DAY 1 - Pray Husband Grows Spiritually

Day 1
Topic:Pray that your husband will grow spiritually and consider his accountability before the Lord.
Pray that he will guard his heart by developing spiritual disciplinesBible reading and study, prayer,
meditation, scripture memorization, etc.
Scripture:
"Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life." Proverbs 4:23
Heavenly Father,
Lord, I ask that You would guide and direct my thoughts and actions today. May I be purposeful in
looking to you for strength and to seek your face always? Today I lift up my husband to You Lord. I
pray that he would grow spiritually and consider his accountability before You Lord. I Pray that he will
guard his heart by developing spiritual disciplines of Bible reading, studying, prayer, mediation and
Scripture memorization. I ask Lord that You would cover Him with protection and intensify his hunger
for you daily. I ask all of this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior.
AMEN!

DAY 2

Day 2Topic:
Pray that your husbands relationship with God and His Word will bear fruit in his life. Pray that he will
be a man of wisdom and understanding.
Scripture:
Fear of the LORD is the foundation of wisdom. Knowledge of the Holy One results in good judgment.
Proverbs 9:10 (NLT)
Heavenly Father,
Create in me a clean heart, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. I pray I would be in a position of
worship and praise and that my eyes would stay fixed on You today.
If concerns and worries begin to fill my mind remind me to lay them at the foot of the cross. Lord,
remind me that my first priority is to please and honor You, and in doing so I will be pleasing and
honoring my husband.
Lord, I pray that You would deepen my husbands desire to be the man you have called him to be.
When he is finding that difficult, Lord I ask that You would encourage him to press on.
When he is feeling discouraged or tired increase his awareness of his greatest need, that is You.
Bring to his mind the truths from your Word so he may stay the course. Lord, I pray that You would
comfort, guide and teach him .
Lord, keep him humble in spirit and kind at heart.
Though his flesh and heart may fail, you God are the strength of his heart and his portion forever.
Lord, I pray that his relationship with You would bear much fruit.
I pray that You would put within his spirit an intense hunger and thirst to be in your Word studying it
and living it.
I ask Lord that You would shape my husband to be a man of great wisdom and understanding.
Lord, I pray all of these requests in the sweet name of Jesus. Amen.

DAY 3

Day 3
Topic:Pray that your husband will be humble and quick to agree with God about his sin. Pray that his
heart will be tender toward the voice of the Lord.
Scripture:
Micah 6:8 - O man, He has told you what is good. What does the Lord ask of you but to do what is
fair and to love kindness, and to walk without pride with your God?
Heavenly Father,
Cleanse me of all unrighteousness so that I am freed to live this day having full access to Your Spirit
that lives within me. Thank you Jesus for a new day. I pray that I would live it to the fullest, knowing
that I am not promised another tomorrow.
I lift my husband to you in prayer. I pray that he would seek to be humble, gentle and patient . Lord
open his eyes to the ways in which pride gets in the way of relationships.
I pray that he comes to you and confesses his sins quickly so he is not carrying around the weight of
sin. I pray that my husbands heart would be tender toward your voice.
Give him the ability to discern what comes from his flesh, the world and his sinful nature. Open his
heart and mind to hear when You are speaking to him.
I pray that we would both be considerate of each other's feelings, emotions, schedules and needs.
Thank you God for hearing and answering our prayers.
I lift them all up to you in Your Name Jesus. Amen

DAY 4

Day 4
Topic:
Pray that your husband will grow in leadership skills in your relationshipprotecting and providing for
you. Pray that he will lead you wisely and love you sacrificially, so that God will be glorified in your
marriage.
Scripture:
"Husbands, love your wives and never treat them harshly". Colossians 3:19
Heavenly Father,
As I come into your holy presence presenting my requests for prayer. I confess my sins to you. I
willingly surrender my life to You. Lord forgive me from all unrighteousness, cleanse me and make
me new. I desire to come into your presence with a sincere heart fully trusting you. Give me a desire
to be more like You Lord. May I rejoice and pray without ceasing throughout today.

Lord, I pray that you would equip my husband to be the spiritual head of our home. As you guide
and equip both of us to fulfill the roles in our marriage I pray that both of us would have a tender
heart toward one another; when we grow tired and life is busy help us to keep our priorities in order
by putting You first. Help us to never forget that when You are first everything has order. I pray that I
would respect his responsibility to set the direction and I would willingly follow showing love, respect
and never undermine the role you gave him. I pray that you press upon my husband and give him
wisdom in knowing what true sacrifice is according to Your Word not the world. I pray that he would
always desire to care for and to protect me. Help us to remember that love is action not a feeling and
when we are following your commands their is unity in our marriage. I pray Lord that we would bring
glory to you by fulfilling the roles you created for us. I pray that my husband would be always on
guard, standing firm in the faith and to be a man of courage. I pray this in the precious name of Your
Son Jesus Christ. Amen.

DAY 5

DAY 5
Topic:
Pray that your husband will be faithful to his wedding vows. Pray that he will have a desire to cultivate
your relationship as a sign of his loyalty and commitment to you, and as a picture of Christs love for
the Church
Scripture:
Many a man proclaims his own steadfast love, but a faithful man who can find? Proverbs 20:6
Heavenly Father,
Purify my sinful heart and cleanse me. take my broken soul and continue the work in making me
whole. I pray Lord that my desire would be to please and honor you with my every word, action and
deed. Lord, help me to remember to love others more than myself. Lord, remove anything in me
that stands in the way of worship today; and replace it with love, kindness and joy. I want to be
consumed with thoughts of You, to be heaven minded kingdom driven, to be strong, to not give up,
or give in, And to keep my eyes on the heavenly prize. Lord, I lift up my husband to you. The world
we live in is filled with temptations at his every turn. Give him wisdom and discernment to know
when to leave tempting circumstances; that he would flee to safety and into the very presence of
You; that his eyes would not wonder away from the cross and he would stay true in knowing who he
is in You. Lord, give him strength when he is weak. Help my husband to remember Your words; that
you will not tempt him beyond what he can bear and, that you will give him a way out. I pray he will
cling to this truth. Lord, bring strong, godly, mature men beside him to help him, encourage him, and
love on him. I pray Lord that his love for You would be the anchor that keeps him planted on solid
ground. Lord, give us both the strength to press on no matter how deep the valley that we will go
through. I pray that no matter what we've done, we would always forgive one anther just as you have
forgiven us. Thank you God for all you do and have done for us. I lift all these requests up to You in
the mighty name of Your Son Jesus. Amen

DAY 6

DAY 6

Topic: Pray that your husband will love righteousness and hate wickedness, especially the evils of
the culture. Pray that he will recognize and avoid wickedness in his own life, and if necessary, take a
clear, strong stand against evil.
Scripture: I do not ask that you take them out of the world, but that you keep them from the evil one.
John 17:15
Heavenly Father,
As I come into your presence cleanse me from all unrighteousness. Lord, I lay every problem,
concern, worry down before you. I pray that I would willingly surrender to You, so that I may be
equipped to continue on this path of becoming the role as my husbands helper. And Lord, that I
would follow his leading even when I don't feel like it, or I disagree with his decisions. Lord, remind
of my marriage vows to honor and obey. Show me if and when I try to undermine his authority over
me. Grant to me a gentle quiet spirit. To be my husbands prayer warrior instead of quarreling with
him; that I would go to You in prayer seeking comfort and assurance. Forgive me for my unbelief
when I try to take the wheel. Lord, I lift my husband up to you in prayer. I ask that he would desire to
be upright and sincere; that he would conduct his life in such a way that causes those who are of this
world to take notice; that he would never blend in with the worlds standards, no matter the cost. That
he would die to himself, live in truth, embrace right living and despise what is wicked. I pray that he
would call on Your Name when he is tempted to ever give in. I ask Lord that you would remind him
before he starts his day to suit up putting on the full armor of God. I ask Lord that we would not fall
victim to any of satan's lies; but to be fully aware of the battle going on all around us; that though we
have a powerful enemy he has been defeated already and it is in Your strength that we have victory. I
pray all these thing Jesus in the precious powerful name of You . Amen!

Day 7

Day 7

Topic:
Pray that your husband will safeguard his heart against inappropriate relationships with the opposite
sex. Pray that his heart will be pure and undivided in his commitment to you.
Scripture:
"
But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to gratify its desires"
Romans 13:14
Heavenly Father,
I humbly come before Your throne, asking that You would wash this temple clean of all my fleshly
desires, and all my unrighteousness; so I may bring my requests to You with a renewed clean spirit. I
pray that you would put within my heart a longing that grows with each passing day; to be clothe with
the presence of You Lord; that I would live this life honoring You in all that I do. Lord, I pray that
these truths from Your Word would be written upon my heart and continue to transform me daily as I
walk this road you laid out for me long ago. Strengthen me and grant me wisdom, so that I may stay
the course and never give up or give in.
"You O God sit above the circle of the earth.
You rule over everything. Power and might are in Your hand. You spoke, and the heavenswere
created. You breathed the word, and all the stars were born.
The heavens proclaim the glory of You God.
Your unfailing love, God, is as vast as the heavens; your faithfulness reaches beyond the clouds.
Your unfailing love will last forever" (Psalms)
Lord, I lift my husband up to You.
Grant to him a desire to be like Job, to make a covenant with his eyes before You God.
I pray that my husband would be motivated by Your love. That he would desire to please you with his
whole heart, mind and soul .
Bring truths to his mind; so that he will resist the devil.
Help us both remember that you equip us to fulfill the roles in our marriage; and following you must
be foremost in our lives. .
Lord, I pray that we would be transparent in all that we do. When unbelievers watch us they would
know we are not of this world; but that we belong to You. Continue in reminding us that our ways
and thoughts are not yours; though we may never understand why some things happen, we DO
know we have a Maker who loves us more than life. And when life is difficult we can rejoice knowing
that we are here today, but gone tomorrow; soon to be with YOU in paradise.
I love You Lord! I lift up all these requests in the name of Your Son Jesus Christ. Amen.

Day 8

Day 8
Topic:
Pray that your husband will work hard to provide for your family, to the best of his ability. Pray that the
character qualities necessary for a successful career and ministry will be a growing part of his
characterpersistence, decisiveness, strength, an analytical mind, organizational skills, positive
relationships with people, determination.
Scripture:
"Dont burn out; keep yourselves fueled and aflame. Be alert servants of the Master, cheerfully
expectant. Dont quit in hard times; pray all the harder. Help needy Christians; be inventive in
hospitality." Romans 12:11 (the Message)
Heavenly Father,
As I enter into your Holy Presence and lay at your feet; I ask that you would cleanse me from my sin,
so that I may present my request before you. Purify my heart Lord, and make me clean; in your
presence I pray that I would speak little and listen much. Lord, consume me with YOUR love. I pray
that my desire to be in Your presence, would outweigh any other desires that are within me. I pray
that I would be steadfast, immovable, excelling in Your Work. Remind me when I get overwhelmed
with this life that You will never leave me nor forsake me; You Lord are my rest!
Lord, I pray that my husband will work hard to provide for our needs. I pray that he remembers he
cannot achieve anything on his own but only through your power.
I pray that he would desire to provide not only for his own household, but also for others in need. I
pray that when the trials come he runs straight to you. That he would fully understand that the trails
he faces help him develop endurance; and the endurance develops his strength of character. Then
the way in which he lives will always honor and please you Lord. I pray he would witness an over
abundance of tangible fruit. I pray that You Lord would strengthen him with all your glorious power,
so that he will have all the endurance and patiences he needs. May he be filled with joy, AWLAYS
thanking you Father. And may the both of us never forget; it is always better to give then receive.
Thank you Lord for Your Love that covers us, sustains us, and changes us. I lift up all these requests
to You in the precious glorious name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Day 9

Day 9
Topic:
Pray that your husband will handle finances wisely, will have discernment concerning budgeting and
investments, and will be a good steward of his money in regard to giving to the Lords work. Pray that
money will not become a source of discord.
Scripture:
"Keep your life free from love of money, and be content with what you have, for he has said, I will
never leave you nor forsake you.
Hebrew 13:5
Heavenly Father,
Have mercy on me Lord. Remove anything in me that separates me from You. Purify me from my
sins so that I will be made clean. Lord, I ask specifically for a complete awareness of who I am in
You. . Give me spiritual vision to see clearly what you would have me accomplish today. Grant me
determination not to abandon the pursuit of living for You. May my mind, heart and soul be so
consumed with thoughts of You that I am overwhelmed and stay in a state of praise and worship.
Lord, I lift up my husband to you today. I pray that he would not get caught up in living for the
approval of others. Show him how to handle finances wisely. Give him clarity and wisdom to
recognize when he is being a slave to people, places or things. I pray that today he would choose
righteousness over wickedness; reveal to him any self - serving desires, interests and goals that
interfere with kingdom work. Grant him eagerness to stay the course. I pray that he will have
discernment concerning budgeting and investments and will be a good steward of your money in
regard to giving to your work. I pray that money will not be a source of discord in our family. Reminds
us both of what matters most in these temporary tents, in this temporary world, that we live in; it is
not what we look like, what we have, or what we do; it is who we are in YOU that matters. Thank
YOU Jesus for hearing and answering our prayers. I pray all of this in the powerful name of you
Jesus Christ. Amen.

Day 10

Topic:
Pray that your husband will cultivate strong integrity, and not compromise his convictions. Pray that
his testimony will be genuine, that he will be honest in his business dealings, and will never do
anything that he needs to hide from others.
Scripture:
"The purpose of my instruction is that all believers would be filled with love that comes from a pure
heart, a clear conscience, and genuine faith." 1 Timothy 1:5
Heavenly Father,
As I lay at your feet cleanse my soul from deep within. Cleanse me and renew a right spirit within
me. Lord, grant me the courage to be more transparent in my life; use me, shape me and mold me
more into your likeness daily. Lord, refine me, and challenge me so that I will never grow comfortable
being still and stagnate. I pray that every time I read Your Word it would be engraved upon my heart.
Lord, bring mature godly women in my life to help guide and direct me. Lord, cleanse me of the pride
that lives in my heart, reveal any fear that still lingers and holds me back from fully surrendering
myself to you. Remind me today and everyday that my sin is never a private matter; and that every
choice I make always affects others.
Lord, I lift up my husband to you. I pray that you would continue to shape and mold him and give him
the strength to continue on in the fight; when he is feeling the pressure from all sides, help him to
remember that though he may be pressed he is never crushed; he may get knocked down but never
destroyed . Give him the power to do your work as a sacrificing servant for you. I pray Lord that all
would see his integrity, his convictions and his genuineness. You know his heart Lord, I pray that
others will see it as well. I pray Lord that he would continue to stand strong on Your Truth and
NEVER compromise his convictions regardless of what it may cost us. I thank you Lord for making
my husband a man of great courage; And willing to sacrifice his life for YOU. May we both continue
on this path with courage and perseverance. Never giving up or giving in. I lift all these requests up
to Jesus in Your precious Holy Name. Amen.
