COMPLAINT-AFFIDAVIT
I, HANALLY B. FILANGEN, of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of
#1Apugan, Sto.Tomas, Baguio City, after having been duly sworn to according to law
hereby depose and say that:
1. On December 01, 2014, at around 6 oclock in the evening, before leaving my
establishment, KS GADGETS MERCHANDISING, I entrusted the key to my
salesman JONATHAN JUGO, with confidence asking him to lock and secure
the gadgets in the establishment.
2. At around 8 oclock that evening, I called JONATHAN JUGO to make sure he
has already locked the establishment but he did not answer his phone.
3. On December 02, 2014, at around 7 oclock in the morning, I went to the
establishment and was surprised because my salesman JONATHAN JUGO
had not yet arrived.
4. When I was about to call him, the saleslady of the establishment nearby passed
by so I asked her if she had seen JONATHAN JUGO. She said she had not
seen him that morning but had seen him last night. He was carrying a back
pack and he was rushing. Instead of a passenger jeepney, he rode a taxi saying
MAUNA NA AKO, DADALHIN KO PA KASI ANG MGA ITO SA MGA
UMORDER. (Affidavit of witness, Ms. JONAMICAH S. ROQUE is hereto attached
as ANNEX A);
5. After conversing with the saleslady, using the duplicate key, I opened my
establishment. I noticed that valuable items were missing: three FUJITSU life
book with serial numbers: 512093, 51209 and 502108 respectively, all valued
at P80, 000.00; 2 64GB APPLE IPHONE 5 all valued at P35, 000 and 2
Nikon D750 24.3 Megapixel Camera all valued at P40, 000 with the total
amount of P150, 000, Philippine currency.

6. After discovering that the items are missing, I called JONATHAN JUGO many
times but he could not be reached. He was the alone in the establishment and
the key was entrusted to him, he had free access to the items which he carried
away. I had also never asked him to deliver gadgets to our customers.

7. I am executing this complaint-affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of the foregoing
statements, to file a formal complaint of QUALIFIED THEFT against JONATHAN
JUGO and for any legal purposes it may serve.
