Duro Mastic P15 Modified Acrylic Urethane Waterproofing

Membrane

Duromastic P15 is a modified acrylic Urethane, more commonly referred

to as Water-Based Polyurethane. Duromastic P15 forms a tough, flexible
waterproof membrane with a high film strength and exceptional
elongation (how far the membrane can stretch without breaking) and
elasticity that will expand and contract under normal substrate movement.
Duromastic P15 is easily applied to both vertical and horizontal
surfaces. The formulation is fully optimized to ensure quick tack-free time,
fast cure, high solids and excellent resistance to swelling. It fully complies
with the test requirements of AS:4858-2004 and AS:3740:2004

Duro Mastic ACS-Fibre Flexible Fibre Reinforced Insitu

Membrane

Duromastic ACS-Fibre is a liquid applied Water-Based Acrylic membrane

containing Fibreglass reinforcing, used in under tile applications. When fully
cured, Duromastic ACS-Fibre forms a flexible waterproof lining, tested to Class
lll, AS:4858-2004 "Wet Area Membranes and AS:3740-2004 Waterproofing of
wet areas within residential buildings". Duromastic ACS-Fibre is an excellent,
more cost effective alternative to Duromastic P15 in situations where pricing is a
major contributing factor to the waterproofing process.
Duromastic ACS-Fibre forms a waterproof lining to most building
materials including reinforced concrete, cement render, water resistant
plasterboard and compressed cement sheeting, etc. The surface must be fixed
according to the manufacturers directions, free of protrusions, dirt, oil and other
contaminants. The surface must be dry.

Duromix ACS-2 Flexible Acrylic Waterproofing

Coating

Duromix ACS-2 is a two part high solids liquid/cement membrane with fibre
reinforcement. Generally speaking, this product is referred to as a Two-Part
Cement-Based Acrylic Membrane. DUROMIXACS-2 cures very rapidly to form
a flexible waterproof lining for showers and other wet areas as described in
Australian Standard AS3740:2004 Waterproofing wet areas within residential
buildings. It complies with AS4858:2004 Wet Area Membranes. Duromix ACS2 is also suitable for applications where polymer modified render will be applied
or in conditions where other water-based waterproofing products have difficulty
in drying due to excessive humidity and coolness.
DUROMIXACS-2 forms a waterproof lining to most building materials
including reinforced concrete, cement render, water-resistant plaster board, and
compressed cement sheeting, etc. The surface must be fixed according to
manufacturers directions and must be clean and dry.
