. Luka bakar merupakan salah satu insiden yang sering terjadi di
masyarakat dengan jenis luka bakar terbanyak adalah derajat II. Tujuan utama
penelitian ini adalah mengetahui Pengaruh Pemberian Topikal Ekstrak Daun
Cincau Hijau (Cyclea barbata L. Miers) terhadap Reepiteliasi Luka Bakar Derajat
IIB pada Tikus Putih (Rattus norvegicus) Galur Wistar. Reepitelisasi merupakan
proses penutupan luka yang ditandai oleh migrasi mitosis sel-sel epitel dari tepi
luka, folikel rambut serta kelenjar sebasea untuk mengisi permukaan luka. Daun
cincau hijau mengandung senyawa aktif saponin, flavonoid, vitamin A, B1,
karotenoid ( -carotene), dan klorofil, sehingga dapat mempengaruhi proses
reepitelisasi. Penelitian ini true eksperimental dengan Post-test Only, Control
Group Design. Sampel dipilih dengan simple random sampling dibagi menjadi 6
kelompok masing-masing terdiri atas 5 ekor tikus. Kelompok kontrol I (Normal
saline) NS 0,9, kelompok kontrol II Hidrogel, kelompok kontrol III Silver
sulfadiazine (SSD), dan kelompok IV, V, VI perlakuan ekstrak cincau hijau
konsentrasi 40%, 50% dan 60% selama 21 hari dan dilakukan pembedahan
pada hari ke-22. Kemudian dilakukan pewarnaan jaringan dengan H&E. Variabel
yang diukur persentase reepitelisasi menggunakan rumus % reepitelisasi.
Analisis data One way ANOVA menunjukkan reepitelisas berbeda signifikan pada
minimal satu pasang kelompok dengan p = 0.035 < (0,05). Analisa data uji
Post hoc Tukey HSD terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara kelompok perlakuan
ekstrak daun cincau hijau konsentrasi 40% dengan kelompok ekstrak daun
cincau hijau konsentrasi 50%, p = (0.05) < (0.05). Kesimpulan penelitian ini
yaitu pemberian ekstrak daun cincau hijau (Cyclea barbata L. Miers) konsentrasi
40%, 50% dan 60% mempengaruhi reepitelisasi luka bakar derajat IIB pada tikus
galur wistar

Burn is one of the incidents that are in society, especially household and
found the most were IIA degree burn.Treatment of burn were developed primarily
from natural ingredients. Soybean contains antioxidant compounds, antimicrobial
and isoflavone group of flavonoida that produce antiinflammation activity and
antinociceptif. This research aims to prove the effect of soybean extract (Glycine
max) to wound contraction process IIA degree burn in rats (Rattus norvegicus)
wistar strain. This research true experimental with Post-test only, Control Group
design. Samples were selected by simple random sampling were divided into 4
groups, each group consisting of 6 rats. Group I (Control) were given NS 0,9%
and Group II, III and IV (treatment) were given soybean extract concentration of
40%, 60% and 80% for 16 days. Variables were measured using the formula %
of wound contraction on day 4nd, 8 nd, 12 nd and 16 nd. One Way ANOVA analysis of
the data show the process of wound contraction significantly difference with p =
0.007 < (0,01) on day 8 nd. Continued Tukey HSD test were significant
difference between treatment group soybean extract concentration of 40% in the
control group, p = (0.005) < (0.01) on day 8 nd. The conclusion of extract
soybean (Glycine max) concentration of 40%, 60% and 80% speed up the
process of wound contraction IIA degree burn showed significant differences on
day 8 nd with a concentration of 40% soybean extract significantly different from
NS 0,9% . Recommended further research the benefit of soybean extract for the
treatments of burn.
