SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Opened Asian market. Challenged to pursue Japanese opportunity as a way to develop Asia for Uriage. Analyzed
market, negotiated business plan and distribution agreement. Collaborated with product development, adapting
formulas to ensure Japanese regulations. Worked with marketing on packaging and store displays. Introduced brand
in 1700 drugstores, generating $6M+. Expanded to Korea and the rest of Asia, growing revenue to $22M+.
Drove a turnaround. Challenged to turn around the declining Lacoste Footwear market in Italy. Analyzed business
and identified areas of improvement with distributor. Recruited new agents, built relationships with high profile
accounts, developed / implemented PR campaign, increasing visibility and awareness. Grew sales from $7.5M to
$12M+ for Italy, becoming in two years the #1 export market for the brand. Increased entire regions sales to $22M+.
Grew sales in Mexican market. Promoted to drive growth for Lacoste in Latin America. Developed business plan.
Convinced distributor to increase dedicated sales team from 3 to 6. Launched PR / marketing campaign. Assisted
sales teams with presentations to buyers of key accounts. Opened first Lacoste Accessories store in Mexico City,
expanded store coverage throughout the Mexican market, launching into fashion and sport stores. Tripled sales to
$7M in two years, becoming the third largest export market for the brand.

Business Development Director, Boost International Growth Consulting LLC, 2012 to present Miami. Founded
consulting firm focused on supporting global expansion for small to medium sized organizations. Entered six new
Latin American markets for Polo Ralph Lauren and Guess kids footwear, expanded business in Europe and
launched in Japan for US lingerie firm and proposed new strategy in Brazil for Apple Accessories distributor.
VP Sales, Latin America, Lacoste Chaussures LTD, 2007 to 2012 Miami. Promoted to bring region to its full
potential. Transformed Latin American from $5.6M to $36M in annual export sales with full P&L oversight, exceeding
US or Asias volume. Introduced brand in Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Colombia. Designed and executed regional
marketing campaign, improving brand awareness, in store presence and sell out while positioning brand as #1
casual brand in all key accounts. Prepared local production in Brazil. Built, led and supported sales team of 35.
Regional Director Southern Europe & Middle East, Lacoste Chaussures LTD, 2005 to 2007 London. Turned
around underperforming market in Italy, and developed the Middle Eastern region. Propelled region from $2M to
$17M. Used Dubai as platform to elevate brand image, expanding into Gulf markets & Egypt increasing sales team.
Sales & Marketing Director, Resser Cosmetics LLC, 2003 to 2005 Dubai. Recruited to increase sales and
profitability for leading distributor of cosmetic brands. Negotiated distribution contracts for three additional brands.
Sales from $12M to $21M+, increasing same store sales 25% and profitability 76%. Managed team of 15.
Export Director, Laboratoires Biorga Uriage, 1998 to 2003 Paris. Developed the export business in Italy, UK,
the Middle East, Japan and Korea for this pharmaceutical / cosmetics company. Defined and executed the
international development strategy, and established distributor relationships. Held $45M P&L, and led six staff.
