6. Abstract of the project:
Ayurveda is developed for smooth working of Indian Therapy and massage Industry.
This is Practice Management Software for Doctors and Indian Therapist, which leads to smooth
working of Indian Therapy and massage organizations.
The main aim of the developing Ayurveda project is to automate the entire information.
The past system is the manual system, where all information is stored in the form of records. If
the doctor wants to know the progress or information about an old patient manual search is
needed, which is time consuming process. The present system is developed for making
common interface between the employees, administrator and doctor.
Ayurveda provides automated case management, patient scheduling, diagnosis
notes, electronic mail integration to remind patient about their appointment, electronic revisit
letter with paperless environment, Point of Sales (POS), inventory for spectacles, lenses and
sundries and unlimited custom and pre-built reports.

Login Access: Doctor, administrator and employee are the authorized persons to
access the login form by providing their credentials.
The software is fully integrated with CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
as well as CMS (Content Management System) solution and developed in a manner that
is easily manageable, time saving and relieving one from manual works.

7. Features :

Doctor, administrator and employee are the authorized persons to access the login form
by providing their credentials.
Administrator will add the Doctor and Employee.
The administrator sends mails to the patients regarding reappointment with the doctor
and also to know the progress of the patient.
Administrator can see all the information about the employee based on his Basic Salary,
Designation, Total Earning, deductions on basic salary are calculated and displayed.
The administrator can save, delete, update and display the details.
Reports are prepared for patient, staff and finance for daily, weekly, monthly and yearly
basis; he can see the reports and print it.
Doctors access their login by typing some id and password provided by the organization.
Doctors can generate the report based on the patients.
The new patient is visited again for the next time, he is considered as old patient. When
the doctor enters the patient ID, the details of the patient already stored in the new
patient form when he visited for the first time are displayed default.
The doctor can view the mails sent by the administrator to the patient.
Employee Register the New Patient.
If any new patient is visited again for the next time, he is considered as old patient.
The cost of the total medicines is calculated and copy of the print is given to the patient.
