AUTOMATIC LIFT BRIDGE MODEL BY USING

PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC CONTROL (PLC) OMRON SYSMAC CPM2A

Design Hardware
Hardware from duty the end of this requires the materials and the right size,
and one of them is hardware here is the bridge itself. The selection of material
and material fitting will support the fabrication of a bridge lift this automatic.

INTRODUCTION
Lift bridge is one of the solution of these problems, with the lift bridge in indonesia and will facilitate a ship large ship to be crossing the bridge without
having to twist the route so it can save time and fuel. A step the model began
of the study of literature, the design of hardware and software, then testing a
model. On the task of the end of this system of control used is PLC omron
sysmac cpm2a and use the concept of a close loop. The purpose of making a
model bridges lift automatic which makes technology bridge in indonesia
more advanced and ease of transportation of water into more efficient. Using
sensors to detect the beginning of a ship, sensors the end as feedback systems
to close again bridges and motorcycle dc to open the bridge and a timer as a
pause time open and close the bridge .

Petri Net is one method of modeling for the system of discrete events. This
method using a combination between model charts and algebra. A graph as a
model, petri dish net regarded as a model visual superior because of the transition mechanisms the condition of a token visually expressed with the tokens
that move.

Some instruction in programming plc must be intelligible and understood by the author of, hence the author will do a trial on plc used diagrams households. On the figure 8, a diagram of households where the process of a diagram of work can be described as follows :
