a fact or state; a position assumed for a specific purpose (e.g. investing)

3. Emerging Market Economy:A nation's economy that is progressing toward becoming advanced, as
shown by some liquidity in local debt and equity markets and the existence
of some form of market exchange and regulatory body.

1. Needs & Objectives of the Studies:India is Developing Country. So there is need to see the feature of Developed
India. & Stock Market is one of the measure that can be consider as perimeter
of Emerging Countries development. Now a days, after political change in India.
Indian people has many Different Perception on the Current Government, not
only that but they have high Expectation for development of India, on which
bases current Government get maximum JanAdesh.
Here, we want to know about the perception of Surats Investors on the
Emerging Stock market, Attitude of Surats investors towards Emerging Stock
Market of India.

2. Research Methodology:2.1.

Research Problem Statement:-

To Study the Attitude of Surats Investors towards Emerging Stock Market of

Research Design:-

The Research Design Carried out in this Research is Descriptive in nature.

2.3.1.

Data Collection Method:-

Data will be collected through the Structured Questionnaire. We


developed the questionnaire Previous Research & Perception Study
which was developed by scholar or specialists to improve the content
validity (Onwalee Sepaepai 2006).
The score for the attitude and perception items were range from 1
(strongly disagree) to 5 (strongly agree) on a five point Likerts scales.

Sample will be taken from Surat City.

Limitation of the Study:-

This Study will be only in Surat city.

3. Questionnaire:The part 1, there are the basic questions about the personal information of the
informants on all five items and classifications as Profile of respondents, age,
education, occupation, and income per month. The analyse using the frequency
and percentage.
The part 2, the questionnaire the data related to the perception level of Surats
investors toward the emerging stock Market of India. The question are
evaluated the response (Rating Scale Method: Likert Scale Questions) where
each question has five levels and the questions are divided into 2 part, as The
attitude of the Surats Investors toward the emerging Stock Market of India and
Limitations / barriers of the emerging Stock Market of India. The analysis uses
mean and the SD (Standard Deviation). The assessment score criteria to
measure the data type of interval scale we will calculate it by using the formula
determines the width of the scale.
