System requirements for IT, ROC, PF, TENDER etc.

,
1. Windows 7 / windows 8 / windows XP-service pack 3 (service pack-2 is not
accepted)
2. Java old version 6 update 30 for IT and ROC and TN TENDERS
3. Java old version 6 update 30 and java version 7 update 67 for PF and class 3
tenders
4. Supporting driver installed in the system. See below for the same.
5. Browser internet explorer version 7 or 8
6. Adobe reader version 10.2.4 (for ROC)
7. System should have admin rights
Security settings
1. Control panel java security medium
2. Internet explorer-tools-internet options-security-custom level-reset to-medium
3. Above this- in settings window active x controls and plug ins enable all the
10 options
4. Click on trusted sites sites add this website to the zone type
https://dsc.safescrypt.com / https://www.tcs-ca.tcs.com and click on add.
Similarly add the concerned site in which you are registering
5. In internet explorer tools manage add ons show in drop down options
select run without permission

select the token which you are using (etoken)
select the operating system and bit as per your operating system
click here to download(recommended)
save in desktop
Right click on zip folder
Click extract here
Open it in folder format
Double click on setup file
While installing select bsec mode
Finish installation
Reboot the computer

Right click on zip folder
Click extract here
Open it in folder format
Double click on setup file
While installing select private CSP instead of Microsoft CSP
Finish installation
Reboot the computer
INSTALLATION OF ROOT CERTIFICATES

Please find the attached root certificates and install them as per the mentioned procedure only. Once the below
steps are done then try to download the certificate and update us the status
For CCA :Double click on CCA Certificate >Click on Install>Click on Next>Select ,second option, Place all the
certificates in the following store>Click on Browse>Enable Show Physical store>Click on Registry Under Trusted
Root certification authorities>Click on Ok>Click Next ,Finish and OK On the window, import was successful.
For SIFY-CA :Double click on SIFY CA Certificate>Click on Install>Click on Next>Select ,second option, Place
all the certificates in the following store>Click on Browse>Enable Show Physical store>Click on Registry Under
Intermediate certification authorities>Click OK>Click Next,Finish and Ok
For SIFY-SUBCA :Double click on SIFY SUBC CA Certificate>Click on Install>Click on Next>Select ,second
option, Place all the certificates in the following store>Click on Browse>Enable Show Physical store>Click on
Registry Under Intermediate certification authorities>Click OK>Click Next,Finish and Ok
For other technical issues in MCA or IT portal:
Pl log on to www.tcs.ca.tcs.com support FAQs technical FAQ use control F option to find the solution for
error code appearing while using MCA and IT portal.
For tender related issues:

check the concerned tender website for java updates


the dsc has to be registered in the concerned website every time it is renewed

For PF registration:
dsc has to be registered in the pf website
after giving the user id and password enter the name of the authorized signatory as it appears in the digital
signature certificate
enter the mail id and the phone number of the authorized signatory
select sign with usb token and click on submit
