Day 1: Arrival in Athens

On arrival at Athens International airport, you will be greeted by our
office representative who will assist you with your transfer to the
hotel. Rest of the afternoon will be at leisure after your check in.
Later in the evening you can take an optional Athens by Night tour
where you will be picked up from your hotel lobby at around
1945hrs for the tour which includes local Dinner and Folk Show.
The tour starts with passing by the Temple of Olympian Zeus, National Garden, Parliament, Tomb of the
Unknown Soldier, Catholic Cathedral, Academy, University, National Library, Old Parliament by coach, and we
arrive at Plaka.
Short pleasant walk through the old and unique Athens city to one of the popular taverns for dinner with live
bouzouki music and Greek folk dances

Day 2: Half day City tour of Athens with Acropolis and Acropolis
Museum
After breakfast at the hotel, you will be picked up at around 0745
Hrs from your hotel lobby for City tour of Athens.
You will start your tour with the visit to PANATHINAIKO STADIUM
which was the cradle of the first Olympic Games took place in 1896
(short stop). Then you will pass by the Primes Ministers residence,
Ex Royal Palace, (guarded by colourful Evzones) Zappion (Conference and Exhibition Hall), National Garden,
Hadrians Arc, St. Pauls Church, Parliament, Tomb of the Unknown soldier, Schliemanns House (Numismatic
Museum), Catholic Cathedral Academy, University, National Library, Old Parliament, Constitution Square,
Russian Orthodox Church and then visit the ACROPOLIS, the crowning beauty and glory of Ancient Athens,

with its many monuments atop its rocky base, including the Parthenon, the Propylaea, the temple of Athena
Nike and the Erechtheion, with its Porch of Maidens.
Later you will conclude the tour with the visit to the new ACROPOLIS museum. The new Acropolis museum is
considered one of the most important archaeological museums in Athens and ranks among the most
important museums of the world.
For the first time ever all the surviving treasures of the Acropolis will be seen together in one place. Works
currently held in storage or in other museum in Greece and all over the world are now together in the
museum and close to their original location. The Acropolis museum main attractions such as votives, artifacts
of everyday life, statues from archaic period, Caryatids, and of course the Parthenon hall with the metopes,
the pediments and the frieze will impress you. Another major exhibit is the remains of the ancient Athenian
city that revealed by archaeological excavations on the site of the museum.

Day 3: Depart Athens to Mykonos by ferry

Early in the morning you will be met and transferred to the port of
Athens for your Ferry to Mykonos. Tentative departure time for the
ferry is at 0700 AM. We have envisaged a high speed ferry for your
transfer to Mykonos, which takes approx. 02.30 hrs to reach
Mykonos from Athens. On arrival into Mykonos, you will be met by
our office representative and transferred to your hotel.
Mykonos Island, the cosmopolitan jewel of the Aegean Sea, is one of the prime holiday destinations in the
world. Magnificent beaches, picturesque whitewashed villages, charming cafs and bars by the seafront, and
some of the most beautiful views in the Cyclades Islands, make up this wonderful and unforgettable vacation
getaway.
Rest of the day is at leisure for you to explore the beautiful beaches of the island. We strongly recommend
that you plan your day to visit the Old Town of Mykonos. A car free pedestrian zone, you would be taken for a
surprise with the charm of this small yet beautiful town. Its quaint winding streets leading on from one
another, with a unique feature of large dark coloured slabs with white joints makes it a likely place where you
wish you were lost. There are many bars and restaurants in the area, and a must try would be the ever-sofamous Souvlaki. Make sure you visit Little Venice and get clicked next to a windmill, for which the island is
famous for. Your hotel provides a free shuttle transfer to the hotel. Please make sure you check for the timings
from the reception.

Day 4: Enjoy Mykonos or take an Optional tour to Delos

Its an easy day. Take your breakfast at leisurely pace, post which,
we recommend a tour to Delos Island.
The island of Delos is one of the most important mythological,
historical and archaeological sites in Greece. The excavations is
the island are among the most extensive in the Mediterranean,
Delos had a position as a holy sanctuary for a millennium before
Olympian Greek Mythology made it the birthplace of Apollo and
Artemis.

For people who do not wish to go for the Delos Island tour, the best way to explore the island is by renting an
ATV or a Car, which we strongly agree to and recommend. Valid Indian license is accepted, till the time it is in
English. The cars are left hand drive and give you the freedom to explore the entire island, from North to South
and East to the West within a day. For people looking to party, Paradise and Super Paradise Beach are good
options with parties during the day and can be explored by car. Alternatively, there are regular paid shuttles to
the clubs at Paradise and Super Paradise. Approx. 07 kms up north of Mykonos Old Town, near to Houlakia, is
an old and abandoned lighthouse called Armenistis, a place worth a visit because of the 360 windy views of
sea, Tinos Island , Mykonos port with docked boats and the Old Town. Explore the island on your own.

Day 5: Depart Mykonos for Santorini by ferry

After breakfast today, you will be met and be transferred to the
port of Mykonos for your Ferry to Santorini. On arrival into
Santorini, you will be met by our office representative and
transferred to your hotel.
Crescent-shaped Santorini (or Thira), the precious gem of the
Aegean is perhaps the most fascinating and most talked about
island of Greece in the Aegean. Only the name of the island is enough to unfold in mind volcanic landscape,
gray and red beaches, dazzling white houses, terraces with panoramic sea views, stunning sunsets and fun. All
this, together with remnants of lost civilizations discovered in the volcanic ash justify the epithets with which
visitors identify Santorini and fairly is called, magical, indescribable, astonishing.
Rest of the day is at leisure for you to explore the beautiful island. There is regular bus service in the island
which is a good way to commute. We recommend you visit Fira, which is famous for its sunsets and cafes.
Other good option would be to visit Kamari beach today, which is known for its black sand beaches and array
of pubs and cafes serving international cuisine. Explore the island on your own.

Day 6: Enjoy Santorini or optional Volcano tour

Its a leisurely day. After your breakfast, we recommend an
optional tour of the Volcano.
You will be transferred to the old port of Santorini where a
small boat will sail from the Old Port of Fira to the NEA Kameni
Island, to visit the volcano of Santorini. There is steep walk atop
the volcano where you can take photos of the active crater.
Walk on its rims and leave the island with unforgettable
memories. As there is a steep walk involved, we do not recommend this tour for the people who find it
difficult to walk or have arthritis.

For people who do not wish to take the optional tour of the volcano, we recommend you spend your time
walking the alleys of Fira, visit Imerovigli for its stunning views and proceed to Oia for its world known sunset.

DAY 7: Depart Santorini for Athens by ferry

After breakfast at the hotel, you will be met and transferred to
the port for your ferry back to Athens. By the time awe arrive
into Athens, would be late evening. Our representative will meet
you at the Piraeus Port and will transfer you to your hotel. Night
is free at your leisure to explore the vivid nightlife of Athens.

DAY 8: Departure
After breakfast at the hotel, transfer with AC coach to the airport for your international flight.

As hotels in Santorini and Mykonos are not big we may have to split a group in two
hotels of same category
As a standard procedure, electric kettles are usually not available in the hotel rooms. It is
suggested that you carry your own kettles if you need the same.
Wherever available, cooking in the rooms using hotels' kettle is not allowed and is a
punishable offence.
Breakfast served at the hotel is buffet and usually consists of breads, fresh fruits (available
at limited hotels), cheese, butter, tea & coffee, juices and selective eatables as per hotel's
choice.
Meals, other than and if specified as Indian, will be local, having options in veg/non veg.

Hence we assure you that we hand pick the best suited hotels to match your comfort,
however sometimes at places such as Cappadocia, Pamukkale and at times in Istanbul, the
hotels look and feel somewhat old due to lack of renovation. Our promise to you is that we

a better category, depending upon the availability.

We generally tend to have a perception that hotel standard in Europe and Turkey maybe
better than Indian hotels, which may not be the case. Usually in these countries, the size of
the rooms is not as big as Indian hotel room sizes.
