Designing of structural model for ice storage containers and transformer parts, using
SOLIDWORKS. And creating the bending and cutting required parts details in autocad for cnc
machine programming, and then create cnc program using most-2d nesting software. Then taking
care of production process and completion of the job and delivering the job to the client ,without
missing the delivery date.

Design of 3D models for caterpillar new 3500 engine which is under R&D using PRO E part
modeling module and PRO tube
Improving the present model with tolerance stack up allowance
Preparation of visual analysis report of the product, after integrating it in to single unit, check for
assembly issue and assembler safety
Have done cost reduction design by analysing the product manufacturing cost and manufacturing
method
