Yoga
Yoga class with Julie and Simon will
provide you with a yoga mat challenge
that will focus on strengthening and
conditioning the core muscles and
getting sufficiently warmed up and
centered. You will also experience a
flowing yoga series which will encourage
gentle yet deep stretching and control. All
levels welcome. Bring a yoga mat please.

WEIGHT
LIFTING 101
Weight lifting 101 is an introduction
to strengthening your muscles and
how to lift weights properly. This class is
not designed to build bulk but to help
participants learn proper techniques
and increase lean muscle tone.

SPIN
Get a great workout on the bike!
This low impact class provides upbeat
music, intensity and fun to motivate
riders to cross the finish line. Instructors
demonstrate proper bike setup and
adjustments for a safe ride. Open to all
levels. You must bring water and a towel
to this class.

Tae Kwon Do
The class will focus on the basics of
kicking, punching, blocking and forms.
All levels are welcome as the instructor
will work with you to succeed. Tae Kwon
Do helps with balance, coordination,
confidence, concentration and a great
workout. You only need yourself and
comfortable clothing. All levels welcome.
