consists of 4 modules like IllusionIT, IllusionAP, IllusionHR, IllusionAR and IllusionBFI.
Using this they will raise the tickets their issues. Depending up on Roles of employees
they will have the Workgroup to raise the tickets. Once the ticket is raised they will get

the Acknowledgement. Once they raised the tickets they can search for the status of
the issue. Even they can Edit & delete tickets.
Responsibilities:
Actively participated in interaction with users, team lead, DBAs and technical
manager to fully understand the requirements of the system.
Used Joins, correlated and non correlated sub-queries for complex business
queries involving multiple tables from different databases.

this system to manage employee details, client details and corresponding reports
Employees can enter details like number of hours worked for a client on a given day
There are 3 roles in this application: User role, Admin role and Super admin.
Only authorized users are navigated to different pages based on their Roles.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating and synchronize with Management by working as a dev/admin on
MS SQL Server 2000, MS Access databases (using DTS, T-SQL, scripts, stored
procedures and views).

Worked as a developer in creating Stored Procedures, DTS packages,


triggers, cursors, tables, views and other SQL joins and statements for
applications.
