Grange. The Lady Apaches
got a goal by Blanca Hernandez in the first half for
a 1-1 tie and the score remained that way until La
Grange scored four goals in
the final 15 minutes of play.
We had a little fatigue
and were plagued by some
injuries, Philips said. The
girls played a lot more aggressive than in previous
games and looked more
comfortable. Im proud of
the way they are progressing.
The Gonzales Apaches

soccer team defeated New

Braunfels Canyon, 5-1, on
Jan. 27. Apache goal scorers in the game were John
Bashaw, Angel Flores and
Rogelio Sanchez.
We are doing a little better in communication, but
still need more work, passing is coming along but still
need more work. Overall,
the team is improving every game, GHS head coach
Greg Ramirez said.
