Responsible for the fiber backhaul planning, implementation, and construction of Sprints Network
Vision project of over 1,100 sites in Region 2E that consists of; PA, NY, NJ, and WVA.
KEY CONTRIBUTIONS & ACHIEVEMENTS:

Oversee fiber construction, schedules, and driving AAV milestones while interacting with
subcontractors and LEC / AAV companies to ensure timely connectivity for site turn up.

Responsible for all regional AAV construction projects from kick-off through construction phase and
close out with as-built documentation and material inventory management.

Coordinate and manage construction activities to meet the time lines and schedules of all functions
including; site walks, A&E packages, pricing, purchase / change orders, construction, invoicing, and close
outs.

Built, trained, and led a team of CMs and coordinators to meet the business objectives related to AAV
deliverables set by Sprint and Samsung.

Created detailed trackers and scope of work for subcontractors in line with Sprint / Samsung
specifications for fiber deployments.

Key interface with Backhaul vendors, Samsung, and Sprint to ensure access infrastructure is
constructed, tested, and ready for migration.

Planned, Designed, and Deployed an iDEN wireless system in the PA market and subsequently
optimized to achieve continual metric improvement.

Designed and Deployed COWs for NASCAR at Pocono Speedway. Supervised a team that provided
additional capacity to support 150K plus fans for two events each year.

Delivered Expert testimony for ATF and District Attorney on three court cases with regards to
criminal activity.

Saved company significant capital annually and improved efficiency through design and
implementation strategy that expanded T1 capacity from 24 carriers to 27 carriers.

Designed and implemented micros sites using NAMPS in all terminals of the Atlanta Hartsfield
Airport to support the 1996 Olympic Games.

Project managed the cellular design for Greece and Portugal in accordance with business partners

Key contributor in the development of PacTels propagation modeling software, from concept to
implementation. Interacted directly with Dr. William Lee on a daily basis developing and testing code.
