Dear Sir
Setelah Membaca Koran SEPUTAR INDONESIA, pada juni 10,2012
Saya melihat di Koran tersebut ada lowongan kerja yang di butuhkan seorang suster khususnya di
bagian keperawatan di RS anda.
Dan saya percaya dengan kemampuan yang saya miliki,saya bisa bekerja di rumah sakit tersebut.
Saya telah menyelesaikan pendidikan terakhir saya di akademik keperawatan bala keselamatan
palu,dengan gelar Amd.Kep.(D111).
Sebelumnya saya pernah bersekolah di SMAN 1 PASANGKAYU,dan selalu aktif dalam kegiatan Volly
Ball,dan sering mengikuti kegiatan di gereja khususnya menyanyi seperti paduan suara dan selain itu
saya juga terkenal di siplin di sekolah maupun di kampus saya.
Di kampus akper bk palu,banyak pengalaman yang saya dapatkan terutama pada saat dinas.Hampir
semua jenis penyakit pada pasien sudah saya hadapi dari cara perawatannya dan bahkan cara
pengobatannya dan saya dapat melakukan semuanya itu dengan baik.
Demikian surat lamaran ini,saya susun sesuai dengan pengalaman yang saya dapatkan,saya harap
bapak dapat menerima saya dan mempekerjakan saya di rumah sakit yang bapak pimpin.
