Computed an optimal quantizer for 256 QAM
Implemented algorithm outperformed industry trusted results by 2.5-3 dB
Suggested a different scheme of quantization, which in turn performed 0.5-1 dB better than the
above mentioned quantizer

The model uses HMMs(Hidden Markov Model) trained on MFCCs(Mel-frequency cepstral
coefficients) extracted from the training data
