HINDUISM BEING DESTROYED

The last few years have witnessed an unprecedented organized and meticulously planned campaign launched by the enemies of Hinduism to destroy Hinduism. The goal of
these persons is to infiltrate and enslave the minds of the new generations of Hindus. Emboldened by the success which they have gained by mutating the minds of
the SECULAR HINDUS, these forces have now launched an all out attempt of an even greater magnitude in the past few months.
The change is there for the whole world to see. Hindus are now slowly but steadily being indoctrinated to believe that the true meaning of secularism is to be ruled by non
Hindus in not only politics but all walks of life. This is the right step ahead in the 21st Century is what seems to be the mantra of these forces.
The intimidating message is that if you say anything in praise of Hinduism, or try to defend it, this will amount to fundamentalism and communalism. You are also told time
and again that it is but natural for other religions like Islam and Christianity to publicly follow their religious customs and traditions over and above the interests of the
country, but if you utter any thing about Hinduism you are destroying the national fabric and are a threat to national integrity.
Please note that I am neither a member of the Right Wing parties nor trying to defend them, a most disturbing trend which I have seen is the way the media has been
castrated. In the two recent incidents in Mumbai involving Rahul Gandhi and his follower Sharukh Khan and the Shiv Sena,almost all the news channels were showing the
same headlines Rahul is the king of Mumbai,Sharukh is the King of Mumbai.It was as if the headlines were being dictated to them and also what to show and report.
The castrated media played their part to the hilt; they acted as the mouth peace of Rahul Gandhi. Every now and then we had discussions on these channels featuring a few
enslaved intellectuals and media persons all of them sitting on judgment and misleading the public to the real facts. The common thread in these discussions over a period of
almost 4 days of coverage involving both the incidents was that there was not a single note of disagreement on all of these channels. The fact that the constitutional right of
protesting by waving black flags was balantly suppressed that to for a person who did not hold any constitutional post was ignored by everyone. In the end all of them
sounded like hijras [eunuchs] lifting their saris and clapping Rahul, Rahul, Sharukh, Sharukh.
These incidents makes one think IS INDIA HEADING TOWARDS ANOTHER EMERGENCY, such incidents are now noticeably on the rise. The message is clear this
exercise is aimed at completely eradicating the feelings of pride and love which most Hindus feel for their religion. These enemies of Hinduism have managed to divide
Hindus on basis of caste, creed and regionalism,and have thrived on it like parasites and now are going for that final push when India will finally be subject to being directly
ruled by complete aliens and not the usual Shikandi's.
The first target was obliviously the media, whose pathetic state is most visible. Along with the media the mental enslavement of Generation Next has began and a lot of
success has already been achieved.
What these forces and their Shikandis should remember is that Hinduism is not a religion, it has no beginning and what has no beginning has no end. Hinduism has no
founder and is not a man made religion like their own. No one can destroy Hinduism; the Shikandis will destroy themselves.The need of the hour is for brave and fearless
new voices to be heard again from the media.

The Jan lokpal Bill drafting committee meets for the last time today. But severe differences remain between the two sides .The most severe of them is bringing the Prime
Minister within the ambit of the Lokpal.For some strange and mystifying reasons the 5 members of the Government side of the 10 member drafting committee are trying to
kill this move.
Whereas team Anna Hazare seems to be firm on this issue. The Government on it part seem under a lot of pressure not to strike at the Root of corruption in India .It appears

two years of the magic of the Dynasty. The Gandhis are obviously saving the most populist schemes for Rahul Gandhi and restricting the moves by Manmohan Singh to
announce any popular schemes or even take corrective measures.
The official coronation of Rahul Gandhi will be accompanied by populist schemes and a Media Blitz. The move to exclude the Prime Minister from the ambit of the Lokpal

Another significant statement by Rahuls current mouthpiece Digvijay Singh is that Rahul Gandhi should now get married. This means that Rahul is planning to get married

What does Republic Day mean to you ?

Even as India will be celebrating her 65th Independence day on Monday, 15 August 2011,the ECONOMIC CONDITION for the common Indian is growing

Prayer for India's 63rd Republic day 2012

India will be celebrating her 63rd Republic day on 26th January 2012 amidst the usual pomp and fanfare. Come the morning of the 26th
most people; especially children will be glued to their TV sets watching the Republic Day parade. This Parade held annually on the
occasion of India Republic Day is arguably the best of its kind in the world.
This excellently choreographed parade showcases all geographical regions, diversity, culture, progress and the strengths of India in just

Theme for India's 64th Republic Day

The theme for this Republic day is Sakam Karma ; this is all action for the welfare of me, myself, my family and my dynasty. This is
the exact opposite of Nishkam Karma; selfless service
The grand spectacle of India's 64th Republic will no doubt be as magnificent as it is every year; the parades; the cultural floats amidst
the patriotic songs. This occasion; a public holiday gives most educated people having some reasonable employment an opportunity to
celebrate and enjoy the festivities.
But do really all Indians celebrate? Do the people facing starvation and malnutrition or those dying due to lack of Medicare really know
about the Indian Republic Day festivities? Do they have anything at all to celebrate? I do not want to sound pessimistic and spoil the joy
of this great occasion, but why close your eyes from the hard facts of life. This is a Spiritual site and those who hide and pretend not to
see the world around them go nowhere.
The ones who will really be celebrating are the ones who are the real success stories of the Republic; the handful of political dynasties
spread all over India, those who replaced the Maharajahs and the British and the less than 1% of the population which feeds on their
leftover like all model parasites. Of the 99% Outsiders 10 or 15%, as said above a chance to celebrate with their friends and families.
As we enter another crucial period in the Kali Yuga the golden words from the Bhagavad-Gita You have the right to the work you
choose, but not to the fruits of that work. Must never ever be forgotten. What is being witnessed in India is Sagar Manthan the
churning process; the darkest entities will come to the fore. This is the natural evolutionary cycle; nothing to be alarmed off; it has to
come and will pass.

Prayer for Indias Independence Day 2012

The annual celebrations of Indias 66th Independence Day will take place tomorrow; with the Prime Minister hoisting the Indian flag at
the historic Red Fort. Just few hundred yards away, the Ambedkar Stadium, at the time of writing this post, hosts thousands of
prisoners; for wanting laws to bring the looted funds back from the Swiss Banks; for wanting laws to stop corruption and loot of the
national resources.
In the past few months the modus operandi of the government and their controllers was sleaze; engaging the agitators and then taking
the steam out and do nothing. Now the modus operandi is simple; just ignore them; see what happened to Team Anna Hazare.
On the other hand its distressing to see the corrupt politicians who make up the opposition lying to the public and coming across as
champions of clean politics. A most distressing picture indeed!
All this points to an extremely bleak picture of India as it celebrates its 66th Independence Day on 15th August 2012. One hopes to see
some light at the end of the dark tunnel which is what most Indians are living in.
A simple prayer for Independence Day 2012 is given below. This prayer is from the verses of the Vedas. This prayer was recited to
invoke the supernatural powers to annihilate enemies; the modern day version of enemies is the looters. I have tried to give a modern
day translation from the ancient Sanskrit verse.
May the Sun charge at our enemies, annihilating their sleaze and filthy schemes,
May he throw them into disarray and destroy their weapons.
Let the mightily Wind blow them away and into the netherworld, and the great thunderbolts pierce and burn their hearts into dust.
May the silent Moon take away their minds; delude and throw them into hell.

The Baba Ramdev Revolution ?

Baba Ramdev the Yoga and spiritual Guru has sounded the bugle of revolution to combat Corruption in India which has engulfed the entire nation and threatens to destroy
the existence of the Indian citizens. At this moment of time the ECONOMIC CONDITION OF INDIA shines more brightly than ever for the handful of looters and the
parasites who feed of them. In these desperate circumstances Baba Ramdev is probably the only light at the end of the tunnel which many in this country see.
Baba Ramdev has predicted that the present Government led by Manmohan Singh is not going to complete its full term in office. This Government already in a state of
collapse and under siege for its role in the loot of India is bound to collapse.Baba Ramdev further stated that there would be unprecedented unrest in India in the years 2011,
2012, 2013 and 2104.He also said that the unprecedented unrest will occur because of the unprecedented magnitude of corruption.
Baba Ramdev further said that the cleansing process will start from the top. He said that he was in possession of the names and Swiss Bank account details of the top most
looters. Some of this information was acquired through sting operations.He also said that he was not interested in any kind of office but would ensure that honest persons
would be put in positions of power, and exemplary punishment would be handed to the looters.
I was impressed by the conviction with which he made these statements.Baba Ramdev also asked everyone to watch out for the rally which he would be holding on
27th February in New Delhi on the death anniversary of Chandra Shekhar Azad.He also said that everyone should watch out for 23 rd March, he did not elaborate on this. He
further said that he would take action as regards to the loot menace before the end of June.
He has to spell out the details as regards to his alternate model of governance. The present model cannot survive as it is breading ground for corruption, dynastic politics and
criminalization of politics.
Much of what I had written in my posts on the Prophecies about India and Prophecies about India - 2 seems to be falling in place. The changes have to come, that is
unavoidable, if this is it only a short time will tell as Baba Ramdev has clearly spelt out some dates.

S Band Scam Mystery

In one thought that the Rs.1,76,000 crores 2G Spectrum Scam was the last straw in the on going exposures of scam after scam ,one is badly mistaken. Initial reports spread
over the past 2 days indicate that the S Band Spectrum scam has raised the bar in the unimaginable magnitude of the ongoing CORRUPTION IN INDIA.One shudders to
imagine what next ?.
The Comptroller and Auditor General of India is reportedly investigating the latest S Band scam which is estimated to have cost the exchequer a loss of Rs. 2,00,000 crores.
The investigations concern the Indian Space Research Organization which comes under the Ministry of Space, a ministry directly under the Prime Minister of India, and the
deal it has signed through its commercial arm Antrix Corporation Ltd with Devas Multimedia Private Ltd.Devas is promoted by Dr MG Chandrasekhar, former scientific
secretary at ISRO.Under this deal 70 MHz of the scarce national resource S Band was allotted to Devas for a period of 20 years.
The following suspicions naturally come to mind
Why did no one know about this deal which was signed on January 28, 2005 till it was exposed by the media, which came to know about the C.A.G. investigations?
Why did the government maintain so much secrecy about this deal, why was the nation not informed about it?
Why no competitive bidding was called for, as is done in cases where there is allotment of national resources ?.
Why is the Prime Ministers office saying that no loss was caused to the exchequer, when an auction of 15 MHz of for 3G Spectrum fetched more than Rs 67,000 crores.
Why was this contract awarded for only 1,000 crores ?
Why is it taking the Prime Minister so long to make a statement and rubbish all the allegations ,if they are false ?
This time around there are no Rajas and Kalmadis to conveniently pass the buck to. The ministry is directly under the Prime Minister. The then Minister in the P.M.O.
Prithviraj Chavan,now Chief Minister of Maharashtra has made a public statement that he does not know about the deal ,as it was not handled by him. If he did not handle
the deal then who handled it ?.It is unthinkable that the scientists of I.S.R.O. could have pulled off something of this magnitude ,unless they were acting on orders. Whose
orders ?.

Taking note of reports that CAG is investigating the loss of nearly Rs 2 lakh crore in the allotment of scarce S-band spectrum, BJP on Monday asked Prime
Minister to clear the air, initiate an inquiry and take steps to recover the lost revenue.
This whole affair is vitiated by fraud. And as a result, this country is facing not only loss of revenue but frittering away of valuable national asset which is a
rare spectrum, BJP spokesperson Nirmala Sitharaman said.
A newspaper report claimed CAG is investigating the allotment of 70 MHz from the available 2500 MHz of S-band spectrum to Devas multimedia for 20 years.
The company is owned by M G Chandrasekhar, former scientific secretary at ISRO.
BJP demanded this agreement be immediately nullified and the spectrum space given to the private user be recovered.
Secondly, we demand a comprehensive inquiry to establish the criminality in the whole matter. We also demand recovery of the lost revenue, Sitharaman said.
The party alleged this is a very serious scandal as it involves a very unique and rare spectrum. It also said since the department of space is directly under the
Prime Minister, he should immediately clarify his stand on the whole issue.
The spectrum we are talking about is 5-G which relates to GHz. Recently, BSNL andMTNL were alloted only 20 MHz for Rs 12,487 Crore. But for allocation
of 70 MHz to this private operator, the government is charging only Rs 1,000 Crore, Sitharaman said.
Meanwhile, the office of CAG has clarified that its investigations into the issue are at a preliminary stage and the media reports should not be treated as findings
of this department.
BJP also questioned the manner in which the spectrum was allocated without bringing the issue to the public domain.
This is the first time the allocation for this band has taken place. It is a very unique band. Relates to a very high MHz frequency. And this allocation was done
very quietly, without any public auctioning or bringing it in the public domain. And given to a private operator, Sitharaman said.
She maintained that only 190 MHz of the S-band is available. Of this, 150 MHz is with theDepartment of Space and 70 MHz of this was alloted to Devas
multimedia.
2-G spectrum is much inferior. But 2-G spectrum related to only 4.4 MHz. CAG said here the loss was 1.76 lakh crore. 3-G is 50 MHz. Here due to media and
public pressure, it went for auction. And the governments revenue earning here was Rs 67,719 Crore, Sitharaman said, drawing a comparison.
She alleged the loss due to this allocation of 70 MHz was Rs 2 lakh crore.
From mid-2011, the commercial use of this spectrum is going to commence. The process of allocation was violated. Moreover, Devas Multimedia has also
been given two custom-made satellites and 10 transponders for use.
Left demands a thorough probe

Terming as very serious reports alleging that ISRO benefited a private firm through allocation of scarce S-band spectrum without a bidding process, Left
parties on Monday demanded a thorough probe into the new scam.
This is a new issue. The ISRO is under the department of space which is under Prime Minister ( Manmohan Singh). This is also a new scam, CPM politburo
member Sitaram Yechury told reporters here.
CPI national secretary D Raja said the new revelations were very serious, a view echoed by senior RSP leader Abani Roy who demanded a JPC into the
matter.
The revelations have added a new dimension to the 2G spectrum scam. The ISRO is directly under the control of department of space headed by the Prime
Minister. It is very serious as ISRO deals with space and it has implications on our security, Raja said.
He said the issue will be discussed among the four Left parties.

A Rs. 600 crore deal, wherein the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) leased 60 Mhz of spectrum to little known Devas Multimedia five years ago is
now under the scanner, reports the Economic Times, citing sources. We had written about Devas in the past, in 2008, when it received an approval from Indias
FIPB for raising $75.75 million from German major Deutsche Telekom, thus valuing the company at $443 million. At that time, the company didnt even have a
website, and very little could have been ascertained about them, and what they were planning to do.
The legitimacy of the deal is being questioned. Devas seeks to offer data services to mobile terminals streaming video, audio, web access, on PC data cards,
mobile phones, and vehicle-mounted devices.
ET quotes anonymous executives offering two opposing sides to this issue of allocation of spectrum:
- That ISRO was not authorized to lease out the spectrum, and a probe into the Devas deal began when demands were made for broadband spectrum in the 2.5
GHz band to be auctioned.
That Devas took a risk by leasing this spectrum, when no one else was willing to, and invested close to $300 million in order to launch services, and one cant
penalize the company just because the value of its spectrum as appreciated.
According to Devas website:
- It was founded by MG Chandrasekhar, and ISRO veteran

Has been funded by Deutsche Telekom, Columbia Capital and Telcom Ventures.
It has on its board of directors, Kiran Karnik from NASSCOM and Satyam Computers, as well as executives from ISRO / Antrix Corporation, Sirius XM
Satellite Radio, Warburg Pincus.
Our take on this deal is that if a deal was inked by an agency not authorized to license spectrum, then it is invalid from the very beginning. Thats what
the government and courts will have to determine. A lot of money $300 million according to an ET source has been invested over a long period of time.
Either this deal will be legitimized (if it is indeed not legit), or heads will roll.
The other, perhaps more important point to note, is that according to the ET report, Devas is on the verge of launching services. Telecom operators have paid a
lot more money for 3G and BWA spectrum, so perhaps there may be a move to delay or prevent Devas launch by questioning the legitimacy of the deal.

What is Sourav Ganguly up to ?

With the The ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 scheduled to commence on 19 Feb, 2011 Cricket is the dominant topic in the media for the past few days. I watched in
amusement as one news channel picked its Dream Indian team. Again I was amused and mystified to see Sourav Ganguly as its captain.Time and again I have watched with
amusement Ganguly being bestowed greatness after greatness by some Cricket historians, who I suspect are distant cousins of his.
I cant understand what this fuss about Sourav Ganguly is all about. For most of his career he was just another average cricketer.With a one day career average of 73 odd
runs per hundred balls.Now if you translate that into runs,it comes to about 230 runs in 50 overs.This I am sure the learned cricket historians will agree is not by any stretch
of imagination a winning score. Even a layman will back a team scoring 230 runs to lose. Why are you guys trying to distort history? Whats the whole idea about trying to
portray a mediocre cricketer as a legend?
Ganguly with his strike rate and overall record could struggle to find a permanent place in any reasonable Indian Cricket eleven, then why this hurry to brand him as the
Captain of Indias Dream eleven.Ganguly as a captain at crucial times used to look nervous ,batted slowly,lacked patience and would throw his wicket away. I think media
channels should adopted a responsible attitude and not fall prey to colored opinions. This is also unfair to the other Cricketers who did duty for India.
Ganguly on his part has I think become thick skinned after being retired from the Indian Cricket team in November 2008, he has still not called it a day. He was inherited
by Shahrukh Khan when he purchased the Kolkata Night Riders for 3 years.Now in the recent I P L auction he remained unsold, some rules are trying to be bent to facilitate
a back door entry for Ganguly.This I think is also not materializing for Ganguly as the franchisees have objected to the rules being flouted for one individual.Ganguly on his
part still remains hopeful. How thick skinned can one get .

ISRO Chief made the following observation in the press Conference on 8 February.
In 2004 a decision was taken to go in for KU band over S Band.On what grounds, no body is clear.
Suddenly ISRO finds S band has more potential.
Later it was decided to go in S band onan experimental basis.
Anrix , commercial arm of ISRO entered into an agreement with Devas Multi Media,Bangalore, for S Band services in 2005 and renewed in 2008
December..The contract was signed within 34 days from the approval from the board of Antrix.
Deutsche Telecom gets a stake in Devas.
ISRO manufactured G6 and G6 A Satelittes for use.
In 2010, the under advice from Department of Space,it was decided to terminate deal by July 2010.
Questions areIf monetary gains are not involved why should a Comapny invest?
If there is no guarantee of Business why would a Foreign investor be interested?
Foreign companies do pose athreat to national security in telecommunication.
Why was this allowed?
Normally commercail products are manufactured and market tie up is made.
In innovative projects , the partners have a financial stake for equal weightage in contract in contracts of this nature.
Why was this not done in this case?
How is it that in this case you enter into commercial agreement, you manufacture with Public money ?
The process of termination is arduous and takes long, you say; dont you have termination clause?
Kasturirangan says they are yet to find a reason for termination for nearly a year.
Then why terminate?
ISRO manufactures with out knowing the market after entering into contract , now plans to renege on the contract
Whhere does this leave the Devas, who are supposed to have earned nothing and a Foregn investor had come in for the love of Antrix.

Story:
Indian Space Research Organisation, under fire from all the quarters for the alleged S-band spectrum allocation scam, held a press conference late
Tuesday evening clarifying their position. The press conference was chaired by Dr K Radhakrishnan, Secretary, Department of Space, and Dr K
Kasturirangan, member of Planning Commission.
Emphasising that there was no question of revenue loss as clarified by the Prime Ministers Office earlier, Dr K Radhakrishnan, Secretary, Department of Space
said, DoS put out a press note which clarifies that the agreements/contract between Antrix and Devas is already under review and a decision on the matter is
likely to be taken soon.
We have not yet terminated the Antrix-Devas contract. But, we began the process to annul the Antrix-Devas contract in July 2010. We have not allocated
spectrum or satellite to either Devas or Antrix.
ISRO wanted comprehensive review of the contracts in 2009. The decision taken to annul the contract was due to strategic decisions. Terminating a contract is
a very extensive and complex process. We followed the due process and even consulted the Law Ministry on this, Dr Radhakrishnan, who is also the chairman
of ISRO, added.
We are not dilly-dallying. Internal review is going on and necessary action will be taken, ISRO said defending itself. ISRO is a reliable partner and is sought
after by many countries across the world.
PMO contradicts CAG report on S-band allocation

The Prime Ministers Office today denied media reports alleging that the government had incurred losses in allocation of S-band spectrum, saying no decision
has been taken on the issue and hence charges of revenue loss were without basis.
A statement from the PMO spokesperson stated that the office had seen media reports alleging loss of government revenue in a contract entered into by
ANTRIX (the commercial arm of Indian Space Research Organisation) and Devas Multimedia Private Limited due to lease of space segment capacity which
would use S-Band spectrum.
The CAGs office and Department of Space have already issued statements stating the factual position on the matter. It is further clarified that no decision has
been taken by the government to allocate space segment using S-Band spectrum to ANTRIX or Devas. Hence, the question of revenue loss does not arise and
any such reports are without basis in fact, the PMO statement said.
Media reports had stated that the Department of Space, which comes directly under the Prime Minister, had allocated 70 MHz of S-Band spectrum to Devas
Multimedia for Rs 1,000 crore. The actual value of this was estimated to be around Rs 2 lakh crore, the reports claimed.
The Opposition had demanded a clarification from the Prime Minister on the issue and immediate recovery of the lost revenue along with a thorough inquiry
into the matter.
BJP had alleged that the allocation was done quietly and without bringing the issue into the public domain
The space department said the government had already put in motion the process of cancelling the agreement between Antrix and the Devas because it had not
explicitly mentioned the end-use terms.
Addressing media persons here, Secretary (Space) K. Radhakrishnan and Planning Commission member K. Kasturirangan said that a decision had been taken to
annul the agreement.
Radhakrishnan said that the agreement, which had been approved by the Antrix Corporation board in 2005, entailed the launch of two satellites. In December
2009, the Department of Space decided to review the Antrix-Devas agreement and see how to meet the emerging strategic requirements of the country, he said.
He said that the review process was carried out and the matter was subsequently taken up with the Space Commission. He said that the agreement did not
explicitly mention that 90 percent of the capacity of the two satellites will be given to the contracting party and the remaining will be used for our own
purposes.

Sourav Ganguly - Royal Bengal Tiger ?

With Cricket ,Cricket and more Cricket everywhere , I am but compelled to write about Cricket .With the continuing media frenzy going on I have noticed some Kings /
Legends / Champions all over the media. One such King is Brand Sourav Ganguly. This Cricketer nicknamed the Royal Bengal Tiger by his fanatical fans and his distant
cousins the Cricket historians is amongst those hogging the limelight most.
One of the things I am most intrigued about is the nick name Royal Bengal Tiger given to
Ganguly.I dont want Ganguly fanatics to misunderstand me ,I am writing this post on a
lighter note in the backdrop of the ICC World Cup Overdose ,I dont mean any offense to
Ganguly.
I have tried to look over and over again at the photos available of Ganguly and the Royal
Bengal Tiger trying to find some resemblance. I have looked at all the angles available. Sorry
to say that I couldnt find even 1% likeliness to write about. Apart from the physical
similarities I have tried to find some mental or physiological similarities, again I have failed.
The Ganguly I watched on television was more often than not a nervous character prone to
nail
biting
and
impatience,
most
unlike
a
Tiger.
I admire the Tiger for what he is, amongst other things he is also the national animal of India.
If any one has seen some hidden resemblance between the Tiger and Ganguly please tell me I
am really anxious to find out.

ICC World Cup Overdose

The ICC World Cup Cricket has commenced with the opening ceremony in Dhaka on 17th Feb and is to finally end with the final in Mumbai on 2nd April. A 45 days long
event. And for those not interested in Cricket a 45 days long torture, a period of nausea finally progressing to vomiting. This over deal started at least a month before the
opening ceremony and the aftermath will most probably continue for a minimum of 15 days after the final.
The frenzy in the Indian media is to be seen to be believed. News it seem has come to a standstill ,as News channels compete with each other to hog prime time
viewership.For days on end I have noticed that every channel has recruited its own panel of experts from all over the world. These former Cricketers branded as Kings /
Legends /Champions are seen sitting on stools for long periods of live coverage in the News rooms of these channels. The predictable conversations between these experts
and the anchors is for the uninterested a pain to watch, thankfully you can switch to some entertainment channel. To be fair to the Kings they are on a free all expense paid
holiday. But its seems that other News has come to a standstill.
This coupled with all the latest happening on the Cricket field, the live coverage of the matches and the News and gossip will certainly make a lot of people pull their hair
out in frustration. But its seems obvious that business has a lot to do with this extra over dose. The sponsors and the advertisers have lined up and its boom time for the
media. None wants to be left behind, and the one upmanship continues.
I was the other day talking to a long time Cricket fan. This person told me that he doesnt connect with the Indian Cricketers of today, like he did with the old timers. He said

Anna Hazare's Movement

The Anna Hazare movement is rapidly gathering momentum at an alarming pace for the looters who hold India to ransom. This movement presents a golden opportunity for
the common Indian who has been at the mercy of the looters for the entire span of his life. The Economic condition of India which is shinning more brightly than ever for the
handful of looters is at the same time growing bleaker and bleaker for the common Indian.
Most of the News is filled with scams, more scams and bigger scams. This movement presents a ray of hope for the common Indians. The moment should not stop at the
implementation of the Jan Lokpal Bill. The demand for the Jan Lokpal Bill should act as a catalyst for the total uprooting of the looters from power.
How can one implement this Bill, even if the looters give way and decide that they want to implement it, because half of the members of the proposed committee will be the
looters. This is just like having a jury with half the members comprising of murders,rapists,thieves and their kind. One does not negotiate with scum. The right place for the
scum in jail where they can be interrogated and the 1.5 Trillion US Dollars loot is recovered.
People like Baba Ramdev and others should join hand with Anna Hazare and go for the throat of the looters. There is no other way out for the desperate Indian. The citizens
who are converging at Delhi's Jantar Mantar should multiply and the whole of Delhi should be converted into Indias Tahrir Square. Otherwise this movement fill fizzle out
like many others before it.
The other anti corruption leaders and gurus should have given a call to their supporters to converge at Delhi, I hope they do so now. The looters will then have no option but
to call the Para Military forces or the Army, who till now have been marginalized,and made to look like helpless bystanders, as the looters go about their daily business of
looting the nation.
I dont think the Army or the Judiciary will stand by the looters. The looters will end in goal. However there are many ifs and buts. All this depends upon how many people
decide they want to throw the looters out and join hands with Hazare.It also depends upon the resolve of Hazare and his colleagues to uproot looting. If they stop at just the
Jan Lokpal Bill and go home, then this is not the moment.

Anna Hazare's Movement- watch out for subversion

The movement started by Anna Hazare is nearing its climax as of now. The Indian Government is looking for a way out of the mess they have landed themselves into. At the
same time they are trying to subvert the movement, by trying to sneak in their Trojan horses into the civil societys share of 5 members of the proposed committee to draft
the implementation of the Jan Lokpal Bill.
Its obvious to the Government that they will have to start the procedure for the implementation of the Bill very soon, so the subversion of Anna Hazare's Movement has
commenced.
There was an interesting and most probably sponsored interview of Infosys chairman and chief mentor N R Narayana Murthy on a News Channel yesterday. For most part of
the interview Murthy stammered when asked about the movement. He refrained from criticizing the Government and taking a firm stand. Then the final question would he
be like to be part of the committee and the answer it would be a wonderful opportunity, he would be delighted. And so it becomes clear what is the real purpose of this
interview.
With his co-founder Nandan Nilekani already part of the community of looters, enjoying cabinet rank, Murthy cant resist the temptation of basking in glory. Whereas there
should be no problem if the Government offers Murthy a position from its half of the 10 member committee. Anna Hazare should reject his offer of being part of the civil
societys share outright.
The Government will try its level best to sabotage the movement. The public should watch its every move with suspicion.

What the Anna Hazare movement should do

The Anna Hazare's Movement to free India from the clutches of looting and corruption has run into rough weather.The looters who govern Indian have put
up a united front, a diverse and multi cultural collection of looters have united to derail the movement. The 5 members of the Civil Society in the committee
are being singled out and being subjected to slanderous attacks. The end motive seems clear, to demoralize them and finish off their credibility in the eyes of
the public.
Digvijay Singh the Upper Caste servant of Sonia and Rahul Gandhi has been hand picked as the front man to lead the attack.Then there is the Bhushans
CD where the involvement of Amar Singh seems obvious.Mayawati has demanded that a Dalit be included in the committee, this when seconded by the
servant Digvijay Singh makes the nexus clear. The BJP on its part is mostly silent, except for the token criticism of the Government.
The goal is subversion , make at least a couple of the Civil Society members resign and replace them with guys who seem acceptable to the public like the
Infosys Politicians and others of that kind who are waiting in the wings. The game plan becomes obvious because the relentless attacks are coming after just
the first meeting of the committee.
The anti corruption crusaders have to take a look at the Root of corruption in
India .The political dynasties not just Nehru/Gandhi Dynasty, but the others which have mushroomed all over India, These people are not going to give up
looting voluntarily as the key to their continuance in power is the looted Billions at their disposal. Their only ideology is the one from the middle ages raj
hamara,loot tumahri and the Chauth system , a levy of 25% commission on all the loot taking places in their Domains. All this while ECONOMIC
CONDITION OF INDIA deteriorates further and further for 99% of the population.
But the anti corruption crusaders and more so the Civil Society should remember is that they have got a toe hold in the loot structure, it is this toe hold which
the looters are and will try to dislodge. They should not cave in under the pressure and try to compromise, as this is exactly what the looters want to achieve.
They should adopt a pro active strategy and go for the attackers hammer and tong, as this is the only thing which will yield results.They should not deviate

Future of the Anna Hazare Movement

Anna Hazare's Movement has gained momentum over the past few days; it appears that the Indian Government after its initial bravado has taken a couple of steps
backwards. This strategy could be because they were taken aback by the support given by the media to Anna Hazare, and the public outcry over his arrest. Another thing on
their minds is the international attention which he is getting.
They now know that they cant use brute force to break up this movement like they did in the case of Baba Ramdev's fast.The strategy this time around will be negotiate,take
a couple of steps backwards and buy time.
The most mystifying thing is why and on whose orders is the Indian Government trying to derail and brutalize these movements. After all what both Anna Hazare and Baba
Ramdev are asking for is tougher laws to combat corruption. There is nothing wrong in what they are asking for; they should have welcomed it.
The initial success has given the common man a glimmer of hope of some kind of drastic changes on the way. The only thing he wants is some improvement in
his ECONOMIC CONDITION which is desperate and freedom from being at the mercy of the looters.
The sleazy guys in their Government and their controllers will most certainly give in to some of the demands, like the inclusion of the Prime Minister under the ambit of the
Lokpal.This might get the activists off their backs and then its; business usual; looting.
There is definitely some kind of deal with opposition parties; notably the principal opposition party, after all they are both the two sides of the same coin. They know that all
they have do is to buy time and wait for the momentum to subside.They know very well that revolutions cant be fought twice.
I firmly believe that Corruption and criminalization of politics in Indian has scaled such dizzy heights; to stop them or to ask the proposed authority like the Lokpal to stop
them is akin to asking someone to break a mountain with his head. The common man believes that some kind of Revolution in India is underway. I feel sad and sorry for the
common man.I don't know what is the future of the Anna Hazare movement.
Having researched a lot of Prophecies about India; including those contained in the Hindu Puranas and the prophecies of Nostradamus, I firmly believe that a revolution is
on its way. However I must say that this will not be a peaceful one; the looters controlling India will not given in to peaceful measures. The coming revolution will be a

Opinion of a reader on the Indian Political system

This is the opinion of a reader on the Indian political system.
Indian Political system has to be rebuild, I believe the good political system is available in United States and European countries. There should be a condition for the MPs
and MLAs,for at least a minimum qualification for MPs and MLAs, as well as for the ministers also.
We should make the pension age of employee 55 to 60. After 60 most of the human beings memory power will be weak. Example we had chief minister in Kerala. He
cannot say any single word his own. Somebody is writing for him and in front of the people he is just reads it, this system should be changed, he has to say directly his ideas
and views to the people.
There should 2 terms (10 years) only to be allowed for prime minister, president and all other ministers, actually who are the rulers? The IAS and IPS officers.
Rajyasabha is not required. Loksabha is required because it is elected by the people, I mean Loksabha with 540 MPs is more than enough to rule India, because every state
has their own government.
We have to take initial stage to bring this bill. Indian constitution had been written by Dr. Ambedkar, there must be some amendments in constitution , because now we are
living in the 21st century. There should be some amendments once in every five years.

What one has noticed youre the past year or so is the eruption of scam after scam amounting to lakhs of Crore rupees; yet he just does not even open his mouth. His entire
behavior is to say the least mystifying and abnormal. He has forgotten that he is the Prime Minister of a Nation of 1.2 Billion people.
I do not know what his compulsions are but what is really sickening is the sheer hypocrisy when I see how commentator after commentator on Television talk shows
describe him as a man of honesty and integrity. And these are not just his party men; they include the intellegencia as well. Shows how scared the so called intellegencia and
the media are of rubbing the powers that be the wrong way.
This man has been forced to open his mouth by the Supreme Court of India. And even after all the scorn heaped upon him by the court he has held just two interviews; one
of them off camera for just a select five news persons.
The whole world knows that he is just a puppet of Sonia and Rahul Gandhi, but does he have to play the role of the puppet to the hilt. There seems to be no hint at pretence
from both the puppeteers and the puppet. A news clip shown frequently on TV show him standing and waiting with folded hands for Sonia, the same clip shows him
squatting on the floor near Sonia who is sitting on an elevated platform. His party colleagues who know the truth praise him to the skies in a patronizing manner
The people whom he reports to, it appears are leaving no stone unturned to let everyone know who the real boss is. It is obvious that some kind of sick joke is being played
on the Indian public.

Latest Government strategy on Anna Hazare

Anna Hazare's fast for the implementation of the Jan Lokpal Bill to combat corruption which has engulfed India enters the seventh day today. The Indian Government has
lost whatever little face it was supposed to have during these past seven days.
The one and only defect of this government and its Prime Minister is that it is not its own master. It must now be crystal clear to one and all the orders come from someone
else; everyone knows who it is. The government only implements these orders; it has no individual authority of its own.
The fight for the Lokpal is in fact between Team Anna and the owners of this government. It is advisable that Team Anna ignore the government and address this person
directly; there is no other option left.
Stung by the repeated failures to gain an upper hand the controllers of the government have launched a new strategy over the past couple of days.
Send confusing signals to Team Anna and the Indian public. Instruct numerous voices to speak in different tones; different opinions.
Show the public that it is initiating talks; view the opinions aired by Team Anna and take objections at the slightest provocation.
Stung by the coverage and support given by a majority of the media they are fielding on Television channels/Print Media the parasites who feed on its leftovers. These
parasites come in a variety of shapes and sizes; from the concerned Industry/Business Icon to the economist; the social activist and the self styled anti corruption crusader.
Posing as the young upcoming/bright Indians are a new bread of aspiring parasites. This strategy is more evident on the English language Channels; all aimed at twisting

Lessons to be learnt from Anna Hazare's fast

Anna Hazares 12 day long fast will finally come to an end. After a lot of intrigue and sleaze when the political establishment realized that it could not demoralize Anna
Hazare it gave way. This indeed is a landmark victory for the common man and has thrown up some clear lessons to be learnt.
The seemingly gigantic political establishment which holds the nation to ransom can be defeated.
There is still a lot of honest element in the media who know the inside dope and will stand by the people.
This political establishment will try every trick in the book to finish off those who dare to oppose it; including brute force.
It is foolhardy to believe in their assurances, promises are meant to be broken within hours.
No matter what public stance they adopt; at the root all political parties come together to defeat those who challenge status quo; the right to loot.
The debates in parliament are stage managed; its all about deals and the pound of flesh each manages to extract.
The very fact that it took so long to pass a dubious forced resolution on the demands of Anna Hazare makes one wonder what is the fate of the Lokpal bill.
Every trick in the book will be tried to dilute and keep loop holes open in the proposed bill. The Bill now goes to the standing committees comprising amongst other
distinguished parliamentarians like Lalu Prasad Yadav and Amar Singh.
A lot of parasites who thrive on the leftovers of looters will appear out of the woodwork and defend the looters. They will wax eloquence about the sacred temple of Indian
democracy; the parliament. These parasite include amongst others the Business/Industry icons, the veteran journalists, the social activists, the legal luminaries and of course
not to forget the aspiring parasite; the smart guys representing young India.
The Civil Society has to watch out for subversion.The looters have evolved a strategy to foist their parasites posing as Civil Society.
And of course last but not least there is the joker in the pack Rahul Gandhi who thinks the Lokpal comes as an irritation in way of his right full legacy the right to rule

Sense seems to have prevailed on both sides.

Anna Hazare has done a great job in pressuring the Government the way he did, albeit he was about to carry his act to the extreme thereby paving the
way for the Government to wiggle out.
On the other hand the Government did well to accede to his point that Citizens Charterwith timeline( which l advocate in my earlier Blog
(Citizens Charter defining Time Frame for tasks in Public offices.
Team Anna is Right and the Government should fix the time frame and agree on a fine, which can be deducted from the salary of who handle these
files.
This should be a part of the Lokpal Bill..)
On Employees to be brought under Lokpal:
The Government is silent on the modalities which was a bone of contention between the Government and Team Anna.
(my view
The Government is correct in stating that the States have to establish Loayuktas wherever they are not and the Central Government has to await the
States Compliance as ours is federal setup.
Alternately the entire Bill has to be made as a constitutional Amendment and even in that case the time factor shall be there, that is, it can not be done
right within the session of the Parliament.
Team Anna has to heed to established norms.
They may indicate to the Public the time factor involved taking into account these factors and probably announce a probable date for completion of
this process.
As far as bringing in all the employees under Lokpal(including the lower cadre),this involves about 40 lakhs of Employees and it will require a massive
structure to administer Lokpal at this level.
The lower cadre corruption may be tackled by the existing Laws themselves;if warranted, the department/Department head may be impleaded as the
co-respondent.)
Lokpal will be set up at the Center and States-No time frame mentioned.
Finally Anna and Team have agreed to referring their demands being referred to the Standing Committee.
I think this is the correct decision.
my view -(
The process of enacting a Law is to be followed.
Any Bill of this importance has to be referred to the Standing committee ,which, then has to invite opinions from the Public, incorporate them and
present the Draft Bill in the Parliament.
I fail to understand why Anna Hazare and his team are objecting to this procedure, especially they have with them Bhushan Duo and Santosh Hegde,
who know law.
The Government is right in asserting this point.)
It is a win for all where both sides must trust each other.
If the Government reneges the agreement, it will have disastrous consequences for the Congress party and the Nation.
For the time being Congress seems to have emerged unscathed.
Disappointing is the show of Opposition parties, especially the BJP, which was not assertive enough on this issue and seemed to be in two minds as to
whom to support despite soundbites on TV.
Both Houses of Parliament on Saturday passed a resolution conveying the sense of the House on the Lokpal Bill, paving the way forAnna Hazare to break his
fast. ..
On a motion moved by Pranab Mukherjee, Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha passed a resolution conveying the sense of the House on the Lokpal Bill. )
There was some confusion over whether the resolution was passed by a voice vote or not. Apparently, no voice vote took place.
Some of the important points of the Lokpal resolution passed by Parliament are:
*An effective Lokpal at the Centre and Lokayuktas in states be set up.
*Employees of centre and state governments to be brought under purview of Lokpal and Lokayuktas respectively.
*All government departments to have citizens charter with timeline.

Rahul will most probably take over as the Prime Minister some time before the next General Election. This will be accompanied by a barrage of populist schemes and a
media overdose.
It is true that singling out the Congress will by default help the only other National Party the B.J.P.This is unavoidable because the B.J.P. on its own is not going to achieve
anything; Advanis Rath Yatra included. The party has been hijacked by the smooth talkers, without any mass base; the Popatlals.The Popatlals have succeeded in isolating
the only capable leader in the party with a mass base Narendra Modi;with the help of the Congress and the J.D.U.
Anna Hazare's masterstroke does not see the Popatlals as a major threat. They will give in mutely to all his demands; so that they just cling on to power. He knows that
implementation of stronger laws will go a long way in combating looting in India and pave the way for good governance.
I only hope that Baba Ramdev sees the logic behind this and follows the example set by Anna Hazare.Baba Ramdev has a large mass base, particularly in the semi rural and

Anna Hazare's Lok War 3 Begins

The bugle of Lok War 3 was sounded during anti corruption crusader Anna Hazares one day token fast at Jantar Mantar yesterday.
A welcome change from the past two agitations is that the gloves are off. The Anna Hazare camp is not targeting the mask; the puppets; but the man behind the mask; the
puppeteer Rahul Gandhi.
Another departure from the past two agitations is that, this time around the principle Indian opposition parties have pledged their support to the moment. They have no other
option as the standing committee, controlled by Rahul has stabbed the Indian people in the back in a most blatant and disturbing manner by ignoring/misinterpreting the
three points of the Sense of the House resolution adopted on 27th August. Thus cheating not only Team Anna;the people of India, but also the opposition parties.
That Rahul will try every trick in the book to avoid loosing control over the CBI is crystal clear. He will also try to dilute the proposal for bringing the Prime Minister under
the ambit of the Lokpal .The other two main points, the bringing of the Lower bureaucracy and the Citizens Charter, are I suspect bargaining points. He obviously wants
some bargaining through his puppets.
But what he really wants most is safeguards for the Prime Minister and CBI.Now if the agitation planned by Anna Hazare on the 27th of December goes ahead; one has to
watch out for the contingency plans which Team Rahul adopts. They will obviously have learnt lessons from the past fiascos.
A counter agitation is most likely; Team Rahul has reverted back to the time tested policy of divide and rule. They have sown the seeds of dividing the anti corruption
moment on caste and religion grounds, through dissent notes through their puppets.
However one needs to watch the outcome closely as this time around the fight might turn out to be messier than the other two episodes of Lok War.

As India enters the crucial period of change in 2012, the question on everyones lips is will a strong Lokpal Bill, if passed by parliament stop corruption in India. Those
arguing for a strong Lokpal Bill, on the lines of the Jan Lokpal Bill, proposed by Team Anna, are keeping their fingers crossed
I have highlighted 10 points which are crucial and central to the question weather the Lokpal can stop corruption in India.
1] Lokpal or Jan Lokpal cannot stop or even substantially control corruption in India unless there is large scale participation from the citizens. Just sitting in your drawing
rooms, watching television and passing intellectual comments, wont get you anywhere.
2] I dont agree with the slogan Anna tum aage badho, hum thumare saath hai, in fact I find it smacks of cowardice. Why do you want a 74 year old man to do everything
and lead from the front? Why dont you also take the lead? Why dont you also go on a hunger strike? Are you scared of the repercussions?
3] The Lokpal or Jan Lokpal can take you to the water, like the horse, but cant make you drink it.You have no option left, but to fight for your rights.
4] Corruption in governance has to be stopped completely; there cant be a handful that are exempt. Its either there, or not there, the same way you cant ask a pregnant
woman, how much pregnant she is.
5] For corruption in governance to stop, the entire system of governance has to change. To ask the Lokpal to change it is, like asking him to break a mountain with his head.
This again calls for mass participation.
6] The lofty ideals of parliamentary democracy, preached by the enslaved intellectuals on television, is a fantasy. Parliamentary democracy in India is structured like the
Mafia. The Button Men right at the bottom, to the families at the top. This is the most crucial point, even more crucial than the Lokpal Bill, how do you break the grip of the
Mafia. There are numerous such families in India. The dream of any aspiring politician is to start his own family.
7] The question asked most often of the crusaders for good governance is Why dont you enter politics? Its like asking someone to start as a Button Man or start his own
family; the chances of you getting hit are very high.
8] I dont want to sound like a revolutionary , but for good governance to return back to India calls for a total overhauling of the present system,
9] To overhaul the entire system, one needs apart from mass citizen participation, active participation of the multitude of government employees; state as well as central.
There are still a lot of honest ones left; they have to shake of the fear of the looters community and act.

Lokpal tabled - A huge Scam

The Lokpal Bill was finally introduced in the Lok Sabha, amidst uncertainty over its contents till the last minute.
As I had expected the powers behind this government, disclosed their trump card at the last minute Divide and rule India. There is 50% reservation for Scheduled tribes,
Scheduled tribes, Other Backward castes, women and minorities. This is probably what Rahul Gandhi had meant when he said lets take this debate to a new level.
The inclusion of reservation for the minorities is hard to understand, because the constitution does not provide for it. This probably is a well thought out game plan by the
powers behind the government to create a major controversy.
This is evident from the fact that as soon as he Bill was about to be tabled, Lalu Prasad Yadav got up and threatened, that he would not allow it to be tabled, as there was no
provision for the minorities. It is hard to fathom, how a party with a total strength of 4 members, was allowed to disrupt the house on such an important matter. The marshals
could easily have been brought in.
Thereafter at the last minute the minorities were included in the Bill, with a corrigendum. This is also highly irregular and suspicious. Another glaring fact is that Lalu with
just 4 members was allowed by the speaker to speak at length; much more than the speakers of much bigger parties.
All this is clearly suggestive that this was an orchestrated move by the Controllers of the congress, I think the BJP was also roped it, and was all a part of the plan.All in all a
huge scam played on the citizens of India and Team Anna.
I wouldnt know what will eventually happen to the Bill, or the Anna Hazare agitation.What is real is that we have a toothless Bill in store; just another government
department; a post retirement job for friendly Bureaucrats and Judges. This Bill promises to take corruption in India to new heights; and not stop it.

The Black Money discussion in Parliament, about Indian Black Money in Swiss Bank and other tax havens predictably turned out to be an anti climax. The septic wont be
wrong in assuming that the event was choreographed and stage managed for the cameras.
It turned out to be another dull discussion, with no concrete proposals nor any positive outcome. The entire sham symbolizes how the suffering Indian is take for a ride,
every day of his life, by the smooth talking looters.
Neither the Government nor the Opposition even remotely touch the Mauritius route, the life line of the money laundering racket. The proceeds of corruption and tax
evasion are rerouted back into the Indian Stock Markets, through Participatory Notes. An estimated 90 to 100 Billion US Dollars has entered the financial markets through
this route.
The looters of India are not that stupid to let most of their funds rot in Swiss and other tax havens, without interest. They want more and more returns from the loot, so they
reroute those funds back in to India, manipulate the stock market and rip off the small investors.This is an ongoing feature of the Indian stock markets; none dares to stop it.
The common Indian enters 2012 in a state of siege. The full extent and magnitude of the loot is unknown. What is exposed is only a tip of the iceberg. 2012 promises to be a
year of great strife, agitations, sleaze and unforeseen events. This will be probably the most trying period in the history of India.
The only hope of combating the looters is the anti corruption i crusaders like Anna Hazare and Baba Ramdev.These are the only rallying points at this moment of time; this

This means that with the economic crises setting in, real estate prices are going to come down significantly. There are sure to be a lot of
bankruptcies in the offing. This means that homes will become cheaper. Homes will be constructed keeping the genuine user in mind,
and not the investor.
2] The Government has always been hand in league with big money in curtailing the falling stock markets and the rupee. The public
sector companies are used to stem the fall by investing heavily. The same is the case with the rupee; the RBI is made to step in.
Valuable national recourses are used to help a handful, to what extent the government goes this time round, has to be watched
carefully. Why not let the stock market and rupee find its own natural levels, keeping in mind the level of inflation.
3] There is clamor by the handful for the lowering of interest rates. Lowering interest rate means less income for the pensioner and the
elderly who survive on interest on fixed deposits.
4] There is hectic lobbying by the big money lobby asking the government to change it policy on Coal. They want to end the government
monopoly on coal mining, and have huge coal deposits placed at their disposal. Big money is hinting that this is a strong measure to
stem the economic downturn.
5] Coal could set the trend for finishing off other monopolies in the public sector, and handing them on a platter to the handful. How far
this helpless government will go is to be watched carefully. The handful have grown fat, thriving on public resources and money lets

Scam shows how they acquired licenses at a throw away price; stripping the exchequer of 1.76 lakh crore rupees. This was admitted by
the Chairman of the Tata Group Ratan Tata who admitted that his company had made a profit of 20,000 crores; but it was only a
hypothetical one.
Having scammed their country these companies have taken the scamming business more seriously, now they are scamming and
cheating their customers; the Internet users. One look at the consumers forums, like Consumer Court Forum, Consumer Complaints,
Complaints Board India, GrahakSeva and others show that Broadband complaints are there; right at the top.
The most common complaints are not giving the promised connectivity and speed, wrong billing, billing after disconnection, no service
or lack of service and mysteriously disappearing balance.
The key to their operations is maximum profit at minimal cost. The nerve center of their operations is the Call Center. The most
common thing you are going to hear while giving a complaint is our service engineers will attend to your complaint within 24 hours. I
dont know if someone has seen a person remotely resembling a service engineer or even a skilled worker. What you see is some guy
with a pliers and screwdriver in his hands. This is the chap who is your service engineer. Right from the installation till the
disconnection, this and others like him are what you will see.
The chaps at the call centers are I suspect overworked and hence prone to making mistakes in billing and other services
This is the secret of their motto maximum profit at minimal cost; everything is given on contract basis. There is no dedicated service or
even an effort to do so. They count on the antiquated and toothless Indian consumer laws which prevent the consumers from taking
them to the cleaners.
I would advise you to post your complaints on the consumer forums and in case their public relations guys do not respond, make the
thread sticky, by posting comments and asking your friends to do so; this is the only option you have.

Prayer for 2012

This is a short prayer which I have composed as the world enters 2012.Undoubtedly these are trying times for humanity as the period for the fulfillment of the Indian
Prophecy of 21 December 2012 approaches.
This prayer appears to be more relevant is some parts of the world like India. The Indian politicians in order to cling on to power and the loot that goes hand in hand with

The recent exposures of the multi Billion Dollar corruption scams and the utter helplessness of the Indian Political system to do anything about it ,brings up the next logical

Just the other day I was speaking to a senior Indian politician from Maharashtra.I asked him what next, he replied just as usual, wait for the heat to subside. This sums it all,
the outcry over the scams, by the media, the endless debates, then the silence.
This is an alarming sign that the Indian public has got so used to the sleaze and looting that it considers it to be a part and parcel of life. To the intellectual, the anti
corruption crusader who thought that the Indian public was finally opposing corruption, the pathetic response of Mumbai to Anna Hazares fast, should come as an eyeopener.
With the economy tailor made to cater for a handful and the parasite who feed on them, one cant blame the public. Years and years of neglect have made 99% of the
population feel like outsiders.
The frustration can be summed up the decision of Team Anna to cancel campaigning in the forthcoming assembly elections. I can blame them. They must be pulling their
hair out in frustration. Who did they intend to campaign for anyway? And who did they intend to campaign against? Probably now they know that cutting across party lines
they are dealing with birds of the same feather.
The assault on the people of India is two fold. The first one by the politicians with their Billions is well known. What has escaped the public eye is the second one, the one
by the Indian Administrative Service, These morons have made a joke of governance by tying everything into red tape and protocol, in order to keep every other government
servant under their heal. They have succeeded in making everything equal to something and finally ended up killing the lower Bureaucracy and all other government
employees.
Right now as things stand we are heading towards a Goonda Raj; that is if we are not already under it. I have a strong feeling that something has to give way. I probably
know what that something is. Its the law of nature that when something collapses; something else rises.

Prayer for New Delhi Gangrape Incident

India steps into 2013 in the aftermath of the New Delhii gang rape and murder incident. This gruesome incident in which the victim was
not only raped, but murdered in a most foul manner, with 95% of her intestines pulled out of the body; is indicative of the evil which is
manifesting itself at regular intervals, in the form of such incidents.
The outrage this incident sparked off is still continuing. The New Year celebrations were either muted or cancelled to show solidarity with
the victim; who is now a rallying point for those campaigning for tougher laws. I dont know what tougher laws are going to achieve, the
current laws are more than sufficient to deal with all crime.
It not the laws but the people who frame and implement them that matters. Laws can restrict evil; but do they remove it from the minds
of the evil doers? . To remove the dominance of evil which has the Indian society in its vice like grip; one can only dream of divine
intervention.
I am reminded of a prayer from the Atharva Veda, which I dedicate not only to those who raped and murdered the victim; but to those
who are engaged in the unending process of raping India; not only of its women; but resources.
I call upon the Gods to purify me, let all purify me with a prayer.
Cleanse me of all impurity! May the Prana make me pure.
May the Prana make me pure and grant wisdom, the purpose of life and uninterrupted security.
Oh God! Press out the impurity from me, so that I can really see.

Baba Ramdev movement - what next

Vinash kale viprit Buddhi or when the end is near your mind becomes corrupted is what most aptly describes the Indian governments decision to crack down on the
peaceful agitation launched by Baba Ramdev .Ramdev was arrested in a violent manner by the Police, and his supporters were tear gassed brutally. All this happened after
midnight while the agitators against looting and Corruption in India were sleeping peacefully.
While the public were being fooled by the representatives of the government that a resolution was reached, the government was all the while planning this brutal step. Or for
that matter were they? Doesnt appear that way, most probably they are receiving orders on an hourly by their controllers New World Order Controlling India .
Probably the government was also kept in the dark. They were told to hold talks and reach an understanding, and then at the last moment orders to arrest Ramdev were

Is the Media being blackmailed and told what to report, and what not to? Or where to draw the line.

The reason why Government wants to exclude PM from Lokpal

The Jan lokpal Bill drafting committee meets for the last time today. But severe differences remain between the two sides .The most severe of them is bringing the Prime
Minister within the ambit of the Lokpal.For some strange and mystifying reasons the 5 members of the Government side of the 10 member drafting committee are trying to
kill this move.
Whereas team Anna Hazare seems to be firm on this issue. The Government on it part seem under a lot of pressure not to strike at the Root of corruption in India .It appears
that the agenda of the Indian Government has already been laid out by the New World Order controlling India.
A significant but not surprising development was the call by Digvijay Singh, who I think is the current mouthpiece of Rahul Gandhi; that Rahul Gandhi is now fully ready to
become the Prime Minister of India. This statement comes on the backdrop of the 41 stbirthday celebrations of Rahul Gandhi. This should not be taken as an off the cuff
statement; but probably dictated by Rahul Gandhi himself.
The game plan obviously was to make Dr.Manmohan Singh the Prime Minister for about three years and then about two years before the General Elections give the public
two years of the magic of the Dynasty. The Gandhis are obviously saving the most populist schemes for Rahul Gandhi and restricting the moves by Manmohan Singh to
announce any popular schemes or even take corrective measures.
The official coronation of Rahul Gandhi will be accompanied by populist schemes and a Media Blitz. The move to exclude the Prime Minister from the ambit of the Lokpal
is aimed at giving a free hand to Rahul Gandhi; without restrictions. The ruling Dynasty is planning a long innings for Rahul Gandhi.
Another significant statement by Rahuls current mouthpiece Digvijay Singh is that Rahul Gandhi should now get married. This means that Rahul is planning to get married
any time now and one can expect a populist wedding accompanied by a mass move at image building.
These preplanned moves could be expected to take place in the near future, unless something goes wrong drastically.

This Quatrain gives an astrological dating of the massive earthquake which will occur in the month of May. This earthquake will occur when sun is in twenty degrees of
Taurus that is twenty days after the sun has moved into the sun sign Taurus that is May 21.The magnitude of this earthquake will be so great and unprecedented that the
people will see God and the Saints as the only hope to rescue them from the jaws of death and destruction.
Century 10 - 67
A very great trembling in the month of
May, Saturn in Capricorn,Jupiter and
Mercury in Taurus,Venus in Cancer, Mars
In Virgo and hails will fall bigger than egg.
In this Quatrain Nostradamus describes a massive earthquake in the month of May which will be accompanied by severe hailstorms which will be larger than eggs. One has
to keep a watch on the astrological conjunction described in this quatrain.
How ever it must be noted the Nostradamus sees NO END ON 21 DECEMBER 2012 or for that matter on 21st May 2011 or 21st October 2011.Lets have a look at this
Quatrain.
Century 1 - 48
When twenty years of the reign of the Moon have passed,
For seven thousand years another will hold the rule,
When the Sun takes up the rule for the final cycle,
Then my prophecy and sightings will be accomplished.
This quatrain of Nostradamus describes a period of twenty years in the moons cycle which will be a period of great destruction, wars and calamities for the world. After this
period Nostradamus sees a change in the human consciousness as the cycle of the sun begins which he sees lasting for seven thousand years, Nostradamus say through this
quatrain that his prediction cover a period of seven thousand years he does not say that the world will end after seven thousand years.
The exact year for the fulfillment of all these prophecies has not been given by Nostradamus, but according to me they will occur at the time of the coming World
Climax .There might be a huge earthquake which will change the earth forever in May of this year, or there might not be one.Till it occurs every year we are going to
witness this frenzy being generated.
