What did you plan to do this quimester?

I planned to participate in different activities which would help increase my
learning, as well as CAS hours. To equally distribute the hours of the three
aspects of CAS.
What did you do?
Did a pretty good job, being constant to the activities I chose to do.
Although the Action has indeed a larger amount of hours than the
Creativity or Service, which I have to work on being more equal.
What do you think about the activities you completed this quimester?
It has been a great experience, and believe I gained a lot of knowledge, it
helped my health, physically and mentally. It helped me look in depth and
understand the importance of being a voluntary in a community service
project.

What feelings arose during the activities completed this quimester?

Relief: When doing physical activities, it feels like releasing stress from
your own body, therefore I felt relieved.
Happiness & Joy: The benefit from helping other people is indeed
happiness and joy. Being able to experience this is fulfilling.
Sadness: In some cases, during the trip to our CAS project, the elderly
homes, people there were depressed due to not being able to get out of
the home and the elderly described themselves as useless which is a
depressing comment.
What were the outcomes of the activities you completed, for yourself?
I gained a lot of experience, for instance, the visit to the elderly homes
may have been a challenge considering the negative emotions of the elder
people, and even so, I tried my best to change that while being there. I
learnt that many other people are in desperate need for help, there will
always be a person which will need a hand.
What were the outcomes of the activities you completed, for others?
I believe I helped other people, in this case the elderly, I had to cook for
them, fold their cloths, make their beds, and establish conversations with
them, hence making them happy.
Was there value for the school or the wider/ global community from any
activities? Explain.
I think that, the experience of helping another person is something
invaluable, which I was able to participate on.
How will you proceed next quimester? Which activities will you continue
with? Why? Which will you not continue with? Why? Are there any areas
of growth you wish to focus on next quimester?
Im going to continue with training in the Gym, the singing lessons, Eco art,
and of course the community service project. I will no longer train Krav
Maga, considering the teacher before is no longer here to teach the martial
art. However, Ill start with boxing, another self-defense training, to
experience a new type of training and hence expand my knowledge.
