Abstract
general environmental management system is a complete management system relating
to corporate policies related or potentially bring impact to the environment in the area around the
company's operations, where the management system should include the whole process from
planning, research, implementation, liability To, evaluation and review as well as the reestablishment and maintenance of policies that have been generated. Companies that implement
an environmental management system based on ISO 14001 is the actual maximum is being
invested by growing a good business environment and provide a good image to the public and
attract more potential customers or investors. In addition, the company associated with the
operating system, or having an impact on the resources of the environment will ensure the
continuity of the company in the future as well the sustainability of the surrounding environment.
Many less ethical company considers that the implementation of environmental management
systems, especially those based on the ISO in detail, it is a waste of time and money and do not
have commercial potential. This is possible only when viewed literally and in short jangkap.
However, for a shelf, if the principles of the ISO 14001 environmental management applied to the
maximum, there will be many benefits to be gained by one company.

Environmental management system is used to determine the impacts of the environment, which
is intended to achieve a goal, information systems, data collection, planning accidents, audit, control, and
others.

Goal
1. Goals, methods, and a timeline for meeting environmental requirements and voluntary
undertakings; Procedures for maintaining appropriate documentation relating to its
goals;
2. A dened structure and the responsibilities for each task along with the availability of
adequate resources;
3. Corrective and preventative actions as well as emergency procedures;
4. An employee training plan with periodic updates to dene goals of the EMS,
responsibilities, and risks; and
5. A plan for periodic auditing of the organizations performance in achieving the goals
and how well the EMS helps
6. the organization to achieve those goals (Cascio 1996;Matthews 2001). Environmental
performance metrics are needed to measure improvement with respect to
environmental goals. Such parameters are essential to support goal setting,
monitoring, and Continuous improvement in product design (Fiksel 1996)

Discussion
Previous studies from Environmental management system and ISO 14001 certification for
construction firm and Benefits of environmental management system in a polish companies compliant
with ISO 14001 has showing too environment management give a many impact to construction with
reduce the negative impact. With a strategic and EMS-pyramid.
