5. X is in the star/sub of a third planet that appears as the star lord or sub lord of Z.

1. X1 and Z1 are not same, X2 and Z2 are not same, X3 and Z3 are also not same.
2. Mercury and Mars have no link in any three levels.
3. X1, Mercury is in sub of Moon that appears as star lord of Mars. Thus 5th criterion
is fulfilled in the chart at the time of judgment.
4. X2, Moon is in star of Mercury and Mercury is in the sub of Moon.. Thus No. 3 is
fulfilled.
5. X3, Rahu and Kethu are in each others star. So No. 3 is fulfilled.
6. Additionally, Mars, the sub lord of Ascendant is in the sub of Saturn, the sub lord
of Ruling Moon.
At 11-25 AM
X1 = Mercury
Z1 = Mars
X2 = Mars
Z2 = Mercury
X3 = Jupiter
Z3 = Kethu
1. X1, Mercury is in sub of Moon that appears as star lord of Mars. Thus 5th
criteria is fulfilled in the chart at the time of judgment
2. X2, Mars is in star of Moon the sub lord of Mercury. Criterion 5 is fulfilled.
3. Z3, Kethu is in Rahu star. As Rahu is agent of Jupiter(X3). Kethu is
considered to be in Jupiter star. So criterion 3 is fulfilled.
4. Additionally, Rahu, sub lord of Ascendant is not found to be linked to Saturn
the sub lord of Ruling Moon. Hence the sub need to be rectified, it appears.
No.3 under 10-25 AM and No.1 under 11-25 AM shows that the Ascendant is Virgo. So
both the times could be correct.
No. 4 under 10-25 AM and No.2 under 11-25 AM shows that both the birth times could
be correct. The Ascendant star could be Moon and also it could be Mars. ( confusing).
No. 5 under 10-25 AM and No.3 under 11-25 AM show justification to rule of
rectification.
Thus according to Dr. Andrews Rule both the times are correct up to sub level of
the Ascendant.
I have included the sub-sub of Ascendant and sub-sub of Ruling Moon additionally. At
10 25 AM the sub sub fulfills the rule it does not fulfill ay 11-25 AM.
Dr. Andrew rectifies up to Sub level only.
Therefore the birth could have taken place at any of the times i.e. 10-25 or 11-25 AM.
Over looking the sub-sub level rectification(additional) I would examine ROO for
verification which time is correct.

ROO ::Statement of Dr. Andrew Dutta is as follows :

In my Rule of Origin, I found that the rectified birth time is indeed correct if any
one of the following is observed :
1. The rectified Lagna Star Lord is appearing as the 9 th Star Lord or Sub
Lord.
2. The rectified Lagna Sub Lord is appearing as the 9th Star Lord or sub
Lord.
3. The rectified Lagna Star Lord or Sub Lord is linked to the 9 th Star Lord
or Sub Lord through a third planet only.
If this above linkage is observed between the rectified Lagna and the 9 th cusp,
then only we can be sure that our rectified birth time is indeed correct.
I ]. Birth time = 10-25 AM = Mercury-Moon-Rahu.
9th cusp at 10-25 AM
= Venus-Moon-Rahu.
Observation :
1. Rectified Lagna star lord, Moon appears as 9th star lord.
2. Rectified Lagna sub-lord, Rahu appears as 9th sub lord.
Dr. Andrew states that if any one is observed then the rectification is correct. In
this instance 2 rules of origin are observed to be present/positive.
Accordingly 10-25 appears to be correct birth time.
II ]. Birth time = 11-25 AM = Mercury-Mars-Jupiter.
9th cusp at 11-25 AM = Venus-Mars-Jupiter.
Now at this time also the star lord and the sub lord of the birth time tally with
those of the 9th cusp. They are Mars and Jupiter.
This birth time also justifies ROO.
Both the birth times appear to be correct.
There any time in between these two could also satisfy ROO.
I have failed to arrive at a particular birth time.
