Program
Business & Financial Overview
Introduction
First Consulting Services, in conjunction with our strategic business partner, LH Immigration, is an end-to-end
staffing and immigration company with substantial resources and strong relationships around the globe. These
two organizations provide two distinct services. First Consulting takes the role of establishing and managing the
Global Agent Program with recruiters, while LH Immigration looks after the immigration and legal process.
With our Global Agent Program, we work with recruitment agents to identify and match specific skills and
experience of global workers to what our Canadian partners and employers are looking for.

Global Recruitment
One of the pillars to our success is our unwavering trust and dependence on global recruitment companies. We
understand that in order for us to be successful and provide our Canadian employers with world class talent, we
must develop strong sustainable relationships with our recruitment partners.
We already have several strategic partnerships in various countries around the world, however due to record high
levels of labour shortage; our clients continue to ask us to increase our business with them. We have hundreds of
permanent job opportunities available to the international community.

How the Program Works

We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic, experienced and resourceful recruitment agents from around the
world to join our Global Agent Program. The program focuses on understanding how our business strategy works
and using this strategy to build skilled talent pools.

We provide all the business intelligence and logistics support

We provide a list of all available positions with detailed requirements

We supply detailed applicant screening and credentialing requirements

Once the minimum critical mass is reached:

We review each application carefully and provide you with a list of approved applicants

We then immediately share this information with our business partners and employers and begin all the
required paperwork

The Process to Prosperity

Once the applicants have been verified and approved, the process starts. Heres how it works:
1.

An official Agreement Letter is sent to the recruitment agent/company and will include:

2.

a.

The names of all the approved applicants

b.

Areas of employment each applicant is interested in

c.

The total fee per applicant

d.

Recruitment agent commissions

We will ask the recruitment agent to obtain all required paperwork to start the legal and immigration
process.

3.

Once all the paperwork and fees are collected, we will begin completing and submitting applications to
Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC).

4.

It will take between 17 to 32 business days for each application to be reviewed and approved by
Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC).

5.

Once the applications are approved, we will begin the relocation, orientation and training process.
