No Trans Atlantic and/or Trans Pacific voyages.
Warranted trading coastal Egypt for 70 nautical miles, always within
International Navigating Conditions (01/11/2003) and limitations of
the Classification Society of the vessel and/or applicable Statutory
Regulations, whichever is the lesser.
Premium excluding local taxes if applicable.
Warranted annual premium is payable in four (4) equal instalments.
First instalment to be paid prior to inception. Second instalment to be
paid within 90 days of inception. Third instalment to be paid within
180 days of inception. Fourth instalment to be paid within 270 days
of inception.
Warranted full annual premium to be paid in case of an Actual Total
Loss and/or Constructive Total Loss of Vessel.

Survey Warranty

Breach of premium warranty may lead to rejection of all claims

whether arising before or after the breach: Part 3, Section 29 of the
applicable Marine Liability Policy for Shipowners.
Vessels in excess of 10 years of age may be subject to an annual,
biennial or triennial condition survey upon request of the Insurer, at
Owner's expense by a RaetsMarine Insurance B.V. approved
surveyor, in accordance with our condition survey guidelines and all
recommendations arising therefrom must be complied with.

Class Warranty

It is noted and agreed that the vessel is unclassed.

Following terms apply:
- Vessel to be classed or surveyed in accordance with local and/or
statutory regulations;
- All recommendations and requirements of the applicable authorities
to be complied with at all times.

- The Assured allows the Insurer to inspect any document and/or

obtain any information relating to the vessel from the applicable
authorities and will authorize such authority to disclose same to the
Insurer on request;

- Any change of certification arrangements shall be notified to the

Insurer forthwith, upon which the Insurer shall have the right to
amend the agreed terms and conditions or cancel the cover.
Warranted fully completed and duly signed application form to be
received prior to inception and issuance of Certificate of Insurance.

When one accident gives rise to claims of a different nature, the aggregate of all claims
shall be subject to the highest deductible applicable to any one such claim.

Any alteration in the information given above must be reported to RaetsMarine Insurance
B.V., Rotterdam immediately with full details of the alteration(s).
