REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE Quezon City January 13, 2015 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR No. 3-2015 SUBJECT : CY 2015 Priority Programs TO : All Internal Revenue Officials and Employees The Bureau of Internal Revenue has been tasked to collect P1.72085 Trillion in internal revenue taxes for CY 2015. The revenues generated by the Bureau support the national development initiatives of the Government. The Philippines was recently recognized as the fastest growing economy in Southeast Asia and to maintain such distinction, the Bureau’s revenue performance is crucial. It shall also support the country’s efforts in the 2015 ASEAN integration. In light of the foregoing, and as in previous years, this Circular is being issued to disseminate the twenty-seven (27) CY 2015 Priority Programs that are intended to help the Bureau in attaining its revenue target. All Bureau offices are therefore enjoined to align their activities, projects and other undertakings with these Priority Programs to sustain the positive trend of improved collection efficiency that has been observed over the past three (3) years. The |Service} / Information Systems objective are as follows: Group 1. To update and clean up the BIR registration database. 12. To allow the taxpayers to reaister and update their registration data online ‘anywhere and anytime (24/7) and have a real ime access of registration record. 3. To make available online secondary registration functions such as application for Authority to Print (ATP) and registration of Books of Accounts. 4. To address existing production issues of the current TIN registration functions by improving the system architecture. 5. To capture additional data which are not available in the ITS Registration and eREG System.
