(

Nh trng hng dn v vic lm kha lun tt nghip (KLTN) ca sinh vin khi
ngnh Kinh t nh sau:
I. Phm vi p dng
Ti liu ny p dng cho ging vin v sinh vin h i hc chnh quy khi ngnh Kinh
t, hng dn v thc hin KLTN bng ting Anh.
II. Quy trnh xt, giao ti kha lun tt nghip
1. Sinh vin tiu chun thc hin KLTN ng k vi Phng T chc v Qun l o to
theo biu mu ph lc I trong thi gian quy nh.
2. Mi trng hp thay i ti KLTN ch c cng nhn khi:
- C n ngh ca sinh vin v c s ng ca ngi hng dn, ca b mn v
Trng Ban o to.
- Trong phm vi 06 tun lm vic k t ngy sinh vin c giao ti KLTN.
- Trng hp khc, phi c s ng ca Gim c c s.
III. Quy trnh nh gi kha lun tt nghip
1. Trong qu trnh lm kha lun sinh vin c 04 bo co tin (Progress report) vi t
trng im nu trong cng kha lun.
2. KLTN ch c bo v khi hon thnh y cc yu cu trong hng dn ny v c
ging vin hng dn ng cho bo v ghi trong Phiu nhn xt Kha lun Tt nghip
ca Ging vin hng dn.
3. Sinh vin np KLTN ti phng T chc & Qun l o to theo thi gian c thng
bo (Chm nht 7 ngy lm vic trc ngy bo v KLTN), gm cc ti liu sau:
- 03 bn cng KLTN
- 03 bn cng phn cng th t thuyt trnh ca cc thnh vin trong nhm
- 03 bn cng slide dng thuyt trnh KLTN
- 01 a CD kha lun (ghi tn ti KLTN trn a CD) bao gm:
o Bn mm tm tt kha lun dng thuyt trnh khi bo v (slide trnh chiu)
o Bn mm kha lun (theo nh dng word)

Trong trng hp Sinh vin khng np ng v cc ti liu nu trn theo ng thi


hn yu cu th khng c php tham gia bo v kha lun.
4. Hi ng nh gi KLTN gm 03 thnh vin nh sau:
- 01 Ch tch Hi ng;
- 01 y vin Hi ng;
- 01 Th k Hi ng.
5. Trnh t bo v KLTN ca sinh vin:
- Th k Hi ng gii thiu thnh phn hi ng, tn ti, v mi ch tch hi ng
iu khin bui bo v. Ch tch hi ng iu khin bui bo v.
- Ging vin hng dn c tham d l ngi nghe nhng khng tham gia ngi cng
hi ng hay lm vic cng vi hi ng. Nu mun tham gia pht biu phi c s
ng ca Ch tch hi ng.
- Tng sinh vin bo v ln lt theo th t phn cng trong nhm. Thi gian ti a
cho 1 nhm trnh by l 30 pht v 15 pht tr li. Trng nhm c trch nhim
phn cng v gii hn thi gian trnh by ca cc thnh vin trong nhm nhm m
bo tng thnh vin trong nhm c khong thi gian v ni dung thuyt trnh bng
nhau.
- Hi ng c quyn yu cu sinh vin tip tc hoc tm ngng qu trnh bo v.
- Hi ng a kin nhn xt im mnh v im yu ca lun vn, tng thnh vin
hi ng ln lt t cu hi cho tng sinh vin theo ch nh ca ch tch hi ng,
m bo tt c sinh vin u c hi.
- Sinh vin gii thch v tr li cu hi ca hi ng.
- Hi ng tho lun kn. Sinh vin v ngi nghe ra bn ngoi Hi ng tho lun.
- Th k mi sinh vin vo nghe kt lun ca Ch tch Hi ng. Kt lun ca Ch tch
Hi ng l kt lun cui cng. Bin bn hp kt lun khng cng b im tng hp
ca tng Sinh vin.
- Ngn ng bo v lun vn: Ting Anh.
6. Sinh vin khng t KLTN sau bo v ln 1 c bo v KLTN ln 2 trong thi hn 1
thng sau t bo v KLTN ln 1. Hi ng chm KLTN ln 2 vn gi nguyn v thnh
phn, nhim v v trch nhim nh Hi ng chm KLTN ln 1 ca kha lun . Trong
trng hp l do khch quan (thnh vin hi ng c m, i cng tc) khng b tr li

c hi ng c th Trng ban o to ngh gim c c s ph duyt hi ng


mi.
Sinh vin khng t mn hc KLTN sau 2 ln bo v phi lm li KLTN v phi ng
hc ph hc li mn KLTN.
IV. im bo v KLTN
1. im bo v KLTN chm theo thang im 10, l n 0.1 im v c lm trn theo
quy nh ca B gio dc. Phiu nh gi kha lun tt nghip ca hi ng nh km
ph lc V.
2. im ca KLTN l im trung bnh chung ca cc thnh vin hi ng v c lm trn
n 01 ch s thp phn (0.1 im).
3. im KLTN ca mi thnh vin hi ng khng qu 2 im cch bit. Yu cu nh gi
li khi im cch bit vt qu 2 im.
4. im bo v KLTN c cng b chm nht 02 ngy lm vic sau khi kt thc bo v
KLTN. im c cng b l im kt lun cui cng.
5. KLTN c cng nhn l t hoc khng t theo Quy nh trong cng mn hc
KLTN.
6. Khng xem xt ngh phc tra im bo v KLTN. Trng hp c bit do Vin
trng/ Gim c c s quyt nh.
V. Quy cch trnh by kha lun tt nghip
1. S trang ti thiu ca mt KLTN l 70 trang, ti a l 100 trang k c ph lc vi format
quy nh:
