general. Our aim is develop into a
comprehensive repository of information
touching upon diverse topics, including,
recipes, cuisine, gastronomy, nutrition, safety,

Anshuman is a naturally talented and qualified chef, and
lover of all good foods. An alumnus of the prestigious
Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai; he has been
involved in leadership roles in the culinary arena for over a decade and a half
for various organizations engaged in food service operations. Anshuman has
held senior positions with renowned companies in the hospitality and food
service sector, and has headed culinary operations many popular restaurants
and hotels. As an independent consultant, he has undertaken and
successfully executed assignments in India and abroad.
Whether creating new recipes, demonstrating his art or just talking food, it is
clear Anshuman has a true and rare talent for the subject. A true innovator,
he has contributed to the development of many culinary concepts and
products. With the modern trend towards healthy and global cuisine, he has
ensured these are created without compromise to quality or flavor.
Gifted with creative flair, Anshuman has been featured by various web and
print periodicals, and has contributed recipes and articles to many magazines
and newspapers. He is credited as contributing author to the popular guide
to cooking for children, Healthy Food for Super Kids. Being a confident
speaker, he has made television and public appearances demonstrating his
cooking style and recipes.
Throughout his very successful career he has aspired to incorporate to his
arsenal the ability to share vast knowledge and experience with broader
audiences within the Food Service & Hospitality Industry, culminating in the
conception of GastronomIQs.
