Dear Sir,
We did not receive any reply to the above-referred letters.
In the last 4 years no reply has been received from your office in respect to our complaints
against Bidisha CHS Ltd.

We hope that no scope is to be given to the wrong-doers / offenders to go scot-free by

adopting time-wasting tactics or inaction or delay in action.

We hope that the honour of the WBCS Act and the Rules will be maintained by your office by
holding an inquiry against irregularities of Bidisha CHS Ltd. pointed out in our earlier letters.

Though we do not believe that your office is working hand in gloves with the wrong-doers /
offenders but surprisingly your office did not take any action in reply to our request for inquiry
along with 3 nos. reminders. Your office did not take any action even after having the letter
issued by the Directorate of Co-operative Audit, Government of West Bengal in this regard.
Your office also did not take any action even after having the 2 nos letters issued by the Cooperation Department, Government of West Bengal in this regard.

We hope that no incident of compromising the honesty and the good sense will happen by
ignoring / rejecting / delaying the said inquiry.

We believe that an honest officer of any office, having no intension to save the offenders /
wrong-doers, having no connection, directly or indirectly, in the offence, will not make any
delay for taking step(s) in respect to a complaint.

Unfortunately no communication has been made from your office till the date after receiving
our complaint along with three reminders as well as letters issued by the Co-operation
Department also having a copy of the letter issued by the Directorate of Co-operative Audit.

Considering the above fact, if no action is taken and necessary communication is not made to
us accordingly within next 30 days from your office, it will be presumed that your office, being
an administrator of our society, is not interested to attain our complaint as well as stated in
letter issued by the Co-operation Department and Directorate of Co-operative Audit. In that
case we will have no option but to appeal before legal authority for the justice.

We will be highly obliged for your kind co-operation and necessary action in this regard.
