Established in 2013 as FRG Management Services. FRG Management offers a series


of professional services including accounting, auditing, tax computation and
compliance. The firm is currently headed by Mr. Fadli Amri Bin Ibrahim with a
staff force of 3 personnel.
Mr. Fadli Amri has many experiences with auditing, accounting and taxation area.
Within his experience and knowledge, he makes a firm under his own management
and conduct. The firm is under an enterprise business.
The firm has a common vision to provide quality professional services to the

The Director
The founder of FRG Management Services is Fadli Amri Bin Ibrahim. He is a
certified in LCCI and Certified Accounting Technician (CAT). He graduated with
Diploma in Accountancy from Kolej Professional Mara Beranang. Upon graduation,
he worked at audit firm in Kuala Lumpur approximately four years. During his
attachments with the audit firms of Charted Accountants, he gained valuable
experience in accounting, auditing and taxation.

Norazizi Rashid & Associates (AF1944) was founded in 2008 by an individual with
vast experience and expertise in financial management and auditing way back in
1975.
Although it was started with a modest financial resources and manpower but today
NRA is growing fast in every aspect in order to meet demand of the fast growing
industry.
NRA supported by a strong management team comprising people with relevant
technical knowledge and experience.

Bookkeeping services which is record data entry of daily transactions.


Preparation full set of account which is trial balances, balance sheet, general

ledger, ageing, bank reconciliation, profit & loss.


Provide accounting service monthly and yearly.
Monthly fee from RM200 and above.
Yearly fee from RM 800 and above. This fee is negotiable.

Auditing

Statutory audit which is checking with company secretarial.


Financial statement review.

Corporate and personal tax compliance.

DESCRIPTION OF TASKS AND WORK EXPERIENCE

AUDIT
Make audit work to company giving more knowledge and work experience to me. For
example, way to be doing director report, statement by director, statutory
declaration, auditors report, balance sheet, income statement, statement of
changes in equity, cash flow statement and notes to the financial statement which
included a share capital, fixed assets, detailed income statement, operation and
administration expenses. The draft of audit report that have been done need to be
given to the supervisor for checking the error.

TAXATION
Do the taxation job such as tax computation, tax payable and provision of taxation.
Do analysis of expenses that are allowable and non-allowable, and movement of
fixed assets give me gain more experience and knowledge. Ways to be doing tax
and ways to calculate and I can learn an employment job for real one.

ACCOUNTING
Make an accounting works for the client using excel, MYOB software, and UBS
software. After finished doing the accounting, print all the accounting information
such as general ledger, trial balance, income statement and balance sheet. All the
printed paper need to be checked by the supervisor for checking the error. I gain
many experience doing the accounting works and will be useful for me in future.
