Head Start Director Position at Community Services, Inc.

Community Services, Inc. (CSI) in Maryville, MO seeks qualified candidates for the position of Head
Start Director. The ideal candidate must provide leadership and management skills to oversee staff
and the operations of a comprehensive quality child and family development program. Key areas of
accountability include, but are not limited to grant management, human resource management, and
ability to develop and manage a budget and prepare grants. Preference given to candidates with
a bachelor degree and three to five years of relevant work experience. Complete job description

open. This person must hold a state
drivers license. Experience with
operating large equipment is a plus for
the street department. Must be able to
work outside in heat and cold, also pick

with system maintenance, staff education and training, and IT a liaison for clinical, IT, and ancillary departments.
Actively participates on internal IT committees and provides leadership for achieving meaningful use goals of the
organization. Required qualifications include: graduate of accredited school of nursing, currently license as an R.N.
in the State of Missouri, minimum of 3 years clinical experience, strong collaborative management style, strong
communication and organizational skills, 3-5 years experience in clinical information, 2-3 years of staff training
