This song motivates students to learn more about math and explore the
material to improve their capabilities on math. If we have good capabilities on
math, its just like an honor for us.
Perimeter song
Lyric :
With perimeter you have to measure each side, each side add them up and
we find perimeter, perimeter, thats perimeter, perimeter, perimeter, thats
perimeter
This song tell about how to find the perimeter of planes. The creator use video
clip to give the illustration.
These are the example:
10 cm
2 cm
2 cm
10 cm
If we want to find the perimeter we just add the measure of each side.
So the perimeter of that rectangle is :
10+10+2+2=24 cm
20 m
Perimeter : 20+20+16=56 m
16 m
3 mm
Perimeter : 3+3+3+3+3+3+3+3+3+3=30 mm
20 cm
17 cm
8 cm
25 cm
Perimeter : 20+17+25+8=70 cm
10 m
7m
Perimeter : 10+10+7+7=34 m
9 km
12 km
15 km
Perimeter : 12+9+15=36 km
8 mm
15 km
Perimeter = 8+8+15+15=46 km
13 mm
15 mm
27 mm
Perimeter : 13+15+27+13=60 mm
4 cm
1 cm
Perimeter : 4 x 4 + 8 x 1 = 24 cm
The key of derivative is finding the slope of the tangent at point P. You can
approximate this slope using a secant line through the point of tangency and a
second point the curve.

Integers
An integer is a whole number (not a fractional number) that can be positive,
negative, or zero.
Examples of integers are: -5, 1, 5, 8, 97, and 3,043.
Examples of numbers that are not integers are: -1.43, 1 3/4, 3.14, .09, and
5,643.1.
The set of integers, denoted Z, is formally defined as follows:
Z = {..., -3, -2, -1, 0, 1, 2, 3, ...}

A first number plus twice a second number is 23. Twice the first number
plus the second number is 31. Find the number!
Solution:
Let 1st# is x and 2nd# is y
From the first sentence, we get first equation: x + 2y = 23.
Remember that 2nd# is y, while twice a second number it means we
multiply y by 2. So we get 2y.
And from the second sentence, we get the second equation is 2x + y = 31.
Remember that 1st# is x, while twice the first number it means we
multiply x by 2. So we get 2x.
13
The sum of two numbers is 16. The first number plus 2 more than 3 times
the second equals 18. Find the numbers.
Solution:
Let 1st # is x and 2nd is y.
I have two equations here
1st equation is x + y = 16
2nd equation is x + (3y + 2) = 18
I can use substitution or addition method.
Since I want to solve it by substitution, I decide to simplify the second
equation become x + 3y = 16 to make it easier.
So, I have the new equations here
x + 3y = 16 and x + y = 16.
For the second equation, I will multiply both side by -1.
The second equation becomes x y = -16.
Simplify 2 equations:
14
x + 3y = 16
-x y = -16
2y = 0 (divided both sides by 2)
y=0
So now I get y = 0 and 16 for x.
Let's check to make sure that my answer is true.
1st equation:
x + y = 16
0 + 16 = 16
2nd equation:
x + (3y + 2) = 18
16 + 2 = 18
Both of the answers are correct.
The numbers are 16 and 0.
BASIC TRIGONOMETRY
This video tells the basic introduction to define the three major of
trigonometric functions (sine, cosine, tangent) are discussed using the
acronym SOH-CAH-TOA
Trigonometry is from Greek terminology means Triangle Measure.
Trigonometry is the really study of right triangle and the
relationship between the side and the angle of the right triangle.
