While separating or assembling the top-cover, the powercord wire on the rear side may come out of the top-cover. It
may cause the occurrence of a problem caused by nicking
of wire while assembling the cover-TC. Therefore, ensure
that the wire does not come out of the top-cover before starting assembling.
6. How to Disassemble
6-1 PCB-Assy Replacement
1) Remove the two cover-screws on the control-panel as
shown in the figure, and then remove the 2 screws.
2) Push the control-panel to the front as shown by the arrow
in the figure and pull it upward to separate.

2) Pressure-sensor
After pulling out the terminal of the pressure-sensor lead-wire,
widen the hook to remove the sensor.
While assembling the pressure-sensor, ensure that the airhose is not kinked and connected properly.
3) Water-valve
Remove the 3 terminals of the water-valve lead-wire. Then
remove the 3 screw-taps, TH that fasten the water-valve of the
assy-detergent inside the top-cover to disassemble the assy
water-valve.
Before assembling the water-valve, ensure that the sealdetergent is not missing. (If the seal-detergent is missing,
water leaking occurs and it may cause the danger of a short.)
4) To disassemble the assy-detergent, turn over the top-cover
and remove the 2 screws.
5) After pulling out the terminal of the checker-S/W lead-wire,
remove the 2 screws that fasten the checker-S/W.
(Pull out the lead-wire terminal while pressing the hook.)

7) Lay down the main body so that the front of the out-case faces
upward and the remove the 4 bolts that fix the saddle by using the
10 mm box.
8) Remove the 4 bolts that fix the shaft by using the 10 mm box and
take out the shaft-assy. (Please check that the condition of the
shaft is same as the figure on the right.)
